Ordered a phone on Stephen's Day as a birthday gift. Did expect a delay as it was Christmas holidays however they were back in the shop on the 3rd January as stated on their page. Didn't hear anything once order was placed. Sent email enquiring where order was on 10th January no response was received. After sending a Facebook message and a phone call on the 12th January we were told it would be sent out the following Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Surprise surprise still no sign of it after several unanswered emails and ignored Facebook messages and calls and absolutely shocking non existent customer service we requested a refund 4 weeks from the time order was placed. Wouldn't recommend them at all unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. Would give 0 stars if I could read more

I found this place in search of a Mac power cord. The other 2 shops in town had signage indicating they were open. But they weren't. Kevin (?) gave me a great price in a power cord. The box had been opened but the cord was never used. Excellent service. Nice guy. read more

Looked for refurbished desktops on line. This advert. for Creative IT came up, where you could add extras piece by piece to build what you wanted. Phoned & was given a lot of helpful information. Well worth travelling for as the desktop was set up and transfers made from the old to the new desktop within hours, so I returned home with a desktop to high spec & with anti virus that switched back on and that has made the changeover a non event, seamlessly easy. got a laptop built with them 2 years ago, great. got three years all cover insurance with them, great. now my laptop is broken, gave it to them to send off for repairs, it was gone for over six weeks. and when they eventually got it back to me nothing had been done with it except a sticker put on it. so I called to complain and they said they would order the parts and do it themselves as all this up until now had apparently been Acers fault. So we agree that they would order the parts that day and they would call me when the parts arrive. they never called me. and three weeks from then I emailed them several times to different email addresses relating to the shop, because I couldn't get through to their land line at all. and they still haven't gotten back to me. and this isn't all of the bad stuff. above all customer service is atrocious. they don't even pretend to give a shit about their customers. awful place. read more
