I got to speak 3 different representative each one had a different story, the worst one was the second guy I spoke to, saying they would sell me an iPhone 6 at a discount instead of them fixing what they did. I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all. I gave them my iPhone 5 for repair, it was a very tiny problem: the power button got a bit stuck inside, which requires a harder press to make it work. I could've easily repaired it myself but I didn't have time, so I gave the phone to them. They promised to fix it within 3 days. After 3 days, I went there and found out not only the button is still stuck, but the phone is missing a few screws on the back and the phone is half open on the side with the back bent. I then tried to power on the phone via laptop charging, it wouldn't even power on. Essentially, these morons trolled on my phone, fucked it up inside, broke it, and forcefully closed the back on it. I asked the guy what happened, not only he didn't apologized, but he had a very bad attitude toward me and keeps saying something about the iOS 7 is causing a hardware issue. Lol, as if their customers are all gullible computer illiterates. Then of course, they refused to refund for the service OR the phone. I'd sue them if I would. Those guys are pure scammers / con-artists. After a few investigation I found out those repair guys don't even have required certificat or diploma. Listen to me guys, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, don't ever drop your devices there for repair!
