Great service by Phantom Towing. I called insurance who sent Phantom towing. Phantom towing called immediately, made sure they had the correct equipment for my car, and showed up within 20 minutes (exactly the expectation that they had communicated to me). While loading my car ($100K+ car) the driver did it very carefully and took the time needed to get it right. It wasnt easy as it was at a very tough angle on a slanted driveway. Had a tire blowout right before the Dumbarton bridge. Stuck on the side of the road. My auto insurance sent for a call to put on the spare. Never learned how to put the donut on. Terrible service. If i could rate 0 stars i would. I filed a roadside assistance request through my insurance. Eli called me and said he was 45 minutes away. Then i receive a call from my insurance 1.5 hours later saying that "phantom towing" cancelled because they didnt have the right equipment. The name speaks for itself.
