My mom and…read moresister moved a gigantic dog and 3 cats, and due to the size of the dog, Cheyenne needed to make all these special arrangements to send him cargo or something. They really pulled through and they were in contact with my mom the whole time when they had their layover etc. A year later I moved down myself with 2 cats. The process is totally harrowing and you have to do everything within a 10 day window and there's so much minutia. I'm a complete space cadet and I would NEVER have done this correctly if I hadn't had their guidance. I was so stressed out I was asking Cheyenne stupid questions that on some level I knew she couldn't answer (like questions about bank checks lol) just to alleviate my stress. There's no way I was not the most annoying person they've ever worked with haha. Honestly the most important part for me though was the driver Anthony picking the cats up and giving me a lift to Newark airport (from Brooklyn via public transit with 100lbs of luggage would have been horrific) and explaining the whole behind the scenes process with the airline, getting them checked through customs for me etc - Anthony was so key. Super calm dude and really kind. My moving day could have gone very, VERY differently but it went seamlessly. We've already recommended Jet a Pet to multiple people, as we've met some people deciding to make the move down here since. There's a good possibility I'll end up moving from here to Chicago in 5 years or so, in which case I'm sure I'll call them again. Thank you again Cheyenne and Anthony!!
