They clearly don't know the definition of the word "detail"…read more Partially shampooed the carpet, didn't touch the upholstery, sand & dog hair along the door jams & even on the dash board cover, no wax job on exterior, hard water marks & dirty water marks on body & windshield, didn't vacuum glove compartment or center console, dust & dirt left in the vents are JUST A FEW of the examples of lazy work ethic. The Mom answers the phone & has to schedule for the grown son which should have been my first clue. She also made all kinds of excuses for the bad job. Never asked how could they fix it or make it better. Wanted to charge me $329 for what??? Incredible. The son, Garrett, & his worker even had a yelling fight in the driveway about rushing the lousy work/job they did. Nice business skills, guys. The young kid gave me attitude when I asked where my car keys were. Unreal. Lots of good detailers on island that care about the job they do & are worth the money. Beaver Detailing has no idea how to clean/detail a car. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

I left a message, saying that I wanted to replace the…read morefront brake pads ONLY on my Nissan van, explaining that the rotors are in perfect condition (the van has only 48,000 miles, and never carried more than 700 pounds, way below the normal payload on those heavy-duty vans). They called back and quoted $1,040 for the front brake pads + rotors. Again, I explained that the rotors are in perfect condition and do not need replacement. They replied that if I refuse to do the rotors, they won't replace just the brake pads. The surface of the rotors has no grooves, no scratches, they are not warped, and the pads have still 2-3 mm thickness; the brakes do not squeal. This is bargain-basement sales tactics, trying to push for the purchase of parts that do not need replacement. Shameful! Incidentally, their quote for pads + rotors was 50% higher than that of another shop that I have been using for years. I am taking my business elsewhere, and will not give them another call in future, as they are out to rip people off.

Cons: Expensive: Exterior Only detail for $250 on mid-size SUV Left polish in places on vehicle, door wells, mirrors, etc. also left water marks on sunroof and windshield After he left, I noticed water dribble marks under both driver and passenger mirrors, when contacted he said it should rub out with microfiber cloth, when that didn't work he told me it was an imperfection in the paint of my just purchased Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I asked to have the issue corrected with no response. Disappointing and costly mistake on my part, I will now go to the dealer to have interior and exterior completed for close to the same price.

With water restrictions on west Maui I can't wash my truck at home and I can't take it through a regular car wash so this is the only option on island for me currently until I can wash my truck at home again. It is easy to find, easy to enter and easy to use, I chose the credit card option which is waaaay easier than quarters, but they have a change machine if you need it. It is basic but it works, although the wash heads are worn through and useless and not much soap came out, so I might take my own soap and wash glove next time which will also eliminate any scratching. Take microfiber cloths to dry your vehicle down, but make sure you move into the vacuum area to do this and allow the person behind you to wash their vehicle. I didn't use the vacuum but folks were using them and seemed intent on doing a good job so they must work well. I went on a Saturday morning and it was busy, but I was lucky I didn't have to wait, there was a queue behind me once I was in. I didn't need help so not sure if there is anyone in person to do so. There were a LOT of unhoused individuals around, no problem, but I don't think I would feel comfortable if I was washing my car in the dark on my own. Overall a great place and I will be back while water restrictions are ongoing.

Ten minutes later I got response from Juan and said; "Bring it by tomorrow." Took Lexus the next day...Juan took a look and would email me estimate by EOD. At the same time I asked Juan how much would it take to fix 2 door dents on my Silverado that annoyed me the last 6 months. Juan said; "Bring Silverado by tomorrow I will take a look and will give you hard copy of estimate for Lexus. Next day took my Silverado...it took Juan 15 minutes to fix both dents...WOW! I got my Lexus estimate and drove away happy with my dent free Silverado...and I almost forgot, price was very reasonable. Service is first class...communication and integrity all the way! Thank you I was so impressed with the removal of dent from Silverado...went back the next day to have my daughter Van looked at...Juan took a look and performed his magic touch to remove door dings in 20 minutes. I did not expect him to do it ASAP...but he made the time instantly! Service is by far the best experienced I have encountered. I am a believer of Maui PDR...definitely recommended! Thank you Juan!

If you want a really thorough and amazing detail for your car TAKE IT TO WAISIDE AUTO DETAILING! He is great, goes over expectations and exceeds in them! He asked for a ramblah and I gave him one! I should note that I am super particular and don't trust my car with just anyone and Jayden went beyond my expectations and restored my car back to pretty!
