I took my little Yorkie "JoJo" into the Enchanted Hills store today as a walk-in to get his nails trimmed. There's no way in the world that he would let me trim his nails. The gal did such a good job, he squirmed and made dramatic sounds, but she remained calm and used the drummel and got the job done. He thought by making noise she would retreat. I will take him back in 3 to 4 weeks to have this done again and again. I was very happy gentle yet she was with him. Thank you!! read more

I have always had such a wonderful experience here until recently. They recently hired this new girl(black hair with bangs) and she has been incredibly rude every time I've been in there since she's been hired. I've witnessed her being rude to others as well so I know it isn't just me. She argues with customers and constantly has a tone when she speaks to them. Which is such a shame because I've loved every other employee but now I hate coming to the store because I know I'm going to have to deal with her. I work in rescue and I have to go to the pet store multiple times a week and I guess now I'll be driving an extra 15 minutes to go to other pet stores. read more

Went to this store today and the check out girl (Ann) totally went of on the wife she told her that that she would be right with her and the wife said okay. Then she said it again and stare yelling at the top of her lungs in front of a store full of people. Saying get out of her store and she don't have to take being talked to from anyone. Ann started yelling get out of the store so the wife walked away and I asked her name and she said I don't have to tell you my name so I asked again she took off her name tag saying this is my name shoving her name tag in my face. So I asked who her manager was and she said I am the manager. Then she said get out of my store I will not talk to you any more. Get out I will call the cops on you. Then she said my manager is coming, I told her I thought you said that you were the manager. Then a guy walked up said his name was Tim. I begin to tell him about Ann and he said "get on with it" not giving a shit about hearing what had happened. You know Ann being oriental and Tim being a white guy and me being black it makes you wonder how this would have been different if I was white. I have experienced this type of behavior hundreds of time in my life and the look that I got from Tim and the way that Ann was acting just saying. No business should ever treat customers the way we were treated by these two.one star if it would let me it would be no star. read more

Professional work but we have been disappointed with the last two groomings we had there. Our Maltese/ Bichon has come out looking like a poodle as his snout was cut down pretty short. I like poodles but my dog isn't one. Communication seems pretty bad and groomers that were scheduled to be used haven't been available most of the time. The results could be so much better if the communication was improved and a greater effort was made to get a groomer the customer wanted to do the work do it. People don't find their hair stylists so interchangeable and at least with them you get a better chance to discuss what results you desire. read more

Awesome PetSmart with great customer service! My dog has been groomed at the pet salon and the staff was great! He came out looking so clean and cute, and with a doggie report! The salon staff was also able to tell me what kind of dog he was, something my vet could not do. The store is always clean and neat, and the staff is very helpful and informative. Website says the groomer accepts walk-ins until 4pm but I guess the employees just decide to close whenever they want. Showed up a little after 3 and was told they were closed. When I asked what their actual hours are they said they accept walk-ins until 4. I showed them the time and they just shrugged. read more

First they make you appointment & have everyone show up at the same time! Which made all the dogs more anxious! Then she told me 3-4 hours! I went back after 2.5 hours. First I was told my dog wasn't ready then she said oh she is ready.... I wondered how long she was sitting there, they never called me. The groomer said she would as soon as she was done! The groomer said "he" was aggressive and she couldn't bled her coat. My dog has never been aggressive, she said then it had to be the last groomer?? She referred to my dog as "he" 3 more times! Her coat is so uneven. One ear trimmed the other not. There was a big chunk of hair sticking out on her back leg, I asked her to fix it. I could tell this groomer super stressed out my dog. Extremely disappointed. Groomer was very unprofessional, plus it cost $91 before a tip??????? Will NEVER go back! read more

Terrible grooming. When I checked in my golden retriever for the Furmintor shedding treatment I asked them to trim his feathers. I was told that would have to be a separate appointment! The groomer could only bathe, trim nails and do the shedding treatment. Absolutely crazy. I also asked for his potty path to be shaved. Mysteriously, the groomer could do that--but then didn't. When I picked him up it was obvious there was no shedding treatment because he was just as shaggy as when he went in. He was bathed and his nails clipped. Of course if you complain at the time you'll be a "Karen" so I didn't say anything. Besides, they probably would have insisted he "did" have the shed treatment. I've had that done at other groomers and it is OBVIOUS that significant fur has been removed. read more

I brought my cat in because I thought you might take care of his need , only to be refused service over vet records. I will not be requiring your services any more. I wouldn't even request PetSmart to euthanize my pet , let alone groom my pet because your record keeping takes precedence over an animals health and well being. I'm very disappointed that you would rather let my pet suffer for the sake of your record keeping. I will not give PetSmart any recommendations for anyone to let this company care for their animal. I have now taken my Pekingese 2 times. This time I actually complained how choppy the cut looked. The girl actually said "Ok, I will note that for next time". My thought is insid for it this time. She even commented on how well behaved my dog was. Then why the choppy cut? Unfortunately I think I will need to look for a groomer who is not chopping the dog like a hedge. read more

I've been here about once a week since this location has opened as I have many dogs. I'm not sure if it's because I always go later in the day but the employees seem checked out. I will get answers like "I don't know", "look through the isles" and literally "I'm not sure we close soon so". Many times they just tell me they're closing soon so they don't have to help me even though it's over an hour before they close. It also does not help the store itself is laid out awkwardly. I took my dog to get groomed at the PetSmart in Enchanted Hills and was highly disappointed. Deb was the groomer and she was awful to say the least. I paid to have my dogs nails grinded and upon exiting the store, I had to go back in because he had multiple splits and chips on his nails that had hardly been touched. Once back in the store, Deb proceeded to say that she had some problems with my dog he would not allow her to use the grinder, so she had to use the clippers. Funny, she didn't bother to tell me that before I paid or before I left the store. Anyway, at that point she asked if I would like her to fix his nails now? Being that I brought him in to have his nails trimmed in the first place and had already paid for it, what do you think? At which point she said my chiweenie was aggressive. Now, my dog is the least aggressive dog on the planet. He doesn't even like to go outside when it's raining because he doesn't want to get wet. Aggressive, my butt. Did I mention I have been bringing him to this PetSmart since the store opened and none of the other groomers had ever had issues before her. The only thing I can say is do not leave your pets with Deb. She can't be trusted with your animals. I called corporate and asked for a district manager to return my call. Was told that I would receive a call within two business days and never did. Will never go to another PetSmart again. Google review is next and anyone else who will listen. read more
