They replaced the car speakers, microphone & rear camera at the same time. When I said i couldn't afford something expensive the sales person offered to look in the back for something already in inventory that could work for me. He explained product differences & steered me away from things that cost extra that might be too big for my dashboard. He was kind & informative. Super knowledgeable. When I came to pick up my car the owner actually took the time to configure my system. He paired it to my phone set the sound settings & taught me how to use everything. He even made sure I left with an extended warranty. It was obvious that the owner genuinely cared about me. The shop is clean, reasonable & very responsive. I wanted it to sound great, but i didn't want to alter the appearance of the interior or use up the minimal storage the car has. I looked at several places and visited a few. I liked the guy I spoke with here, Nick. He initially said there wasn't enough room and it wouldn't be worth it. That felt pretty honest. We spoke a little more and he had a couple of ideas. All the products used were very high quality. JL Audio and Hertz. Subwoofer, amp, DSP all hidden from view. It took a week. And it sounds incredible. I could not be happier. It wasn't cheap. But I didn't want cheap, I wanted great sound, and I have it now.
