Hours do not match what's on here. Came here around 9:30pm on a Saturday with group of 5 and they weren't open but it says they open at 7pm. Went next door to see if maybe we were at the wrong location. This guy came out and opened the doors for us. It was really nice inside. We asked for price and they told us because we were a group of 5 it would be $560 with "unlimited beer". i've never heard of a karaoke bar that charged a minimum of $500 because we were a small group. At that point I think it was because they wanted us to either pay or leave. Why even unlock the doors in the first place. read more

Don't waste a single second or a penny of your hard-earned money on this absolute joke of a business. It looks nice on the outside, but the second you walk in, they try to shake you down and rob you blind. We wanted to rent a karaoke room for 2 hours. Some sketchy dude working there tried to claim it was $500 for 2 hours. His justification? It comes with "unlimited beer." Are you out of your mind?! Unless we are hosting a 20-person frat party, nobody is drinking $500 worth of beer in two hours. He was straight-up trying to charge us DOUBLE the actual rate and pocket the cash. The biggest red flag? HE REFUSED TO SHOW US THE ACTUAL PRICE MENU. Kept hiding it and making up numbers on the spot because he knew he was pulling a fast one. Total shady, predatory behavior. If your prices are legit, why are you hiding the menu like a thief? They size you up at the door and try to hustle you. We walked out, and you should too. This place is run by literal scammers. Went to this place with a party of 5 but we got there 30 minutes prior to opening hours. Some guy in the Korean bbq spot near by told us he can let us in early so we followed him into the karaoke place then we go in and asked the price and the guy said 560! WTF! This place has definitely seen better days. I remember going here back when it was still Rurulala (IYKYK) and everything seemed to be WAY better back then. I know this place has changed management and/or names a few times over the years but some friends and I decided to give it a try. Upon checking in, our party of 6, opted for the Medium Room Kickstarter which included 2 hours of karaoke, 3 soju bottles, 6 beers, and a snack platter (which was just some random chips and pretzels). This package ran us about $160, not exactly a bad price. The songbook is a bit out of date and the sound quality isn't the best. The room immediately warmed up as I think the A/C was turned off. When we asked for assistance with the equipment, the staff were nowhere to be found at the front desk. After walking around the empty halls for a minute, I found them sitting in another room, smoking and drinking. Upon leaving, we were charged an automatic 18% for our party, which wasn't mentioned to us when we first came in. Overall, the experience was lackluster and we'll probably seek other karaoke options in the area next time. read more

Hey I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good karaoke bar. staff is super friendly and helpful. make sure to call at least a day ahead to reserve a room. it gets pretty busy. you will not regret it. I've tried two different rooms and all of great. I definitely prefer the room with the stage. read more

We had a great time at Pharaoh Karaoke! Their songs were pretty current and updated. Their book for their song list was massive and quite sticky (probably from all the accumulated sweat and grime). I would recommend upgrading their giant book with a QR code for easier access and efficient search functions. Flipping through a book to find songs is extremely outdated and tedious. It probably wasted a quarter of our time just searching for the song we wanted when we could have used that time to sing songs. The interior of the large room was spacious with the screens at the front and back. However, there were only two microphones to go around for a large group of ten. They provided mic covers for COVID purposes but we didn't really use them that much. The scoring system was a bit confusing as we didn't know what the scores are based off of. We assume that if you sing your heart out like Whitney Houston, you will get more points! read more

I love this karaoke spot. It's more modern and high tech with their lighting compared to other karaoke spots I've been to. Their song book has a lot of new songs surprisingly! Most Korean karaoke places I go to don't have a new updated list. The servers also explain to you how to navigate through the song book and remote too. The drink menu has a nice selection of beer, soju, and wine right now. The store is very clean and they provide mic covers as well as hand sanitizers in the rooms. So much fun! In a weird area but the inside looks like a club. I never tried the food because they didn't offer anything gluten-free but my friends enjoyed theirs. Drinks were not a racket and they did offer some hard seltzer. My party didn't speak Korean and they had a big enough selection so that 90% of the songs we wanted to sing were available. It also let us connect to our phones via Bluetooth (on iPhone and android) but the lyrics weren't displayed on the screens that way. We preferred picking from their selection. The staff was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. One thing that they could have improved was the bathroom situation. There was only one toilet in service for women and it had a sign suggesting that flushing toilet paper would make it clog. Very fun place with a good variety of music. Mostly Korean, but they do have a section for English music they call "POP". Mind, almost entirely everything is in Korean, even the remote controllers, so bring yourself a Korean friend or a translator app in your phone. That's just part of the fun. read more

I went on a Saturday night atb6pm. They were understaffed, but doing their best I suppose. They were friendly. We had difficulty for 45 min of our 2 hour booking, so they gave us an extra 20min. You can use bluetooth,but me sure you have an Android phone. THE FOOD ITEMS ARE OVERPRICED. We basically got an equivalent to a large fry for $8. The Tyson chicken nuggets were $8, for 10 small nuggets. $18 for a fruit platter that cost $10 in the store and $36 for a meat try that would have cost $15 in the store. read more

The place was nice. Modern and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. However the karaoke experience wasn't user friendly. Most of the songs available and the menu were in Korean. Should've been called Korean Karaoke. At least then I know what to expect. They did have a small section of popular American song under "Pop" section. I get you could hook up Bluetooth but if I'm paying that much an hour, I should be able to simply select the song I want and sing, not trying to fiddle with my phone and connect via Bluetooth. There's a lot of potential here. Maybe come back in the future once I learn Korean. read more

Incredible! Worst KARAOKE EVER! They are not even open even when we reserve! The old lady told us to come earlier than the time we wanted which was 10:00 pm, and the karaoke was CLOSED AT 10:30!! I want to make this clear. Our reservation was at 10:30, and it's supposed to open until 2 am!! I WAS NOT EXPECTING KARAOKE TO BE CLOSED WHEN I RESERVED A ROOM. when I called the guy told me the room would be $50 and hour but I was charged an automatic 18% gratuity...making the room $65. it would have been nice to know that over the phone when I called or before I was putting my card in. the room was also very very hot...when we ask the person there to turn up the air he said it was maxed out for the day. I only came here because I had a good time with a group before, idk what his issue was with our group. Got into the room and saw they offered a package deal- 2hrs karaoke, snack platter, beers & some other drinks... 82$ nice, thought we were getting a deal. First off... they should be ashamed to call that a snack platter. They are better off just keeping that off the menu as a whole. It was nuts, pretzels, stale popcorn, and Doritos... thanks but no thanks. They didn't have limes for the beers :/ & no free water? 2$ each! Insane. Lmao they must be struggling .. the system was super confusing and hard to follow.. did not feature many artists (including LAURYN HILL.. AN ICON!) .. that was disappointing.. the room was also hot and the seats are leather so that was uncomfortable.. Overall just not impressed .. got to the check-out stand and thought it would be a reasonable total .. of course not ! They charged me for a medium package deal when I had explained to the "waitress" that we would take the small one.. priced at 82$ .. the Medium is DOUBLE at $164... so you can see where this totally pissed me off. A fun night of karaoke went to shit that quickly. I didn't make a big deal about it but I was livid & I will NEVER go back. Dont answer the phone and say you guys are open till 2 in the morning but are closed everytime. Very inconvenient to come all the way out here just for you guys to lie and say u are open.
