Jamie is amazing! He repaired a variety of deep scratches and dints on my employers BMW after I hit a cement kerb while parking. Phew! Saved me not only with a quick job well done, but also financially. He charged less than HALF the price I had been quoted by other vehicle repair businesses. Crazy! I wish I had thought to take before pictures of the unsightly and embarrassing scratches on my Honda, due to a couple of (literal) scrapes with a rock wall. Jamie's makeover is simply amazing! My 6-year-old car looks almost new! He walked around the car with me and showed me where he had touched it up. The touched-up areas were indistinguishable from the surrounding areas, except in one place where the deepest scratch had been. Even so, that area looks significantly better. In addition, Jamie is personable, helpful (including his car washing advice), and fun and interesting to talk with. There are nuances to mixing paints that match the car color/gloss level, and applying it so it blends seamlessly into the surrounding paint. We're fortunate on Maui to have someone so experienced and skilled in touch-up work. I highly recommend him. read more

5/23/21: Owner still insists he has "no record" of his failure to respond. I called and texted - for 3 days - neither were replied to over the span of those 3 days. Update: Business owner Jaime replied to my 1 star review faster than his initial response to my price quote inquiry. Mind you, that was the only response I got from him. "Overlooked" doesn't excuse bad customer service. Too often businesses try to reconcile a 1 star review to make up for their shortcomings. However, 5 star business don't use this model. Instead, they do their absolute best to ensure a 5 star experience from the very first intersection through to the last. Asking an "overlooked" customer to give him another chance at business is the equivalent of a failed first date standing you up then asking to go out again.. no thanks, you had your chance at my money and positive reviews. You don't "overlook" someone for 3 days in a row while each day I attempted more than once to contact you. Preposterous approach to business. No clue where the 5 stars are coming from. I tried contacting this guy for several days. Only response I got was on the first day he said "send pictures of what you want repaired". So I sent pictures and a video too. No response. Contacted him the next day (call and text) but no response to either. Attempted again on day 3, but guess what, NO responses yet again. People who move here and start businesses need to realize that word of mouth is a business killer when you fail to be professional and simply REPLY! I've since told a ton of my family and friends on island of this guys complete lack of customer service and professionalism. And I also heard back some negative feedback form some of the family/friends I spoke with... not surprising. Safe to assume that majority of the positive reviews are posted by his friends.
