I chose the 90-minute deep tissue session at LKN Day Spa because, at only 34 years old, I was already struggling with poor mobility and constant back pain--I desperately needed help. I want to be upfront: the deep tissue work was intense, and I was pretty sore through Sunday. However, the results are nothing short of miraculous. By Monday morning, I woke up feeling like a new person. My therapist worked out dozens of deeply held knots throughout my entire body. I am no longer struggling to put my shoes on in the morning, and the back pain that plagued me daily is completely gone. My shoulder feels loose and free. If you need serious, therapeutic work done to fix chronic issues, book the deep tissue massage here--it is absolutely worth it!! Highly recommend!!

The therapist was brand new and had zero technique -- it was not a pampering experience. I was supposed to get somebody more experienced named Emily but they subbed in somebody who was brand new so my friend who booked was very upset... she did a good job with the scalp and the hand massage the rest was extremely phoned in.... it felt short and once i felt exposed. The staff has turned over a good bit in the couple years its been since my last visit which is no surprise given all everyone has faced and it had to have been ultrahard on businesses that require such personal contact and connection. That said, in looking at the bios and experiencing a massage from one staff member it's clear SN continues to vet who they sign on thoroughly and bring in well trained folks. Pretty much any kind of therapeutic body work you're interested in SN has you covered. I generally go for deep tissue massage but they do many styles and I'm sure do all the others well.
