I paid 50$ Groupon but this service is 100$ normally which is absolutely crazy for what it was at this place. There was no steam or hot towel to open pores. The machine felt different than the others I've had (less powerful almost), and no extractions (which sometimes you don't do if you use the machine since the machine gets it all but my skin deff needed it still clearly). The mask I paid to upgrade was a sheet mask that was not worth 25$ and during the mask time the person left me in the room (instead of an arm massage like they usually do). No serums or anything. No explanation of what was happening or what she was putting on me. They usually ask "any allergies. Any sun exposure. Any ____ medicine in the last week" , but this place did not ask any of those things. No forms or background asked. Usually after a facial my skin is glowing with a difference in my acne congestion. My skin usually is SOOO much smoother especially after a microdermabrasion facial but sadly after a facial here my skin looks exactly the same. Also asked me to give them a review while I was trying to check out, which was uncomfortable. Do not go here and waste 100$ on this facial.

The person that did my service did not speak English and this kind of took away from my experience, she was so sweet but we had no way of communicating with each other, she had to pull one of the other techs over to translate. Because of the language barrier I was unable to get a real time cost estimate of the extra fees and was just taken a back at my total. And because service aren't itemized on the receipt, I couldn't really tell what cost what outside of the basic service like my pedicure. Anyway, service was great but I think I would prefer to be serviced by someone I can speak to, so there is a clear understanding of what I am asking to be done and what costs if any would be associated with it.
