While Keith is a good person and interacts with customers professionally, I would strongly advise against buying from this company. I purchased a system and had to return it twice within the first week due to issues. This experience completely diminished my interest in the product, so I emailed them requesting a return and refund--something clearly supported by their return policy on the website. Unfortunately, they responded with a flimsy excuse for why they couldn't accept the return. Keep in mind, the system wasn't even in my possession for a full two days. My advice: stay away. They're friendly and helpful during the purchase process, but once the sale is made, it's a completely different story. Just my two cents. read more

Terrible experience, selling online items were not in stock. Customer service disaster. After payment has been made, you won't be able to reach them on the phone or will receive reply to your emails. Brought laptop in february.it went faulty 5weeks later.looked for refund.i was told no.told manager was out of country. I can't talk to him.i was giving a replacement laptop and I have major problems with it too.again I asked if I could get a refund.told no!! I again asked to speak to a manager. I would not deal with this crowd Advertising stock they do not have ..promised everything i asked for on the phone and then sent all damaged items ..ordered three phones all arrived in the wrong boxes without the promised accessories, one was scuffed on the screen another was the wrong colour and had a damaged screen. I see someone else on this had the same problem! The worst customer service I have ever recieved. Took over 200 euro for a product I ordered online which they didn't even have in stock but have on the website, and sent me a poor quality one instead worth a quarter of the price and absolutely rubbish. The customer service was shocking I would not recommend even looking at the website sure everything on it is out of stock but they still take your money and send a crap product instead.
