In our case, he said addressing indoor temperature and humidity issues with an HVAC company should take care of the problem. Any home construction/repair company that openly shares all information with a potential customer--especially when it prevents an immediate sale on the work--automatically earns my trust. The willingness to put a homeowner's best interests above their own shows that they're invested in maintaining their good reputation. They are good workers no doubt but the business side had no updates on change orders until final bill so the high end jumped a bit. Just make sure the cost of what you want is specified so you don't feel buckled and dimed.
