Our job: Whole roof replacement & replacing/repainting all wood trims on the roof dormers & our 20…read moreyr old house. Jeremy's quote included all the details of the layers and measurements of wood trims to be replaced after spending 3 hours up on our roof/around our house. And he seemed honest and straightforward. His price, on average, was towards the lower side, amongst all the quotes we got. (Compared to roofers who came briefly then asked to come back for measurement or gave quotes without measuring but told me he could look at maps to see my roof; and another that did not give details of what were being replaced....I had a bad leaky roof before this house that we had to fix every year. So I didn't want to guess or worry if the job would be done correctly. Jeremy's detailed quote allow me to research and learn what/why each layer was needed.) When I needed to re-adjust some items that my husband had asked him to do, both Jennifer and Jeremy were open for discussion, eg I wanted to use PVC instead of wood trim and they're ok with it. I just had to pay for the price of material. At first, I expected a crew of 6 ppl as Jeremy had told me, but for my roof, Jeremy referred it to Al who, with an assistant, consistently worked on our roof. He was gentle, polite, experienced; he would educate me professionally when I had questions about the roof. The roof took 4 days of hard labor. It took them another few more days more to finish wood repair and painting on the dormers and around the house. Al worked meticulously to make sure everything was done well and looking great. It was a super-hot week for roof work but Al showed up every early morning, working till late at night on our roof. Some of the trims took him 4 layers of paint to cover but he worked tirelessly to transform our roof and house. He also cleaned up very well, the debris from the old roof and all the nails. Before I gave the job to Jeremy, I had some hesitation because there was a one-star review about them not showing up by a lady, amongst all the 5 star reviews. I called Jennifer who explained the lady who didn't want to put any deposit down but expect them to show up to work. I am glad I went with my own instinct that this is a honest company. They did a wonderful job. Jeremy also replaced 14 window screens for me, added corrugated drains for my downspouts. He gave workmanship warranty and Jennifer also helped us registered for the manufacturer's warranty. About 2 weeks after the work was finished, there was a severe rain storm and we saw a small drip from our exhaust furnace vent so we informed them. Jeremy sent Al right away. Al couldn't find any issue with the roof but he caulked the bottom of our furnace pipe up there, and we did not have any issues during the subsequent rainy days since then.

Brandon Kappes the owner actually decided to tell me that I wouldn't have to pay my deductible, but…read moreyet my insurance paid him for gutters and he never gave me my gutters until over a year later when I started blowing his phone up. He thought he could push me aside and put me off. He tried to scam my insurance and me. l'm updating my review to a one star due to the fact I've been waiting for over a year for him to get back with me on this and he's blowing me off so l would not go with this company because he actually stole money from my insurance company and he did fraud by not charging me my deductible and he got paid no matter what for those gutters! You gotta watch these roofers out here they are insurance scammers!!! l've already spoke to my insurance company and they suggested that I sue, but I don't wanna do that.... Just yet!!! I just thought l'd let you all know what this company is about! NOT TO MENTION THE FACT That Brandon would send me vulgar messages asking me if I would watch him jack off and I told him no he's married and I do have proof of that as well if anybody would like to see it. He's a pervert! He told he didn't have to pull out cuz he's fixed what kind of professionalism is this? This is absolutely foul! Shame on you Brandon! And I'm not the only one who has had a problem with this company. He sent this to multiple other girls. One of his coworkers told me!! That's definitely somebody I would not want at my home especially with my disabled child, God knows what he would do to someone that's not thinking clearly! It's gross and wrong how he tried to take advantage of me. I recorded everything and take a look at his job he says "it's the best on the planet" well I beg to differ because look at this. This is embarrassing to say the least. Brandon and his company took advantage of me and me not understanding insurance companies. My insurance company explained it to me, saying he stole from me and the insurance company. He tried to take advantage of me look at these pictures and you tell me that this is "the best one on the planet" this doesn't look like the best one on the planet. This looks like a two-year-old did this seriously don't go with this company. He's bad news and he just wants to stick his you know what and girls.... Smh and it's really sad because him and his wife between the both of them have seven kids. She has three he has three and they have 8-year-old daughter together how gross. Honestly, Brandon, I don't see how you sleep at night knowing all these things you've done to these girls out here you've tried to stick your dipstick in everybody. ****This is how he left my house for me to do myself on my own, even though my insurance he charged him for it. I'm a disabled woman as well. He wants me to do it, but he was already paid for it from my insurance!? He wants me on a big ass ladder. This is not right at all! This man is crooked. And to think I'm not the only girl he's done this too. So ladies, beware this man is dangerous. I can only imagine the people that he's actually done things, I hope he hasn't done anything to mentally disabled people. Shame on you, Brandon I truthfully would love to understand how you rest your head at night knowing what you've done to us girls out here. Shame on you you're gross. I hope that you lose this business because you do not deserve it!!!! Being a perverted person should not own a roofing business or any other business for that matter! And dont forget to let them know that you smoked (marijuana) too while being on the job here at my house.... my neighbor will vouch she saw you smoking... and her windows were open as well! I think that's bad for business too. I kind of want my roof looked at again to make sure it's on properly because I don't know if you (Brandon) did it right if you smoke on the job, you probably do other things since you're the owner that's what you said "you could do what you want". Definitely let me know if this looks like "the best on earth"?? If this looks like the best on earth the I definitely am headed back to the eye doctor.

It is the talk of the neighborhood today. Everyone that was here was wonderful to talk with: polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The gentlemen who were on the roof were also kind although I didn't have an opportunity to meet them other than to thank them. Thank you, also, for making the cost fair for us. It was a lifesaver to find a company willing to work within our budget for what we needed versus what we could afford.
