I had no idea what to expect, and she quickly reassured me that my reaction was very common and offered advice to help me feel at ease. I curled up in a comfy blanket with tissues in hand as I prepared for the messages to arrive... I instantly was able to receive heart felt communication from my loved ones that had passed over. It brought tears to my eyes! It was so descriptive and so authentic. She was spot on about the craziest details! Along the way, I was addressed by my angels and spirit guides who provided insight into my life's work. Such a gift! Luckily for me, she suggested that I record the session so that I could listen over and over as well as share information with those in my life that were also given messages! If you've never had a reading, you should! And Kendall is the medium for you. It's the warmest, soulful experience! I had no idea what to expect, but it was perfection! I know that this session will be my first of many as I seek guidance and answered questions about my life!

Both were life changing and very healing! She has such a way of delivering messages that is very calming and encouraging as well as crazy accurate. The things that she told me would happen that actually happened are too numerous to count! I would highly recommend the Integral Soul Healing because it is far from traditional cookie cutter therapy. She customizes the session based on your needs and what is going on in your life and no two visits are the same. Even though it wasn't always easy, it was always beneficial for me and I left with insights and tools that will help me for the rest of my life. I love that she genuinely cares about your journey and has such a gift for knowing how best to help you. I know that I am forever changed because of her and am so grateful that I found her! She isn't just a medium, she is a soul healer!

At the website they offer a free pass but I wanted to cash on the free pass on another day. Amy is probably one of the most unique yoga instructors I have ever met. She made yoga cerebral, soulful, and beautiful. She focused on the HOW you do each pose. I like that she encouraged you to play and to LISTEN to your body during yoga. She was adept in giving simple and easy to follow directions and examples of variations and modifications. Her mini massages, nurturing touch, and adjustments were heavenly. It was evident she was very intuitive in reading a person's body and providing adjustments to give relief to whatever was tense or needed relief in one's body. The teacher was good but that was the only plus to this studio. No one knows how to book a private, the cost, etc and have to refer to Mallory (who acts like she is doing you a favor to do this). Computer program was not set up for their needs and has to get everything done with an override (which again only she can do with an attitude). What can I say about someone as special as Lorraine? Our paths crossed when they were supposed to…read moreback in 2008 when I was undergoing a major life transition and needed some grounding and a fresh, new direction. Reiki is not something that I understood well then, and I still don't totally get it now. What I can say is that it is something that must be personally experienced, and that it works. And that not all reiki practitioners are created equal...I once had a reiki session in Bethesda, MD that left me feeling empty, alone and completely off-balance. Lorraine is a Master, and she knows what she is doing. She will carefully guide you and you will feel so much better, lighter and happier, after only a couple of sessions (in my opinion, about 3-4 sessions provide optimal results). Lorraine is kind, funny, humble, graceful, compassionate and powerful. I cannot say enough positive things about her. The Mooresville, NC community is lucky to have gained something that Miami has lost. If you are curious about the healing and transformational energy of reiki, this is definitely THE guide you want to channel its power. An added bonus: Lorraine will sometimes receive psychic messages or impressions as she is conducting a reiki session. If she senses that you are open to hearing them, she will share them with you. Otherwise, she simply won't. Once, at the end of a reiki session, she shared a quote that sounded weird and meant nothing to her. I almost fell off the massage table as it was my then boyfriend's weirdo email nickname. She said that "[email name] was here to stay" and she was right because almost a decade later, we are not only still together but also happily married:) You can't make this up!
