I was told it would be 5-7 days in the lab to make my glasses. On the 26th I still had no news and called customer service, I was told they would look into my file to see what was going on and call me back. On the 27th I phoned again since I had no news, I was told that my glasses had left the lab and were being sent to the distribution center to be sent to me. The apologized for the delay and told me to send an email to customer service so they could give me some form of compensation for my issues. On the 28th I receive an email that my glasses do not meet quality standards and they need to be remade. I phoned customer service to ask what was going on and I was told that my glasses were fine and were being sent to me. I inquired why I had received this email and I was told it was because my lenses were two different colors, "but trust me, they're fine". After being told that her information was correct and my glasses were in fact being sent to me, I received another email with a new order number. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she would have someone phone me back right away. Now we're the 29th, I phoned back and asked to speak with a supervisor, and i was told that the supervisor didn't have time for me and I would have to wait 24 hours for someone to call me. This company only cares about money and does not care about their clients. I have been lied to being told anything just to get me off the phone. Buyer beware!
