Phone consultation…read morewith the doctor at 7:10 am was fine but getting their support department to help get a prescription issue resolved was a complete nightmare and I ended up not being able to get it filled and suffered for the whole vacation. I did get a call that my prescription was ready for pick up on Monday morning but I had already flown out at 6:00 am that morning. Apparently this is standard procedure once I started digging around on their reviews.
