I purchased a system and had to return it twice within the first week due to issues. This experience completely diminished my interest in the product, so I emailed them requesting a return and refund--something clearly supported by their return policy on the website. Unfortunately, they responded with a flimsy excuse for why they couldn't accept the return. Keep in mind, the system wasn't even in my possession for a full two days. My advice: stay away. They're friendly and helpful during the purchase process, but once the sale is made, it's a completely different story. Just my two cents.
