Especially junk removal. I don't leave many reviews for companies here but I have to for this experience. They are that good. I had contacted about five different junk removal services. I got pricing that was all around the same amount, give or take. Junk Giant was competitive in their pricing, maybe on the higher end, but there was nobody that even came close when it came to the reliability, responsiveness, and communication. It was a no brainer for me. I booked them right away. 30 minutes before they showed up I ran into a logistics problem and had to postpone their service. They had no problem and handled it with grace. A week later, the guys who came to take care of the junk and they were so incredibly friendly, caring and efficient. They had to carry a couch down a thin stairway lined with picture frames and were able to maneuver without touching a thing. If every company ran their business with the care, support and communication like Junk Giant, it would be a much better world. I love having my go to places. Now when anybody needs junk removal, I can proudly say "I've got a guy" and tell them they don't need to contact anyone else.

Would rely on these guys for any junk removal!…read more I had a number of large pieces of furniture and to get rid of in a hurry. Crunch Time responded promptly, gave a fair price after seeing photos, and frankly advised that most clients wind up adding a few more things. I did add some things I'd forgotten and they took them on professionally with a reasonable additional charge, especially considering how difficult some of the pieces were huge and required demolition to remove! They hustled to make sure I could get to another commitment on time and left the parkway clean. I really appreciated the positive attitude, consideration for the property, rapid and clear communication, and all-around professionalism.

Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend!…read more I had an excellent experience with this company today. They came out to trim my palm trees, and the work was fantastic. Everything was completed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What really impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to the tree trimming, they hauled away several pieces of furniture and boxes I wanted to discard, and they even helped move some furniture around my property at no additional charge. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with--professional, genuine, honest, and incredibly reasonable with pricing. It's rare these days to find a company that combines quality work, fair prices, and exceptional customer service, but they delivered on all three. If you're looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers, I would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars all the way! Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful day so easy. I'll definitely be using your services again in the future.

When the bin was picked up, I was told it weighed 11.5 tons (23,000 lbs) and was charged an additional $880 for overweight fees. I have remodeled many homes and have never seen a 1,150 sq ft remodel generate anywhere near that amount of weight--especially considering the debris was drywall only. The claimed weight is simply not believable based on my experience. I attempted to resolve this reasonably with the owner, Alberto, and their employee, Eddie. I even offered to pay $750 toward the overage, despite strongly believing the charge was excessive. They refused to negotiate and dismissed my concerns entirely. I will not use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them unless you're prepared for unexpected and questionable charges.
