Wow, my car is SO clean - it actually has never been this clean!! I wish I took a before photo,…read moreit's amazing how clean he got it. Michael works really hard to make sure he tackles what you need to get your car in the best shape possible. I made an appointment with Michael after I booked my car shipment back to the mainland and was worried about the USDA inspection portion since it was definitely dirty - too dirty for me to feel sure it would pass. Oh man, remnants from all the beach visits, hikes, and other adventures seemed permanently stuck in my floorboards but nope, Michael got it all out! Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Even the outside was beautifully done. Booking was easy - he returned my call and discussed my car goals and nailed down a date. All you need to do is a small Venmo deposit to secure your date. Michael even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to Enterprise where I had booked a rental car for the day. Kind, professional, and SUPER hardworking. Highly recommended if you want your car to be sparkling clean!! THANK YOU, MICHAEL!!

Disappointing lousy job on my car. They clearly don't know the definition of the word "detail"…read more Partially shampooed the carpet, didn't touch the upholstery, sand & dog hair along the door jams & even on the dash board cover, no wax job on exterior, hard water marks & dirty water marks on body & windshield, didn't vacuum glove compartment or center console, dust & dirt left in the vents are JUST A FEW of the examples of lazy work ethic. The Mom answers the phone & has to schedule for the grown son which should have been my first clue. She also made all kinds of excuses for the bad job. Never asked how could they fix it or make it better. Wanted to charge me $329 for what??? Incredible. The son, Garrett, & his worker even had a yelling fight in the driveway about rushing the lousy work/job they did. Nice business skills, guys. The young kid gave me attitude when I asked where my car keys were. Unreal. Lots of good detailers on island that care about the job they do & are worth the money. Beaver Detailing has no idea how to clean/detail a car. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

They called back and quoted $1,040 for the front brake pads + rotors. Again, I explained that the rotors are in perfect condition and do not need replacement. They replied that if I refuse to do the rotors, they won't replace just the brake pads. The surface of the rotors has no grooves, no scratches, they are not warped, and the pads have still 2-3 mm thickness; the brakes do not squeal. This is bargain-basement sales tactics, trying to push for the purchase of parts that do not need replacement. Shameful! Incidentally, their quote for pads + rotors was 50% higher than that of another shop that I have been using for years. I am taking my business elsewhere, and will not give them another call in future, as they are out to rip people off.

With water restrictions on west Maui I can't wash my truck at home and I can't take it through a regular car wash so this is the only option on island for me currently until I can wash my truck at home again. It is easy to find, easy to enter and easy to use, I chose the credit card option which is waaaay easier than quarters, but they have a change machine if you need it. It is basic but it works, although the wash heads are worn through and useless and not much soap came out, so I might take my own soap and wash glove next time which will also eliminate any scratching. Take microfiber cloths to dry your vehicle down, but make sure you move into the vacuum area to do this and allow the person behind you to wash their vehicle. I didn't use the vacuum but folks were using them and seemed intent on doing a good job so they must work well. I went on a Saturday morning and it was busy, but I was lucky I didn't have to wait, there was a queue behind me once I was in. I didn't need help so not sure if there is anyone in person to do so.
