He recommended the Taos with very good offers, and we truly appreciated his patience and guidance throughout the process. Even after we purchased the car, I reached out to him for additional support. In most showrooms, once the sale is completed, the service usually declines, but with Hishan it was completely different. His patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly exceptional. Every time I called, he answered and helped me as much as he could. He is genuinely an asset to this organization. Thank you once again for all your support. We also received excellent support from sunny, who is equally genuine, professional, and kind. His involvement and sincerity made the entire experience even more reassuring.

Kudos to Sarah I have owned a brand new ford pickup and the local ford dealer practically laughed at me when rust rotted through the lower door panels and tail gate while under warranty, they wouldn't do a thing, after multiple other issues and poor service in general, I made the switch to Chevrolet, best decision I have ever made!

They fixed the two brackets, did a touch-up paint job to make the fix look professional. They also discovered and fixed a leak in the propane regulator. They did a propane pressure test to check the entire system. We had bent one of the stabilizers which they also replaced. The work was completed early that afternoon. We were very impressed by their professionalism, acknowledgement of our need for the repairs in a short time frame, excellent work, and friendliness. Also impressed by Uba, the tech, and Sara in the Office. Highly recommend NR Motors.

My car has required a new muffler/resonator for some time now and I have been putting it off for a…read morewhile, in some small part because I didn't know who to go to get it fixed in PG...I've had a number of negative experiences with mechanics in town who are condescending, impatient, and are not thorough in their explanation to me of their assessment of what needs to be repaired on my car....I chalked it up to them treating me as such because I am a woman. So I was pleasantly surprised when Bill Papp, owner of Minute Muffler and Brake not only quoted me $140 LESS than the competition for the same service he also explained clearly to me the work that needed to be completed on my car. He also helped me locate a PCV valve from the autowrecker (only $15 vis-a-vis a new part that would have been more than $130) and he put it in my car "gratis"....Importantly, he treated me like a human being and a customer he valued and respected, from my experience a rare treat for a woman seeking auto repairs in PG. Thanks Bill! My only slight suggestion/the reason I did not make the review a full 5/5 stars is that I think it would have been valuable to have had a more thorough look through my entire exhaust system....that may have shown that the PCV valve change was what was needing to be changed to meet my immediate need (the smell of exhaust in the cab of my car) vis-a-vis the exhaust/resonator change (the much more expensive fix that I may have been able to put off a little longer)...but nevertheless it did need to be changed. Again, thanks Bill!

Unfortunately PG Toyota let me down today. The temperature…read morethis morning was -40 c and my Tacoma would not start. I needed a new battery and was super impressed with the original 2017 battery that I used up till today, so I decided to call PG Toyota. I asked the woman that answered to transfer me to parts and she instructed me that they were super busy, which is understandable since I was probably not the only one having problems today. She took a message for me regarding the battery and if one was in stock. I did mention that I need my truck for work so I need a battery ASAP and that I would come purchase it and install it myself if they had one in stock. 2 hours go by with no response and I need to get back to work, so I call up NAPA, find out they have what I need, and go there to purchase one of their batteries. I love my Toyota and forever will, but with 9 hours later with no response from the dealership, I realize that I'm just another customer to them as usual. I wear the Toyota badge with pride and like to keep the parts OEM as possible... this was not able to happen today.

These guys were awesome, to put it lightly. Troy explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, and answered all my questions. I left after the initial consultation feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they were able to schedule me in last minute when I needed the repairs done to do some travelling. I dropped my car off (which hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of months and was full of dog hair...embarrassing!) and picked it up looking brand new, and detailed immaculately inside. I never thought I'd see my SUV looking that shiny and clean - inside and out, ever again. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair. I would definitely return myself, but hopefully I don't have to!
