Not a groomer. Came up in Yelp as a local groomer. Please fix this Yelp. Don't need to waist time. Thanks.

Love Aries! Used a different day camp previously, which was ok but this is definitely on another…read morelevel. Staff are super attentive and nice, know my dogs Luna and Moody, take great care of them, they're always happy to go in, just waltz right in. Also good seeing consistent staff, same faces which was not the case at the previous place we used. It's all indoor, separated by weight which is also one of the best parts of Aries. Currently only open Tuesday through Friday likely due to staffing. Wish they were open more days! They are a little more expensive than the previous place we used, but worth it. Kong meal/snack is extra or included however you wanna look at it. They do have packages to bring the cost down, pay more up front for multiple days. I think comes out to about $27 a day with the package. They do have an extensive weeding out process which is good because it ensures only quality dogs are there, make sure they get along with other dogs, do ok in the kennel for a period of time. They also require vaccinations and tick/flea prevention. Notes I took when considering them v. Others: * Fecal exam giardia, parasites and coccidia within last 6-8 months * Flea and tick treatment, natural essential oils too ok * Intro 15 min then 1 hr later day free, T-F 830-1030 or 130-330 * hours: 7-1115, crate till 1245, back out till 415 then crated until end of day 6 * $1 per meal regardless if bring food or not * All indoor * No vet on call but has set up with vet nearby * No overnight * Grooming $45-55 * Walk in daycare * $30 full day * Buy 9 get 1 free or buy 17 get 3 free non-refundable Hope this helps other neurotic pet parents like me! We love Aries and am glad they exist for our pups! Especially love the staff! Thank you!

I really thought I did my homework... national company, written guarantee, lifetime training for…read more$1K. What is the saying... if it seems to good to be true, it is. TOTAL SCAM. Check the BBB website for Tempe AZ complaints and F rating. My complaint is exactly the same as those on the BBB website. The "trainer" Jim in this case, shows up one time, gives a three hour boiler plate presentation about pack animal behavior and about 30 min of actual training then gives YOU all the responsibility to train your dog...for $1K! He only came once for first meeting I mentioned and after almost 6 weeks went by with zero follow-up, I reached out and told him in person that I hired him to train my dog and that I want my money back. The Bark Busters website is purposely misleading and vague indicating they will work with you to develop a training foundation, etc. They won't..they'll gaslight you that you are doing it wrong after ONE 30 min hands-on session. I am currently filing a complaint with the NM Attorney General and BBB to try and get my money back...These are bad people taking a lot of money up front with no actual training given. If I could choose minus stars, I would.

I adopted a four year old dog from Animal Humane about four weeks ago. Lobo had severe separation…read moreanxiety to the point that he scratched my front door and would bark for minutes on end as soon as I stepped out of my house without him. Additionally, he felt the need to 'protect' me from intruders and barks constantly when I have guests over and even when the sit down, once they stand back up or make any sudden movements, Lobo goes back into his barking frenzy. I felt it was imperative for me to seek help with this behavioral issues. The vet recommended I look into Bark Busters and I'm so glad I did. James Landers came to my house right on-time and within a couple of hours my dog was put on track to recovery. I have homework to do, but I feel extremely confident, based on the progress he has already made, that as I continue his training his problems will be a thing of the past. I also really like their lifetime guarantee and feel confident that I could always call with questions should any issues arise. I highly recommend you call and talk to James about the problems you may be facing with your dog. You'll be glad you did.
