Wonderful customer service! I had accidentally booked for the wrong date and after calling a few times and no answer I went inside to ask about changing the date. The lady who assisted me was able to do so and it took only minutes! The day of our session, the guy who welcomed us in was amazing. He was very kind to us. We did not try the food however we did get drinks. The drinks were VERY strong but good. Liquid courage was definitely needed for karaoke! In and outside of the building was very clean. And so was the room. You could tell there had been cleaning down earlier as you can lightly smell the cleaning supplies. We will be back! Thank you for giving us such a great time! read more

The only nod to your chosen "room" is wallpaper. That's it. The space itself is tiny -- you're either sitting or standing awkwardly in front of the tuck-and-roll benches, with no comfortable middle ground. The menu is limited. The hot dogs are great, but they were out of onions. They offer nachos with corn -- also out of corn. As for the bartenders/servers: They were nice enough; they're not reliably stationed at the bar, and even when I went looking, I came up empty, which took away from our limited time in the room. Then there's the 18% service fee, which appears nowhere on their website -- not on the pricing page, not in a search. Maybe I missed it, but it's buried deeply if it's stated. This is on top of the $65/hour rate, which requires a two-hour minimum Monday through Wednesday. Is the fee a tip? A staffing surcharge? Nobody explained it. I tipped 20% on top of it anyway, and I regret that. Maybe the tenders pocket the 18% -- I genuinely don't know. The prices were outrageous! Can't bring in outside wine with a corkage fee. Ok, I get that. Why? Because you can only buy wine by the bottle. $65 for a bottle of Prosecco. Want a gin and tonic? Sure, but no tonic. Drinks had a spare pour. Conversely, it's one of the few karaoke bars in the area. The birthday girl had a great time, and that's really all that mattered in the moment. read more

We've been back a couple more times and it's always a fun time! We have noticed that the reception for the iPad that you select music with can be a bit spotty and you want to be careful of which song selections you choose as some don't actually have the lyrics. You'll get a feel for which song selections are the best as you keep going through. The staff has always been friendly when we've come in and they offer a good selection of drink options at the bar. The rooms are pretty soundproof, but if you have people coming in and out to go to the bathroom or bar the outside music and talking can start making the karaoke room very noisy. You can adjust the volume of your room TVs though. Some tips: If it's available, book the Gatsby room. It's a bit more expensive but is very spacious and helps with it getting hot and stuffy with a bunch of people singing. They have some drink deals where you can get beers or a beer tower that is a pretty good deal if your group will all be drinking the same thing. Be ready to book additional hours. It is so much fun, every time we've gone we've added on at least two hours of extra time. I know we'll be back soon! We always have a fun time here. read more

Was able to walk in for a karaoke room for less than 10 adults. Music choice and system was cool. Every song we wanted was available. Sound was good. Two TVs in the room to sing to. Huge downfall was our temperature comfort. The room was hot and stuffy upon entering. We all had to leave several times. Even though we were the only customers, the door had to remain closed. Love Corner Spot! We had family in town and they wanted to do ballroom dancing. We decided to do karaoke instead and we had the best time! We sang our hearts out and danced in the Marilyn room. The monroe room was lovely and very spacious. The drinks were ok. Even though it was just one person working the whole place, she was still pretty attentive. The reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the microphone makes weird noises every now and then and the tablet controller wiped out our queue of songs many times in our 2 hour use of the place. Celebrated my birthday at Corner Spot and we had the best time! We booked the Geisha room which is in the back corner and right across from the bathroom, so it was away from the noise and super convenient. We love that it was connected to YouTube so you could sing pretty much anything you wanted! The iPad is automatically toggled to "karaoke" meaning that whatever you search up will bring a video that has the lyrics and instrumental, but no vocals. If you want your songs to have vocals, we found toggling "karaoke" OFF and searching "(song name) lyric video" got us what we wanted. We were a little confused about the water situation because I asked for water for the room and the hostess asked us, "did you want to pay for it separately or put it on the room tab?" Meaning we would have to pay for water "bottle service"? But then she brought in complimentary water anyway without us paying. Maybe there was a misunderstanding and we thought the other person said "bottle service" and not "water service." I would just double check to be safe! The highlight of this review is the FOOD! We all ordered some birria tacos before the kitchen closed and they were SOOO GOOD. So flavorful, nicely marinated, and oh so cheesy. And it's not because we were drunk too! We had 2 sober people that can confirm the birria tacos were bomb LOL. We love that the menu is actually real food and not just Chex mix for $10. Pros: - rooms are fairly soundproof, so you can belt out as loud as you want without worrying about people outside hearing you - pretty good selection of songs Cons: - Room was tiny (thank god I had some friends not show up, there was absolutely no way we'd be able to get 15 of us in that room!) - drinks were good, but pretty expensive - room was more expensive than it was worth - there wasn't any way to order food or drinks to our room - a lot of the songs had incorrect lyrics or weird remakes of the music - menu didn't have any prices on it, so we had no idea what we were paying Honestly, you could probably accomplish a similar (if not better) night at your own home with DoorDash and karaoke videos on YouTube. read more

Reserved a room for 2 hours for $60 per hour. We arrived and they only had about 3 people working. Many large groups. We waited over an hour for our food. (2 loaded fries). They brought a second "Shirley temple" for my pregnant niece that ended up being a cosmopolitan. Thank goodness we figure it out before she drank it. I brought up my concerns to the management and nothing but a "sorry we were backed up" as of now this establishment can't keep up with a large group of people. They were sure to let us know when our time was up even though we wasted a good bit of time having to leave the room anytime we wanted to order food or drinks with only 1 person taking orders for all 5 rooms. I would wait a few months to go and see if they can hire more people. Otherwise there are far better karaoke places with better service for what we paid! read more

Booked the comic room for 10 people for 2 hours using their online booking system and to our surprise when we showed up, we were upgraded to the Hennessy room which holds up to 20 people because of tech issues in the comic room. The Hennessy room was a great size, I couldn't imagine being in a smaller room honestly. When we arrived, we went straight to the bar to order some Patron tequila shots and the women behind the bar let us know buying the bottle service option would be cheaper than buying individual shots if we were going to do at least 2 shots each. That was a no-brainer so we bought the bottle service for about $150 and that included 2 juices of our choice (we chose cranberry and orange). The karaoke set up was super easy to use. There was an iPad connected to YouTube in which you just search for whatever song you want to sing and then queue it up. We ended up having so much fun we lost track of time and 20mins past our finishing time we were asked if we wanted to extend our reservation. We kindly declined and left with great memories! Would definitely go back and would also recommend this karaoke spot to anyone looking to book a private karaoke room. I booked the Comic room on a Saturday night for 5 people, i was really hesitant to even go here just because of the lack of reviews but i saw that it was a relatively new place so I decided to take a chance...i do not regret it! The environment inside was dope, full bar and the private comic room was A/C'd! It was clean, comfortable and had hand sanitizer on table. I was really surprised to see that you didn't have to select from a pre-selected list of songs, it was all through Youtube. You could literally pick any song and they had it w/the lyrics or even without. The equipment was really easy to use as well. The service was top notch, all the ladies very friendly and checked in on us every now and then without being a bother. My guests & I had so much fun! The price is unbeatable.
