Selina took great care of my baby during her nail grind and grooming. She always comes out smelling delicious and she takes care of all the trimming we ask her to do around her back legs. Great service.

I normally don't do reviews but I'm at a bit of a loss here. I've been coming here for grooming for a while now-never had any problems-I was in today to check in my dog for a routine appointment in the grooming area, and while I was getting checked in I was hit fully by a door. At first I thought it was an accident and went to see if I was standing in the wrong area-I wasn't-turning around I see an employee named Rebecca walk right past me. No acknowledgement, no apology, not even a sideways glance. Rebecca walks into the grooming area and just leaves me and the employee checking me and my dog in. I don't think she even acknowledged the employee either. In defense of pet smart the grooming employee looked appalled at what happened and saw that I was in a lot of pain, apologizing on behalf of the woman that hit me. I later found out from another employee as I was checking out at the counter that this woman is a manager? It makes me really sad to hear this because I haven't had any issues, but this woman was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. I haven't ever seen her before so I'd assume she's new, hoping she's temporary and they get another manager soon. Until then if you see a Rebecca walking around I'd recommend avoiding her and talking to the associates, since they're much nicer usually. I'm also going to include photos of bruises on my arm and leg that I'm 99.9% certain I got from the door hitting me.

Never really had an issue with this store, other than employees not acknowledging you on the floor, I think today was the first time my son and I were acknowledged. They have great sales at times, but my son enjoys bringing his dog in to treat him with new items.

This store has always been my go to place for my kids needs. The staff is kind and go the extra mile not just for me but I'm sure for all the customers including the pets. Thank you to Andrew for bringing out my curbside order . Being disabled this service rocks . I do go inside to shop because I enjoy this store but having a back injury I'm limited .

Where is the management? These bathrooms are filthy starting at 8 am when the store isn't even open yet! Clearly night shift doesn't clean when closing and day shift doesn't clean either. If too busy of a shopping center, close the bathrooms to public. No toilet paper or paper towels to dry hands either. Staff says they always look like this, which means the manager needs to be replaced.

This is for Grooming... Selina took outstanding care with our pup today for his first visit at the groomers. Bath, blow dry, brushed teeth and trimmed nails. Sidney smells so good! The app and online made setting up the appointment a breeze and what shots were required was very clear and super helpful. Check in was quick, everyone there was upbeat, professional and kind. I felt confident leaving him in their care. Two hours later, paid via the app, and picked up a very happy, content pup whose coat gleamed in the sun all the way home. We will be back for monthly services since it was such a great experience!

this is for grooming: i took my dog here a few days ago, they had time for a walk in bath and nail trim so i dropped her off and it took about an hour. today, i came across all these scabs, blisters, redness, dry spots, and bleeding all down my dogs lower spine. i can't say for sure if the groomer CAUSED this but either did or chose to say nothing to be about the well being of my dog; i tried to scratch her butt and she kept wincing in pain so it must've been obvious to someone trying to wash her. you can see from the photos below (all separate areas) how much pain she must be in; extremely disappointed and i will be bringing her back here to have the groomers explain.

Gabriela is the only groomer I will take my Cairn Terrier to at the Petsmart in The District at Tustin. She is amazing with my very nervous terrier who will only let her trim his face. If I go near him with scissors or clippers he freaks out lol. I book with her way in advance on the Petsmart app (she is very popular) and have never been disappointed. She is an awesome groomer!

The haircut is absolutely perfect, the nail trimming is expertly done, and my dog comes home looking clean and beautiful. The entire operation is super professional, organized, and always timely. Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. Thank you for keeping our dog looking cute!

They ask for vaccinations records and need the 6month shots before they take your dog in. The reception area looks like a spa. It's clean and pleasant. There is a gate by the front door so dogs can't run out onto the street if the door opens. Unfortunately you cannot see into the grooming area. They keep the door shut at all times and there is no viewing window which is different to what I've seen at other places. To me this was a red flag. I told the lady at reception what i wanted and she translated in to the groomer. The entire grooming experience was done very quick, they took an hour and a half. Is this a good thing? I thought so. Until I saw my dog. The cut was uneven and choppy. His face didn't have a good finish. He had been nicked with the shaver in a few spots and had blood. His nails had not been cut. And he was dirty!! I actually called back to ask them because I genuinely thought they forgot to wash him! She didn't acknowledge anything I had to say or check with the groomer. She claimed everything was done and he's clean. She wouldn't listen to the fact that when I rubbed a wipe over him the white wipe was brown! I could see bits of white fur all over his black coat. It was gross. She said you can wash him again if you like! We had to wash him again at home and I re-cut his mouth area myself. Disappointed with their reaction to my feedback when i called so unfortunately here it goes publicly for everyone to see.

Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. They've been pretty accommodating especially when it comes to moving appointments up (or back) and one time when I was off by 30 minutes, they called (were very nice) to make sure I was still showing up. And still took us. Our dog is a Hungarian Puli so his coat tends to cord on its own if we don't brush it often (which unfortunately we don't). Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.
