They refused to tell me the price of the bloodwork and a minor procedure that was "required" for said procedure(which is confirmed false by multiple other vet places and ASPCA). They also did tests and other stuff that I did not consent to or was aware of, I was informed only after everything was done. For example, their reason for administrating the FIV test (without our consent) is to "protect my staff", what a load of bs, FIV cannot be transmitted through humans, and the vet even complimented my cat's gentle personality and docile demeanor. They definitely pick and choose who to target. Avoid this place at all cost, there are way better options on the island or in Brooklyn.

I guess things happen, and I did not lay blame. I hired Liberty Pest Control and they zapped and zapped and zapped. My vet at at Bay Ridge Animal Clinic, gave me meds for my cat. All was fine except when you stepped in again a week after to feed my cat. Hello, fleas again. Liberty Pest Control came back. The vet gave more meds for my cat. All I had wanted is to have had my keys back. But you escalated it. You could have dropped my keys into my mail slot. You could have sent them to me via registered mail. After the second infection of fleas, I had had it with you. i could have sent to you verification, then I thought, owing to Mistie, might there be a third infestation? We can't thank Christian enough for everything he's done for us and Lola!…read more Lola is an extremely energetic Doberman, but she's also incredibly affectionate and a true Velcro dog. We adopted her from a rescue at almost 6.5 months old after she had spent her first several months without a stable home environment. We were struggling with some of her behaviors and initially tried in home lessons with another trainer. While we had a great experience, we realized Lola needed more consistent structure and training than we could provide while balancing our work schedules. That's when we found Christian at Blunt K9, and we're so glad we did! Before we even scheduled an evaluation, Christian and I exchanged several emails because I had a lot of questions. He was always thorough in his responses, and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell us on anything. Throughout Lola's five weeks of training, Christian regularly sent pictures and videos of her progress and kept us updated. Our friends and family followed along on Instagram and have been so impressed with how far she's come! If you're interested in seeing her progress, he has an Instagram Story Highlight dedicated to her training from beginning to end. The transition home was more difficult than we anticipated, so we ended up having our follow-up session much sooner than planned. That session made a huge difference, and things have been going so well ever since! Christian is still quick to respond whenever we have questions or want to share updates on Lola's progress, which we really appreciate. The improvements we've seen in our everyday lives have been incredible. Lola no longer needs a leash in the house, and we don't have to rely on her e-collar nearly as often indoors. Letting her outside used to be stressful because of her high prey drive and our neighbors' dogs, but now we don't even think twice about it! She also settles in her crate overnight (rather than taking over our bed, like she used to) and when we leave the house. Mealtimes are much easier, too, especially with our 2.5 year old eating at his little table. We still need to use a bark collar when she's crated, and we know training is something we'll need to continue working on, especially with outdoor distractions. But at just 10.5 months old, Lola has done a complete 180. Christian gave us the tools and guidance to continue working with her, and the difference in our day to day lives has been huge. We're so grateful for everything he's done for Lola and our family and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with their dog!
