Service department is absolutely horrible and lies. Vehicle brought in for a rad hose leak and…read morethen was supposed to have a rad and heater core flush. After paying for the parts they booked and appointment for 10 days later. Appointment was changed one day ahead and when the vehicle was brought there they kept the vehicle all day and then said they didn't realize the appointment was changed. Promised the vehicle would be ready the next day by noon. Well that afternoon they say they didn't order the parts so they couldn't fix it. 5 weeks later they bring in the SUV to repair the leak. They billed $1100 to replace the part and they were supposed to to flush the rad and heater core to get heat back in the car. My wife picks up the car and they tell her they didn't know they were supposed to flush it so they just topped up the rad. She gets home and coolant it's pouring out of the reservoir and it is obvious they didn't flush it as the coolant was still contaminated. You look at the bill and it says they flushed. Call them out on it and they lie. Ended up flushing the system myself the next day and got everything working. Very dishonest dealership and shop.

I talked to Kevin and even though I was calling in long distance and felt uneasy about thinking about buying a vehicle from a dealer so far away, he took the time to answer all my questions. He told me that they truck the vehicle to an agreed to location. Preferably a vehicle insurer so that you can put the insurance and plates on the vehicle and drive it home. I thought that was cool.. I buy a car or truck and meet you at my insurance registry and take the vehicle home. kind of like ordering pizza for pickup just it happens to be a car or truck that you're taking home. I had to ask why would I buy from you instead of my local dealer. Mostly it had to do with price. All the warranty is covered by the manufacturer and any local dealership will take care of the service. To buy from them is to get the best deal. I found out that it was the volume that they do that allows them to be so competitively priced with even the local dealerships here. They also have a referral program where they pay $500 to people who refer them business. If the referral turns into a deal you get $500 for your efforts. I didn't know car dealers paid referrals? By the way. It's true. The shipping is free any where in Canada. Now to find 100 friends to go buy from them so i can buy the car I want!

Unfortunately PG Toyota let me down today. The temperature…read morethis morning was -40 c and my Tacoma would not start. I needed a new battery and was super impressed with the original 2017 battery that I used up till today, so I decided to call PG Toyota. I asked the woman that answered to transfer me to parts and she instructed me that they were super busy, which is understandable since I was probably not the only one having problems today. She took a message for me regarding the battery and if one was in stock. I did mention that I need my truck for work so I need a battery ASAP and that I would come purchase it and install it myself if they had one in stock. 2 hours go by with no response and I need to get back to work, so I call up NAPA, find out they have what I need, and go there to purchase one of their batteries. I love my Toyota and forever will, but with 9 hours later with no response from the dealership, I realize that I'm just another customer to them as usual. I wear the Toyota badge with pride and like to keep the parts OEM as possible... this was not able to happen today.

Brought my 2020 tundra in for its first service and to have remote start installed. Was quoted 3…read morehours and that I would be called when it was done. I ended up calling after 6 hours to find out it was finished and they just hadn't contacted me yet. Remote start was installed incorrectly; it sets the security alarm off unless left unlocked. Contact them the following day, they get me to bring it back in, then taxi me back to work. I get a call saying its all good to go now and they checked to make sure. First thing I do when i get there is que the remote start, alarm goes off. No solution or restitution offered other than ok we will drive you back to work and see if we can fix it. Extensive amount of time wasted by their poor business practices, and still no solution.

So last week I called to try and nicely discuss to the sales manager (Jared) about our bad experience, and he did not care , and just made up excuses. Sorry would have been a lot better than bad excuses, on top of bad treatment. I wish I could rate them negative 5 stars, but 1 is as low as it allows me to give them!
