Desk staff were very nice & friendly, luckily they knew I was from out of town so she didn't push me to do the membership. My friend said it was easy to schedule. The therapist was brand new and had zero technique -- it was not a pampering experience. I was supposed to get somebody more experienced named Emily but they subbed in somebody who was brand new so my friend who booked was very upset... she did a good job with the scalp and the hand massage the rest was extremely phoned in.... it felt short and once i felt exposed. I gave pressure fdbk. They really need consistent training. I felt like it was not worth the money at ALL. I didn't enjoy 90% of it. read more

I loved Adriana's massage. She continued to check in on the pressure which was perfect.

What an amazing massage! Madelynn was awesome and truly helped me. Highly recommend Massage Heights as well as Madelynn.

Excellent massage in a very clean facility. An overall excellent experience. My technician Jennifer was very skilled at delivering a relaxing and stress relieving massage. read more

I've been in a few times now and it's been awesome! Everyone I've seen has been great. Super relaxing, I leave feeling better every time :)

Ceanna was awesome! Great massage. Enjoyed talking with her and wish her the best in nursing school. Very professional. Talented and had that magic touch! read more

Briley, the newest esthetician here, gives true wonder to the experience of a facial. I felt my face without touching it for at least two weeks afterwards. It is her "passion" to excel at this & she absolutely does. I couldn't re-book her fast enough & can't wait to come again. read more

Great massage from Stephanie and friendly front desk. They communicate very well and are easy to book and modify.

Professional and inviting experience. Loved every minute of the massage and visit. This was my first massage and Sienna was very gentle and talked through my pressure points with me. The entire staff was very friendly and educational on the services offered. Will visit again, 10/10 recommend. read more

I wouldn't recommend! As soon as I got home my lashes fell off . Thats not even the issue I got there with an appointment for 5pm for a color change and a 5:30 pm for lashes . they let someone go in front of me several times and I did not get to get seen till an hour later 6 o'clock is my first service was done and I didn't get out till about 6:30 because she had to do my eyebrows and lashes and I still wait for come in for that appointment and this is the third time that they have just let me sit there for an hour the first time I have my feet in a bowl of cold water for an hour and all I could do is get my feet painted. I couldn't get the full service but they will charge you the full price and they're not happy to do anything for you. Customer service is horrible. read more

Had a few issues but worked with the owner and she fixed them all in a timely professional manner!

They did a great job although the hour allotted was cut a bit short and don't know why

New to NC and found this spot on Yelp. Ashel and Journey were fantastic! So attentive during my services and knowledgeable about self-care. Highly recommend both. read more

Amazing! Always happy with every masseuse but Jonathan and Ebony are SO good! Great for deep tissue and sports massage! Clean and professional environment. read more

Christy was amazing. It was the most relaxed I have been during a massage. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and knowledgeable of the services offered. They are very patient as well, as I had a few questions. My husband and I will try a couples massage next time.... and there will be a next time very soon. read more

The first time I went here I saw Rosemary and she was fantastic! The second time I booked a couples massage and mine was a prenatal massage appointment which I made clear at LEAST 3x on the phone and asked for someone great. The massage therapist was not prepared and had no idea I was pregnant, which I also filled out in the intake form. I honestly blame the front, I just don't think she was told. She tried her best. I wish they hit the pillows where you can be face down pregnant, laying on your side sucks, especially at 37 weeks! read more

Keri is spectacular!! She listens to my needs and focuses on helping me relax! I treat myself monthly to massages (I have for years) and Keri is the best I've ever had. read more

It's a great place they concerned about you and your well-being I've never had a bad massage there and I was so happy that I signed up and going for the whole year. And invited to go if they're looking for a great massage place. read more

It's been several years since my first visit to Massage Heights and I've maintained my membership and self care. I continue to receive high quality services. I don't foresee a need to try any other spa. read more

This is my jam. I love this place. Professional, upscale, clean, relaxing and outstanding customer service. I've been getting my monthly massages here for several months and I will never go anywhere else. I was previously a member of another massage establishment and their customer service stunk. They were always calling ME to cancel MY appointments and then had the nerve to get indignant when I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. But back to Massage Heights. Everyone who works here is professional, attentive and polite. I've been trying out as many of the therapists as possible but to date my 2 rock stars are Tanisha and Lauren. I hesitate to share their names because I want to keep them to myself! I have no words to describe the massage experience with them but maybe this will help: I drool on the table and stumble out to my car afterwards. I get exactly what I'm seeking and that's total relaxation. I haven't tried their other services but I plan to book a facial soon. I'm sure it will meet the standards already set by this business. read more

The people at MH Jetton are warm friendly and knowledgeable . Jonathan is the best masseuse ever !! Whole experience a ten !!! read more

I've been going to massage heights for a few years and both my husband and I love it. He's got some movement and continual muscle spasm issues, and I hold all of my stress in my upper back, head neck and shoulders. We have both experienced nothing but exceptional treatments by their team of therapists. Each is conscientious, caring and helpful. They are great listeners and focus on exactly where you need help. We have been very happy with our services there and we will continue to be loyal customers. read more

Would highly recommend. Received a massage from Adrianna and a facial from Jenny. Both were fabulous!

My massage from Adrianna is always fabulous. I also had a facial from Jenny which was great. This store is always immaculate, and so well organized and efficient. Love this place. read more

I have been a client here since the very first week they opened their doors. I do my best to get 2 sessions a month, not for relaxation as much as basic body maintenance. My physical job demands it. They have done an amazing job with Covid regulations and I really appreciate that the owners took good care of the staff during shut down. That speaks volumes to me. I rotate between 3 therapists depending on my needs, and they are all extremely knowledgeable of the body/anatomy. They also sell my favorite skin care line...so added bonus! read more

Buyer beware! I bought a 6 month membership and when it expired, I thought I was done but they have a 30 day notice required. So, When I called about the charge on my credit card called they told me I had a massage left and had 6 months to use it. So, I called today 3 months and 1 week past the cancel and was told it is 3 months not 6 months as I was earlier told. ( an email I received after the conversation did say 3 month but I did not read the email...my fault). The receptionist told me my account was locked and the massage I was charged for was gone...unless I reactivated my account ( which means buy another membership). It's a scam!!! Basically how can we steal from the customer vs. how can I give the customer what she paid for? Also the massage therapist turn over is huge. I had one tell me all the company cares about was money. She is gone. I have to agree. Terrible customer service and Hiding behind policy to steal from the consumer. Stay away from Massage Height in Cornelius read more

Had a great first visit experience! I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Within minutes I was taken back by Alyssa who was my massage therapist. She listened to my needs and knew exactly what to do! I will definitely be back! read more

Best atmosphere, pricing, staff, and massages. I've been enjoying monthly massages for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my first visit here this week. Went in for a deep tissue massage and when I say deep tissue I am in need of getting some pain worked out! TeNijah was a life saver. I went in with a lot of pain and a very stiff neck and shoulders. She worked HARD on me for an hour. i'm grateful to be feeling much better today! Atmosphere was peaceful, smelled delightful and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend. read more

This is hands down the best massage place I've been to and I've tried a lot. They're so accommodating and I have never had an issue getting a Saturday appointment. They also are very good with asking what exactly you need worked on. I recommend this place to anyone! read more

By far the best massage experience in Lake Norman. The therapists are extremely talented and the environment is very upscale and relaxing. I strongly recommend and will definitely be purchasing gift certificates for the hard to buy for people on my list this holiday season!
