I boarded my dog here from 12/22-12/24. During his stay I received the pawgress report showing that he was loving but shy and nervous. I could tell by his body language in the photos that he wasn't enjoying his stay. During pickup, I was immediately hit with a stench of uncleaned pee and poop that wasn't there when I dropped him off. The attendant retrieved my dog and informed me that they did not give him the exit bath I paid for, but she refunded me. No problem. I appreciate the attendant for automatically refunding me. The problems started as soon as we got outside. My dog went to the first patch of grass and peed. He peed so long that he squatted like a female. He peed for at least 2 mins straight. Next, we get in the car and he and his bed smell like rancid piss. We get home and as soon as he gets out of the car, he poops in the parking garage. The poop was BIG and HARD like it was compacted. I get him to the bath then immediately after, as I'm drying him, he poops more HUGE impacted poops. Tbh I don't really think they let him use the restroom for at least the day that I picked him up. It seemed like they just let the dogs go to the restroom in the kennels. If you need a boarding facility, this one will keep your dog alive but you may not get a happy dog back. read more

Such an amazing experience! Especially for my first time boarding. Staff was great & asked a lot of questions when I first arrived to make sure there would be no miscommunications! We did lose a toy but that's ok & 1000% not a big deal to us at all! read more

My pup loves PetSuites! The staff is so friendly and knows each dog by name. They are always ready to check us in quick and give me updates about her day when I pick her up. I take Sadie every morning for day play, as I work long hours and she gets anxious when left home alone. The staff is nothing but loving towards her and I couldn't ask for her to be in better care. Additionally, they have live cameras so I can always check in to make sure she is doing ok! They do such a good job of keeping the place clean and immediately picking up after the dogs. They also do special things for the dogs around holiday's like free raffles, treats, and even visits from Santa! read more

I would suggest NEVER bringing your animal to this "establishment" unless you expect them to be kicked around by employees. This poor baby had to be taken to the vet after being kicked so hard he broke through the glass. See video below. Aside from this, animals are exposed to chemicals often ingesting them and just recently after a visit here our dog started having seizures which is when we stumbled upon this video. We have asked REPEATEDLY to see footage from the day our dog was there since his seizures only began that day and this employee was watching over him and of course no one will return our calls and show video footage because "they dont have access" or "they dont have authority" to do so. Called managers and everyone gives the run around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself and do not chance taking your animal here read more

Lex and Ashley at the front desk where great! Lex explained the app for the camera. Ashley went above and beyond to keep the area clean!

This place is great. Was so good to my dogs and cat. Gave my old dog (with arthritis) a hammock like thing to help her stand. They played with my cat a lot. Everyone is so nice. Def recommend read more

Bear smell so good, everything was so clean,Staff was awesome! I will bring both of my dogs next time,Thanks to Staff!

The staff at this location are simply incompetent. I made four attempts to schedule a grooming appointment. If a business can't even set an appointment, I would be a fool to trust my dog to them. Get this, swear, NOT MAKING THIS UP, even a little. Tried to schedule online. Nope. So, I call, ask to set up an appointment. This girl proceeds to misunderstand literally every thing I say and talks over me while I'm trying to give her my number. It took five attempts to just get her to listen and write down the digits. It became so frustrating I decided I would try again the next day. I call. Same young lady answers and I attempt to schedule for the aftnoon, she says, "he has to be here at 9a". "Okay, I have things to do Saturday can I pick him up in the afternoon or schedule him later in the day?" "I have to ask my manager" she puts me on hold 5 minutes go by.... I decide to see if I can walk from my house to the Petsuits location, a mile away, while on hold. I arrive, 15 minutes later, phone is still pumping out that sweet, sweet hold music. Two young ladies standing at the desk, "Hi, pick up?" No, just trying to make an appointment. The manager explains how busy they are, (NOT ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE STORE) tells me to give her a second to check out the scheduling. I tell her that I've been on hold for 20 minutes Now here's the thing. If a business can't handle making an appointment to do what ever it is that business does professionally YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE A FOOL TO TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ANIMAL read more

They are the best. My dog goes here for day care I love the staff. They spoil my dog, they always have him ready when they see my vehicle pull up after a long day at the office. read more

We've been loyal customers of Petsuites Addison for many months now, and have always been more than pleased with their service. Normally they are very friendly and attentive, but this most recent time was different. When we first arrived to drop off our cat, we were greeted by two employees we did not recognize. One of the employees had what we assume to be her own dog with her, which was not on a leash and was free roaming around the lobby. Not a big deal, but it didn't seem very professional as he wasn't particularly well trained. When we went into the cat room, they did not have our cat's condo ready, it was still dirty from the previous guest. They brushed it off and quickly dumped out the litter box and took down the previous cat's documentation, but did not clean the condo at all. Overall they seemed to be very underprepared for our reservation. The biggest issue we had was a safety concern. For context, every single time we have ever booked our cat a stay at Petsuites, we have specified that our cat CANNOT be left with toys other than the specific ones we provide because he will chew them up and eat them if unattended. This is particularly true of toys with strings. We've always made this known and they have always been very vigilant about following that specification. However when we picked him up today there was a wand toy in his condo. Thankfully it didn't seem that he had eaten it, but there's no way they could have missed that instruction as it was literally on his printed documentation posted on the gate of his condo. It may not seem like a big deal, but cats can die from ingesting string, or at the very least have to undergo expensive surgery. Needless to say we were unimpressed with the service this time; there had never been any issues with this instruction until now. We do not write this review to be scathing or to draw negative attention, we want management to be aware of this issue so that the employees can receive additional training so that there isn't any more negligence that could cause real harm. read more

Like another review mentioned. Setting up a simple grooming appointment was tedious and time consuming. I was told the groomers only work few days during week. I was scheduled for Saturday morning. Arrived to appointment - front desk - 4 young women - not one greeted me or smiled. They looked annoyed. Finally, I asked if someone could help me. Without a smile or much eye contact, I was informed their groomer does not work Saturdays. 1 girl found my appointment - it was for Tuesday (that was not what I was told over the phone). Based on the cold non-greeting I received and the ditsy reservation attempt. I cancelled the Tuesday appointment. I moved from Plano,to Addison. I've always had an excellent experience with groomers and staff. Being in the service industry all my life (RN at major hospital and AA flight attendant). It's not hard to smile and be helpful. Left thinking this was a creepy place. read more

They returned us the WRONG dog back! We had our GoldenDoodle boarded for a total of 6 days 5 nights. We seemed happy with the care after receiving a picture and update from the first day. The next one we received the photos were of the wrong dog!! We tried calling to confirm that our sweet pup was okay but no answer. When my sister went to pick up our fur baby they GAVE HER THE WRONG DOG BACK. Luckily she knows our pup & knew it was a completely different doodle!! Turns out our dog got switched to a completely different room than what we payed for since Wednesday! (We dropped off on Sunday picked up on a Friday). The staff also attaches a collar with the dogs game on it, and when my sister picked him up it was even the wrong collar & name. We also paid for individual play rather than group play so who knows if he even got what we paid for. Upon arrival when my sister picked up our dog the worker even told her "We can't seem to find your dog." No worse feeling knowing the last picture we received was not our dog then we get told you can't find him. Very disappointing, & worry-some. read more

I wanted to like this place- it's right by my house but gosh talking/booking with their staff is a night mare. May be the most frustrating conversations I've ever had. The first time I booked it took 3 calls and an absurd Amt of time on each call. I would think we were booked then got a call back saying they needed to complete the reservation....did this a total of three times giving same info each time. I let it go thinking they just opened. Tried to book another reservation today...same thing. Was on the phone a total of 10 min still no reservation made- the girl finally gave the phone to someone else...where we started again with the same questions that had already been asked. I finally just had to say nope can't stay here. It's like they have no idea what they are doing at the front desk. Doesn't give you much confidence in them taking good care of other tasks. Very frustrating...ecspecislly when I was already in their system...how hard can it be!! read more

The place was clean, and the people were very nice, but my dog Sunshine came back to me with injuries on the head and the ear; I know dogs will be dogs, but her wounds had dried blood on them; I took my dog to many dog parks every day, and she has never come back from the dog park with injuries because I am watching her, the reason I bought my dog to this place was that they said they would be kept "safe." Hence, I am not sure if the dogs are being monitored when they have free play, but I am agitated..... The other thing would be that my dog's attitude has changed around other dogs. She used to be very open about meeting new dogs, but now my dog runs scared with her tail between her legs, which is not like her until she returned from this place. If I were you, take your dog to Camp Bow Wow, we could not put my dog here because they were entirely full for the holidays, so this place was the only option. I wish I had never bought my dog too them; I will not give them non of my business again. read more
