If I could give this place zero stars I would. All I have to say is this place is racist. My dad told me to go to petsmart to use the coupon he was sent for the free costume. I chose one that cost $9.99. While in line this lady in front of me gave me her coupon because she saw I had a costume and said she doesn't even have a cat or dog and she wanted me to have it. So I go grab another costume for my other dog. Note she was in front of me at the register. I go to use my coupon my dad gave me. And the lady told me I can't use it because the account was under my moms name and not my dads. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF ITS THE SAME LAST NAME? So the cashier calls over a manager and they gave me a hard time about it. Then I explained to the manager that the lady ahead of me allowed me to use her coupon. This manager started accusing me of trying to get her fired because I asked to use the coupon!!! She hit my shoulder, she then told her cashier that she'll check the cameras to see if I was lying. She had brown hair and glasses. She was an older lady. This was the most racist and worst experience I've ever received and I will never walk into another pet smart EVER again after what I had to go through just to get my dog a costume! read more

Pestsmart pet motel gave my bulldog Angus, Akita Lulu kennel cough, and my bulldog has full blown pneumonia. I spent over 600 dollars in vet bills and medicine. Please do not leave your dog here. Pestsmart offered to reimburse me 80 dollars. read more

I was extremely disappointed when I picked my dogs up from a long weekend. All three dogs were covered in dried urine! It was disgusting!! When we called to speak with the person in charge she simply said oh well, they're dogs. It was clear that they had not been taken out enough and had spent almost three days laying in their own urine. For $400 I expect MUCH better! read more

I wish I could give them no stars are negative star my dog got very sick in this kennel!!! They were informed that I would be out of the country called me on the 19th left a voicemail did not call my emergency contact until the 22nd a day before I was due to return from my trip. Our dog was boarded there for 5 days. When she got home she was SO SICK! We took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with Kennel Cough but then we got a call from a friend and were informed there was an outbreak of canine influenza!! Petsmart knew about this and did not even call to inform us! They should have called every dog owner who boarded there dog there to let them know! That was negligent and shows they clearly do not care about the animals! Not only will I never board my dog here again- I will never go to another Petsmart! Rescue dog Cody started in doggie day care 4 years ago and with the help of the friendly and knowledgable staff, has learned to trust, have fun and just be a happy dog. He goes five days a week and rules from the Kangaroo climber. You can see that all the dogs are well taken care of, have clean play area and a staff that takes the time to care for each and every dog. AND the staff takes care of the picky pet parents as well!!!! Big cheers for this location and the great staff!!! read more

Picked of my babies from the pets hotel and both of my dogs are sick with kennel cough and pneumonia. What makes me upset I was told they have been having a issues for over a month with this problem in the hotel. Apparently the dr from banfield came over to check on all the dogs and gave my dogs antibiotics and ran some test. I have heard nothing from Banfield in regards to the test results or a phone call in regards to my pets health. I tried calling yesterday but no one is answering the phone (shady). I had to take my dog to another vet which is amazing and they let me know the one of my pets has pneumonia and has to be hospitalized. I now have a $2500 bill to keep my pets alive and I had to pay for the Petsmart hotel bill which was over $500 I cannot believe that Petsmart made me pay that bill. They are only concerned about making money and those poor employees they really do try. All dogs that have been in the hotel all have kennel cough and they have shut down the hotel and Banfield because of too many cases of the flu and kennel cough. If you have dogs or animals in general please be aware. read more

I love coming to this Petsmart. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and this store always has everything I need in stock. They have a great selection of fish and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the music that is always playing inside too. It puts me in a great mood while I shop. read more

Amazing!! This is the biggest, cleanest, newest Petsmart I have ever been in. I went in for dry dog food and they were fully stocked in EVERY brand you can imagine. Then I wandered around and of course picked up 4-5 other items that my pooch could NOT live without. They have a pet day care (whaaaat), training options, grooming and even onsite pet hospital/vet services. Did I mention how helpful and nice the staff were?? read more

The guy working at register 1 last night 6-6:30 was awesome. He went the extra mile with my daughter by explaining why he would choose another plant for her betta fish. We were approached 4 times by other employees in the fish department. Love this store. read more

I called today and asked if I could return an item for store credit because it was not the proper size. The guy I spoke to was named Jeff. As I walk in to the store the it smells like urine, there is a long line. I don't mind waiting in long lines but as soon as another line was open I walked over to that line, as I walk to the register I see the man at the register is named Jeff. So I told Jeff I spoke with him a while ago and he said he could not return my item and began to get frustrated when I was explaining I could go get my receipt. He told me directly I am not going to do a return if it's over 50$ which it was not it was 31.99$ and Jeff began to say well I'm not going to do it. When he clearly said on the phone as long as it's not over $50. Overall he was rude and very disrespectful. I will never go back to this location horrible customer service!! read more

Trash! We have had a much better experience at the petsmart in pasadena tx! Paid $54. & change plus tipped the lady only to see later that my dog din't smell of shampo nor condining! Nor was he shaved where we requested properly, his glans not done! Never again! read more

I took my Goldendoodle in to be groomed in the Petsmart in Webster, Texas. When I picked her up, she was covered with razor burns across her chest and they had shaved her ears. The groomer handed her over to me as if nothing was wrong. I asked for the manager who took one look at her and took her over to the attached veterinary clinic for treatment. They even shaved her ears which I have never seen done on a Goldendoodle and yet left the base of her tail fully grown out. Their excuse was that the groomer that worked on her was a new employee. I will NEVER take my dog there again. read more

I'm sorry that people have not had positive experiences at this PetSmart. The grooming salon and its associates are head and shoulders above any other I have used. The groomers are professional, friendly, and their work on my 2 babies, Ripley and Chief has always bee very good. Ripley is a Scottie and not everyone can groom a Scottie right, but they have never disappointed. Chloe groomed my "Chief" 2 days ago and when I brought him home, he was met with "Oooo's" and "Ahhhhs" by my family. Keep up the great work! read more

Went in to get my little sister a Christmas gift she's been wanting a turtle so I came in to get the basics such as just tank,food,and turtle and later on have my mom buy her the other stuff she was needing so I was asked if I needed assistance after I been waiting by the tanks a solid 10 min after looking for an employee and told him this is what I wanted immediately he tried to upselll me on a $200 tank and other stuff I told him again it was a gift I only had the intentions for basic stuff so I told him that and again he tried to upselll me to get a $160 tank after that I told him no again so he said he need help to go get the turtle which I don't understand why cause he originally said he was gonna get it so he brought back someone else with him and the other employee asked the same question as if the other employee didn't tell him what was going on in the first place so then after I said what I wanted he tried to upselll me as well to another more expensive tank then the $200 one so I then asked what his deal was and why as a customer am I having to repeat myself multiple times and having to tell them no I'm not interested and he told me "that he suggested it and that if he wanted to he could refuse to sell me it" so I said that's fine and left like I'm sure you don't even get commission off this and I didn't come in with the intent to argue with a 20 year old pet smart fish tank guy or 40 something year old fish tank guy read more

I am always greeted with smiling faces and knowledgeable employees. I recently bought 2 Guinea pigs that I knew little about and the girl who helped me shared what she knew which was a lot on food and cages. I can not thank her enough for that !! read more
