You can't find a more knowledgeable, professional, and well-mannered a/c technician than Richard Petty. He is old-school. Customer service and satisfaction are truly his top priorities. The icing on the cake is that he passes his low overhead on to the customer -- Richard is his own, sole technician, dispatcher, and salesperson. He answers the phone when you call, and if he's in the midst of a repair or consultation, he will call you back as soon as he is able. But don't let the small size of his company fool you. Richard offers fast, friendly service and lower prices -- often, much lower prices -- particularly on new, brand-name equipment (He sells no off-brand or 2nd-tier-rated lines.). He's had 35+ years of experience in the industry, bolstered by having led Westbrook Heating & Air to record-setting sales and service levels prior to starting his own business. Richard will never sell you anything you don't need, and everything he does sell you will be very reasonably priced and at the highest level of service and competence. I've known, and dealt with, Richard for almost 25 years. You won't go wrong with this guy.
