What took me two weeks to gather up and put aside, they removed in 30 minutes! They were both very professional, fast, and friendly. After checking out 14 junk removal companies we decided to use Fox to move some large, heavy and awkward items out of a storage unit. Richard and Nick showed up on time and could not have been nicer. Within a minute (literally a minute) of filling out the form on their website, I was contacted by text. I sent over a picture of what I needed removed and was provided a quote. Not only that, I was shown a diagram on how the quote was estimated. The next morning (like 14 hours later), I got a text that they were on the way. This is only my second Yelp review, but we got such good service I wanted to let people know. We saw Fox Junk Removal on Yelp and contacted them via text then they followed up with a call. Brian's response was fast, maybe 5-10 minutes. I sent him a few photos then he got back to me with a price (again, very fast response). We set up a time 2 days later that worked for us. They texted when they were on their way. Richard and John came this morning and took all our stuff...lots of old wood, clay pots, and tile. Shady business practices and price gouging when they arrive. We are victims of the LA fires. This is far too common now. we sent photos and got a "flat fee" quote. When they arrived they DOUBLED the price on the spot and told us we would pay more due to boxes not being broken down and we added boxes. Guess it wasn't a flate rate. shame on them. read more

This service is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I scheduled a pick up on a Wednesday and had that cancelled last minute. Then i was rescheduled for Saturday morning and told 9 am. When I texted to confirm I was told it would be "a couple hours" - then the owner called and told me he would never say 9 am which isn't true. There is no reason for me to lie about a pick up time since I already had to rearrange my schedule. Then the man cancelled the service I had been waiting for ALL week. They were all done well within the hour after filling up their whole truck. Strongly recommend this company. After 42 and a half years in business, my parents were closing up shop. They tasked me with finding a couple of junk removal companies to come give estimates. Fox Junk Removal was the most reasonably priced and most responsive as well. During the time of Covid, they were professional and wore a mask. They even swept up the rooms afterwards. We asked that they do a certain room first and the answer was "Sure no problem". They cleared out the place efficiently so we were able to lock up and leave as they placed the items in the truck. These guys are great! We needed some old, dirty mattresses removed from a room that had cats in it. The mattresses (and other furniture) had been urinated on and had years of built up grime on them. Fox Junk Removal cleared out the entire room and cleaned everything up without leaving a trail! They thoroughly vacuumed the carpets as well and the room looked like it had done a complete 180! On top of that, we had them remove a good amount of other junk we had placed outside. They sort through everything to lessen what gets put in a landfill, so we had the peace of mind knowing what what could be donated would, and what could be recycled would be as well.
