Why do I think she was in a hurry because I dropped my dog off at 9 and they called me at 11 to come get her and they already had 5 other dogs there when I walked in. Then to top it off she didn't even remember my dog had a collar and when I went back at 415 place is closed and they were gone supposed to close at 5. They also gate off some dogs from each other if some of them are more aggressive or not socialized, or if your dog is scared of other dogs. The whole dropoff process was seamless and quick. The appointment took about 3 hours and they called/texted me when my dog was ready. My dog came back looking super cute and clean! They did an overall good job with her haircut, not the best but decent enough! I felt that the price was fair/average. I also appreciated the advice she gave me in recommending a probiotic I can buy online to help with my dog's itching and constant licking. I bought it and it's actually working! They also offer boarding and training. It has been more than a year since I started having Baby groomed by our regular groomer. Recently, I suddenly became unwell and needed to undergo some medical testing, and unfortunately, our regular groomer was off that day. Another staff member kindly took care of Baby instead. What impressed me even more was that our regular groomer had left very detailed written instructions for the staff regarding Baby's haircut and grooming. I could see how carefully he communicated Baby's needs, even when he was not there himself. It was such a professional and thoughtful way of handling things, and it made me trust the salon even more. Baby has a very challenging triple coat, which makes bathing and grooming more difficult than usual. We have always discussed the style together, and for more than six months now, we have been happily keeping the same haircut. If you are looking for a grooming salon, I would recommend this place without hesitation. The staff are wonderful, the environment is clean, and most importantly, I feel completely comfortable leaving my Baby in their care. She's a Bichon Frise, and not every grooming salon has experience with the breed. Unfortunately, that often resulted in some very disappointing haircuts. Bella Banana popped up on my Instagram feed, and I decided to give them a try. They had great reviews, but as we all know, good reviews don't always guarantee a good experience. I waited until our second visit before writing this review because I wanted to be sure -- and I can confidently say I absolutely love Bella Banana! First of all, the salon has a fully open concept with large windows where you can actually see the dogs being groomed. This is very important to me. At many other places, they take my Bichon to the back, and I have no idea what's happening -- which always made me uncomfortable. Bella Banana's transparent, open space gives me so much peace of mind and builds real trust. Today I picked up my dog after her grooming, and once again, it was a perfectly satisfying cut. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can genuinely tell they love animals and handle them with sincere care and gentleness. Bella Banana is truly a gem, and I feel so lucky to have found them!
