The technician had immediately told me it was the battery that overheated and caused the home button to move. Replaced the battery and reset the home button in the housing in less than 10 minutes for the same price they quoted the button repair. Very happy. Only downside is parking is hard to find close by and their English/French is hard to understand. But they understood me and got their point across very professionally. I will have all of my business's cell and tablet repairs done at R-Mobile from now on. It helps that they're only 5 minutes away from my office.

In the end, after several days of troubleshooting, Jake fixed it by microsoldering the motherboard. Because of this, it took a bit longer than expected, but I'm confident that 90% of other tech shops would have given me the phone back and told me that it's unfixable, and to just get a new phone. These guys went the extra mile and didn't charge me extra on the original quote ($70). All the while they were kind, courteous, and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all.
