If you want knowledgeable staff, go to the one on Sherbrooke in Westmount (corner Grey). If you want groceries, stick to this one. This one has a better pharmacy and post office, but the women who work at the one in Westmount in cosmetics are all cosmeticians and makeup artists who have been in the business for years.

The post office has superb customer service with virtually no wait. Their beauty section has excellent prices and high end products (I bought a very good quality diffuser here for $55 that retails $80). I love that it's under the radar and not in a very busy area so it's never too packed. Pharmaprix is 20% more expensive and Jean Coutu doesn't have the same quality. I also run across the street to grab some produce from the Atwater market after shopping here. Great for multi-taskers who love free downtown parking and good deals! I send out a lot of packages and I go to lots of places but never in my life have I left the same Place twice with my Package not sent because they don't know how !? Or they printed the sticker but can't scan it !?! I tried to give them another chance but now I'm done. The post office here is fabulous; Janice who usually works the counter is amazing (so friendly and efficient, too!). And the pharmacy is also incredible; Mona there is a doll. She really looks after our family, and her input on drug interactions and help with our OTC purchases is really appreciated. Sometimes the efficiency and friendliness is lacking at the front cashier area. Sometimes I've had a friendly cashier and other times, not. This is the only reason why this store isn't getting 5 stars. Other than this issue, it's a great store and we come here regularly (and will continue to do so).

They won't automatically send you to the most expensive product, they just give amazing customer service.
