I was charged the full retail price of an _original_ box, but got this knockoff, cheap ass version that has caused me nothing but heartache. I was charged 450 euros for this, and at latest check the box I was sold isn't even worth a quarter of that. It was sold as original. There was no recourse with this, as the technical specifications are not well understood outside the tech community, but compare it to buying a Ferrari, and the engine sounds amazing, but when you get home, you lift the bonnet and low and behold, there sits a Lada engine.

I went to Dr. Mobile Phone explained the position and was told they would fix it. 24 hours later I collected my MacBook and its now working better than ever. The repair was very reasonable compared to prices I had paid in previous years at an Apple Centre in Dublin. The people here are very professional friendly and explain everything in plain english. Fix it Naas- Buyer Beware…read more Left my sons samsung tablet in with Fix it Naas Tesco/ monread centre. It had a recharge issue. Paid €30 for diagnostic was told it would cost another €50 to replace connector. Asked manager for written diagnostic report to see exactly what the problem was, they didn't have one and got quite aggressive and argumentative when asked why. Decided no to proceed with repair. Later that evening my 10 year old boy fixed the problem in 5 mins using a youtube video. Apparently the battery just needed to be reset using power button- not quite as sexy as charging €50 for a connector. Unpleasant experience glad I only got stung for €30 and not €80 .Let the buyer beware
