I made an appointment with Michael after I booked my car shipment back to the mainland and was worried about the USDA inspection portion since it was definitely dirty - too dirty for me to feel sure it would pass. Oh man, remnants from all the beach visits, hikes, and other adventures seemed permanently stuck in my floorboards but nope, Michael got it all out! Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Even the outside was beautifully done. Booking was easy - he returned my call and discussed my car goals and nailed down a date. All you need to do is a small Venmo deposit to secure your date. Michael even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to Enterprise where I had booked a rental car for the day. Kind, professional, and SUPER hardworking. Downgrading to one star…read more With the bad rain storm last week, it was hard to fully inspect the job done on my car. But, today I found 13 places on my front bumper where the paint was scraped off / chipped. 13.... That's an awful lot. Mind you, the damage I came in for was a dent to my front door. The parts affected during the repair (front bumper, sideview mirror, door handle) were "remove and install" only. They were in great condition beforehand.... no chips, no scratches, no sticky black residue, no damage. I took photos before the repair. I also handwash my car. So, I know what my car looked like before. I'm more than disappointed as I feel my fairly new car (3 years old, bought brand new) was not treated with care. I definitely regret having my car repaired here. And I'm not comfortable having them do any further work on it to undo the damage they did. Side note: Paint was not a 100% match. Their website FAQs state they guarantee your paint will match.

Aside from the excellent customer Stan and Elsa provide they also go above and beyond customer expectations. For the past 5 years my back windows weren't working properly. Several mechanics had told me the motors on both sides needed to be replaced. As it was an expensive repair I opted not to fix them. When speaking with Stan about this he offered to fix the windows if feasible. I came back to pick up my car after about 4 hours. Not only were the windows sleek and able to be seen out of but the windows were rolling down without issues ! No charge for this ! I was blown away especially after receiving quotes to replace the motors with service would be around $1,000. Before I left Stan also buffed out my headlights (also complimentary) to complete my car's makeover. While talking story he told me that he enjoys helping people even if they don't pay him for all his services. There's been times that as someone who doesn't have extensive background information about cars I'm often overwhelmed, hesitant and stressed about basic car repairs. I've been able to receive referrals from friends and family to help if issues come up. When interacting with Stan it felt like I was being helped by my uncle who really wanted to ensure my lil Honda Fit would look spotless and also function higher than it has the last few years. I'm beyond thankful for Star's attention to detail, excellent customer service and generosity. If I could give more than 5 stars for Star I would! My experience with Precision after this accident was outstanding . After an accident you're normally a little nervous about the repair process however after meeting with CeeJay all my concerns were alleviated. CeeJay is professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that the process was going to be successful. With water restrictions on west Maui I can't wash my truck at home and I can't take it through a regular car wash so this is the only option on island for me currently until I can wash my truck at home again. It is easy to find, easy to enter and easy to use, I chose the credit card option which is waaaay easier than quarters, but they have a change machine if you need it. It is basic but it works, although the wash heads are worn through and useless and not much soap came out, so I might take my own soap and wash glove next time which will also eliminate any scratching. Take microfiber cloths to dry your vehicle down, but make sure you move into the vacuum area to do this and allow the person behind you to wash their vehicle. I didn't use the vacuum but folks were using them and seemed intent on doing a good job so they must work well. I went on a Saturday morning and it was busy, but I was lucky I didn't have to wait, there was a queue behind me once I was in. I didn't need help so not sure if there is anyone in person to do so. There were a LOT of unhoused individuals around, no problem, but I don't think I would feel comfortable if I was washing my car in the dark on my own. Overall a great place and I will be back while water restrictions are ongoing.

Cons: Expensive: Exterior Only detail for $250 on mid-size SUV Left polish in places on vehicle, door wells, mirrors, etc. also left water marks on sunroof and windshield After he left, I noticed water dribble marks under both driver and passenger mirrors, when contacted he said it should rub out with microfiber cloth, when that didn't work he told me it was an imperfection in the paint of my just purchased Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I asked to have the issue corrected with no response. Disappointing and costly mistake on my part, I will now go to the dealer to have interior and exterior completed for close to the same price.
