Ordered a phone on Stephen's Day as a birthday gift. Did expect a delay as it was Christmas…read moreholidays however they were back in the shop on the 3rd January as stated on their page. Didn't hear anything once order was placed. Sent email enquiring where order was on 10th January no response was received. After sending a Facebook message and a phone call on the 12th January we were told it would be sent out the following Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Surprise surprise still no sign of it after several unanswered emails and ignored Facebook messages and calls and absolutely shocking non existent customer service we requested a refund 4 weeks from the time order was placed. Wouldn't recommend them at all unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. Would give 0 stars if I could
