Went in and spent a bunch getting set up for my daughters Beta fish on her birthday. The young lady that checked us out was super sweet! But there was an old lady digging around in the crickets. My 2 year old had slipped from my hand, and went over to the fish while I was talking another employee. Once I realized he had walked away, I of course jogged over to grab him because he's a toddler and can't be unattended. This old lady literally yelled at me like I was a child. Said "do NOT run in the store" I am not a child, and I'm trying to get my actual child back to me. Really never going back to this one. read more

Was looking for fish and noticed almost every tank had at least one dead fish. Not to mention many fish are sick and suffering. The lady putting new fish in the tanks didn't even bother to get the dead ones out. They had a particularly unfortunate looking goldfish that I asked to buy and was told no. Manager was very unpleasant, most of the workers seem miserable. Won't be going back. read more

as I walked in it was a nice building . the lady helped me upfront since I needed the restroom. she was very helpful. however the lady that looked older with short grey hair was NOT friendly. My partner & I were just looking around and told us that we could not browse. I've worked customer service before and that lady needs to pick a new job. Not sure where the wheels fell off today. I had brought my goldendoodle dog in 2 months ago to be groomed and I thought the gal did a really nice job so I booked with her again. Boy I guess that was a mistake. SMH. Today I walk in with my dog and right off the bat the same groomer immediately she starts telling me there's no way she can do a regular haircut on my dog because I booked online. Wtf?? I booked online last time and everything went fine. My dogs hair was same length before. Few matts. Definitely able to be brushed out but she said the only way she could do it today was if she could shave her because she couldn't spend the time brushing her out. Not only no, but hell no. They had booked other dogs at the same time as my dog and apparently couldn't take the time to do the job right. Or more than likely she didn't want to do it. This store needs better management and if they would have called me and spoke to me about needing more time, as they have in the past we could have worked out a different time. I understand things get scheduled incorrectly sometimes. The icing on the cake was when the manager came in and said my groomers can't spend 4 hours on grooming one dog for $70. I've never once paid them $70 for a groom. I've always paid more, I would pay whatever they said it was going to be. I think this all comes down to employees that aren't being paid enough so they don't care enough to provide quality service. Overall super disappointing and a waste of everyone's time. read more

I can't say enough good things about Tierra!! Not only does she provide an amazing groom, but she takes care of my little man. It takes a lot to trust in somebody when grooming your baby, especially when past experience of have left him traumatized. Tierra takes everything with care and provides exactly what I want while comforting him through the entire process. She is a 10/10 on every aspect. She takes care of your little one, comforts you in the process, provides an amazing groom, and is beyond personable through the entire process. I couldn't recommend Tierra and the PetSmart crew more, their space is beyond clean, and their groomers are immaculate. read more

So this is the conversation when I arrived at PetSmart on 7/10/21. Me - Good morning this is Rubble here for his grooming. Shelly or Shelby (groomer) "I just have to say that you are late for his appointment!" (it was exactly 10:37 and his appt was at 10:30) "I will let him stay this time but if he is late again we cannot save his appointment time. He needs to be here on time because he has a lot of hair!" There was no greeting just a scolding for being 7 minutes late! I was not impressed with that kind of customer service! The groomer had Rubble done on time and she did a great grooming job. I bring my baby girl in to get groomed here. Valerie or Stephanie usually take care of her including bath, haircut and nail trim and grind. She always comes back looking fresh and cute. I have confidence that they treat her well as I've seen with other dogs. I do have a hard time believing that my little spoiled rotten scoundrel is just "the best little girl" and gets an A on her report card. But I guess it's like when your kids go to others people's houses. See you again soon! read more

Bad to worse. My dog has been groomed at this location several times, and i have never been pleased with the results, but it keeps getting worse. I have been shamed as a dog mom. This last trip, I went in prepared to not accept the shaming and be specific with my expectations for grooming. I was told my expectations were not an option. My dog's hair was cut shorter than ever before. The groomers are rude and lazy. I feel as though it's easier for the groomers to shave a dog then put in the effort of combing, brushing, grooming, so they tell the customer that it must be done. I have tried different groomers, I have accepted the shaming and trusted their word. After the last and worst cut, I will not be taking my dog back to this location for a groom (or butchered, shaved cut). Disappointed. read more

This PetSmart does not honor policies, as stated on their website. Worst in-store customer experience of my life to the 3 working at the cash registers. Instead of wasting my time arguing with 3 employees, I decided to go to a more welcoming store. This will be the nail in the coffin for brick and mortar stores. Not an awful employee, but a team of awful attitudes that make you no longer decide to shop with PetSmart ever again. read more

I was visiting the area and needed to get my golden bathed and trimmed. Made an appointment online (Yay for convenience!) and visited the store before taking her in. Everyone was so friendly. I cannot recommend this PetSmart grooming service. I am disappointed in results of my dogs hair cut. Cut was not as described, when I left my dog off, It is uneven, I was told his face and ears would only be trimmed, they were sheered. I believe my dog was sedated, he was lethargic for a day and a half and did not eat during that time. He is razor burned in three large areas. The wait staff were unfriendly, I was not thanked. I tipped even though I was extremely disappointed, I was not thanked for the tip. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. We've come here for the last 6 months, 4-5 times every week whether it be for dog, fish, bird, or hamster supplies and my girlfriend always brings in her puppy. Never had any problems with the employees as they were understanding that my girlfriend has a rescue pit lab mix. The sweetest puppy you could ever meet and just like many other dogs, gets startled every once in a while because she is a rescue and it is unknown what her previous home was like but now she is getting all the love and support possible and she will have moments where she barks when startled, but that's instinct. It's a simple concept for people to understand and every employee is super understanding of that, except for Nancy. Nancy kicked out my girlfriend's puppy and refused service and made her stay in the car if we wanted to shop. This is unacceptable. We've seen many dogs react the way her puppy did but they did not get kicked out and denied service. read more

It's not often that I review chain stores, but the service at this location BLEW me away. Everyone I talked with was extremely nice and very helpful, I got some awesome personalized cat product recommendations and really felt like they listened to what I really needed and wanted to help me achieve what's best for me and my fur baby. I generally prefer PetSmart over Petco anyway due to general better service in the past, but this experience won me over for life. And this is going to be my go to location in the future. read more

I have taken my dog for grooming at this location a few times since it opened. My first experience was decent. Second time the groomer shaved down my labradoodle and left his tail very long. Today we dropped him off. They called me about 30 minutes later and advised me that I needed to pick him up because he was bleeding. I immediately picked him up. She brought him out half shaved. Hair was falling off of him and he looked significantly worse then when I brought him in. She advised me of his injury. He had a small cut on his chest. I just had him looked at and I was informed that the "nick" was very recent and was a superficial cut. Now my poor dog is half shaved and I can't get him in to finish the job at a reputable dog grooming location until next week. You get what you pay for. My last time using pets mart. For clarification On the "nick", not sure if it happened at this location or during his visit at pets mart. The vet could not find the cut at first because it was so small and so recent. Update: found out today that Pets Mart did injure my dog. The cut was done by clippers. Why would they just not tell me? Why lie and say that you didn't know how it happened? Stay away from this place! I want an apology for the lack of transparency and unethical business practices!! read more

I am not one to usually write a review, especially a negative one, but I feel like this business is one to be wary of. I appreciate the ease of booking appointments, and this is why I have given them a couple of tries, but I do not think this store has good customer service. They really were rude and cancelled my appointments because of "corporate rules" and not wanting to groom my dog because it had not been a full 48 hours since vaccinations, since the previous vaccination expired several days before the appointment. Even if that is the "corporate rules" they were very rude about it. read more

I would say that at PetSmart, the grooming depends on the groomer. I've had some ok ones, but Sabyn is awesome and does a fabulous job. Mitzi loves her and she does great work!! This petsmart is a brand new store so it looks really nice and clean. The workers are friendly and greet customers at the doors. From what I've seen they don't have a full time aquarium specialist so people are often misinformed by the other workers when being helped at the fish area. read more
