He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. I've attached a photo of his work. Disregard the flooring as that where the old equipment was.

We contacted Country Ways and they responded within the hour to get us on the schedule. Two days later Patrick arrived to assess the situation. After working on it for a bit, he quickly realized it was more complex than he initially thought so he contacted Matt (the owner) to get his expert opinion before progressing forward. Matt quickly arrived and the project was completed within about an hour. Both gentleman were polite, willing to answer any/all questions (and for a new homeowner - there were a lot!), and made us feel confident the problem was resolved. They also left the work area spotless. We highly recommend Country Ways Plumbing and they've definitely gained new customers for any future plumbing or heating needs. RLF Heating & Cooling is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Bob Fleming will be my HVAC guy until the day he…read moreretires (hopefully never!). It's difficult to explain how much I recommend RLF Heating & Cooling. Where do I start? In mid-June of 2026 both our upstairs and downstairs A/C systems were completely dead. Bob Fleming came to the rescue in a big way! It was H-O-T hot! And it was very uncomfortable to sleep upstairs with no A/C. We decided to install a SEER20 Bosch 36k BTU Bosch heat pump A/C system, which supplies both A/C and Heat at a cost effective rate. It was a big project that also required replacing the air handler in the attic. Since this wasn't going to happen overnight, Bob went out of his way and bought 3 new window AC units for us to use upstairs (which he installed) until the work was completed. He didn't charge us a penny for these. He let us borrow them for free! That bridged the gap perfectly. The new A/C system works perfectly! It's quiet, efficient, and very professionally installed, along with a smart Ecobee thermostat that I quite like. The heat pump also supplies heat during the winter. Bob smartly set it up so that it automatically uses the heat pump when the outside temperature gets down to as low as 35F. If the outside temp goes below 35F, then the energy source automatically transitions to our pre-existing natural gas system. Supposedly that's the sweet spot to use both systems as effectively and cost-conscious as possible. It's brilliant! Bob also reinstalled our old A/C lines that went to three different mini-split systems on the first floor. He professionally pressure tested everything, and it's all working perfectly. Bob was so polite, asking whether it was okay to work past a certain hour as he wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, while also respecting our family's privacy. He cleaned all of his work up leaving nothing behind. That summer, I felt in a strange way that Bob became an extension of our family. He was so polite to all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed having him around the house, and completely trusted him. I am so fortunate to have found RLF Heating & Cooling. His reviews were fantastic. That's why I reached out to him for our projects and he still totally surpassed my expectations. RLF Heating & Cooling for the win! 100% recommended!
