Called at 5am and got the call center. They took all my info but got no response. Had to figure out how to shut down the water and unit myself while cold water was spraying everywhere. Called back again at 8am and got call center again. They said they sent the message and tech got the page at 5am when I originally called. Yet no call back from the tech or anyone! Had to call back again at 9am. This time got the office. The woman on the other end couldn't have cared less that my basement was flooded, I had no heat or water, that we're regular customers and that no one called back. She said the tech was on vacation! So why have a calling service if you're not going staff it appropriately or care to respond? Frankly if the tech called me back and said he was on vacation I would have been fine with that so I could have moved on to another emergency service sooner. Good service and communication really isn't that hard.

We are very fortunate to have come across Tim locally and couldn't be happier with his services and professionalism. If he sent people over, they were kind and professional and did a great job. On our most recent problem to resolve, we had some outdoor water connections to shut off for the winter. Tim replaced them with updated shutoff valves. While here, Tim discovered that we had a leak in our water heater, that he could fix quickly and at a lower cost than if we waited (ultimately fixing something preventatively is much better than waiting for it to break). At the end of the day - Tim has earned our trust over many projects over many years. Best suggestion for a homeowner out there, is to call Condon Plumbing and have him review your system before you need him to come fix a problem. He'll keep your place updated and maintained, without breaking the bank! I live in Pembroke and Plymouth before that. He's the best in the area!

It took a few days but most plumbers had a 2 week out schedule that was not going to work for us. Jordan came on time and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. He took care of a few other minor issues too. The job was done efficiently and it was finished very clean! I would highly recommend them. We are very glad we did not have to use a plumbing service in Pembroke that we've used before and we were highly dissatisfied with. Do your research through Yelp and you will see highly dissatisfied customers with the Plumbers in Pembroke. 5 Stars for Jordan and Efficiency Plumbing! Not that I want to have to hire a plumber in the near future but if we do we would use Efficiency Plumbing!

These guys were the first to answer, and they sent someone immediately. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us two options -- one, total replacement (expensive), or two, a quick fix that might buy us a little bit of time but would cost way less. Money is tight, so we went with option 2, and he told us the warning signs to look for in case it didn't work. The quick fix did not work, which we sort of expected, and again, they had someone at our house right away. This time we went with the replacement -- and they knocked off the amount we had already paid a couple weeks earlier from the new price. These guys were awesome -- quick, smart, flexible, and totally fantastic about working with our financial situation. If you're in need of a fair and fast plumber, I highly recommend them.

Without a super-solid review I could latch on to, I was hesitant to work with someone new, but I needed to fix a couple of leaky toilets. I called Mayflower Plumbing at 9:00am, explained the problem to Donny, and said I had only a small window of opportunity to get the work done, so he suggested that he come by and look things over the same day -shocker #1! And he was exactly on time, accurately updating me with his ETA as the appointment time drew close, and arriving exactly on time as promised- shocker #2! These guys are great! Polite, calm and courteous, Donny arrived and introduced himself, looked things over and immediately made me feel significantly less stressed . He explained how he was going to figure things out and introduced his brother Paul, equally courteous and professional. They got to work, organized and explaining things to me along the way. They began to diagnose the problems with two toilets, and as Donny said "we won't fix what isn't broken" so I felt that the leak would be fixed and realtively confident that I wouldn't be paying for work that wasn't necessary. Turned out to be a very minor problem (woo hoo) easily (and less expensively) fixed without a major overhaul. Turned out they left my toilets fixed as well as cleaner than when they arrived! They worked neatly, and in less than 90 minutes had fixed everything, picked up every last bit of trash, installed new toilet seats, dropped the trash in my garage as I asked them to, and even replaced the little zen garden I keep on the tank of one toilet that I had removed before they arrived. Plus - they came in well under $200 (shocker #3) for the whole deal which made me very, very happy. They back up their work, they're professional and experienced and didn't 'fix anything that wasn't broken" as Donny promised! Now that I found a new plumber, I'm already planning the next project without stress!
