    The store has everything you would need for all the animals and they also offer dog training that we are thinking about doing. I also booked an appointment next door to get annual dog shots. I went to the grooming section and booked a Bath & Brush to include nails and ear cleaning and all that appointment for my American bulldog mix dog for the next day. We got there the next day and had to wait a bit to go inside because they were very busy and there was a lot of other dogs coming in and out. I walked around the store looking at the other animals and stuff with my son and went to nearby stores while we waited. My dog was ready 3 hours later and they brought her out she seemed very calm and happy. She is normally really sweet and very well behaved but not sure about how she is around other dogs without me. She looked and smelled clean. The lady said she couldn't cut her nails because she kept moving too much which is understandable she does that with me too. I looked in her ears and they weren't cleaned at all and asked if they did that and she said yes and showed them and she said she must have forgotten and brought her up and wiped her ears out really fast. Not sure if she was brushed at all or any of the other stuff it says they do and not sure what this extra summer package charge is I didn't ask for but whatever. I have never received a dog bandanna though. Everyone working there was professional and kind. Overall she smelled clean and seemed happy and not stressed out so I was happy and will be coming back.

    What a great Petsmart! The employees here are very helpful & sweet! My kitty "Skipper" is a IAMS kitty! He loves the one in the orange bag with Salmon! Even the kitty on the bag looks like him! Lol Except my precious little baby I rescued from the brink of death, is missing a foot. Adopted as a baby, we didn't even know if he was going to make it poor little guy. But, with all the love in my heart I have to give, he survived. Not only survived, he blossomed. The Power of love is a force to be reckoned with indeed. So, we feed Skippers Iams. He especially loves the one with salmon & is vibrant, strong & Healthy! He's just like any other cat! He even climbs trees chasing squirrels! Lol He has grown into a beautiful big Tommy with a beautiful dense golden ginger coat of fur all the neighborhood felines are jelly over. Surprisingly, I can't find the IAMS with salmon anywhere, so I called here & "Micah" was so sweet & helpful, located the last bag & held it for me precious pirate kitty, The Skippers! Shout out to Micah, we are both very grateful for your help finding the Skippers some yummy IAMS with salmon! He's now a very happy little lad. "Thank you so much!" Highly recommend.

    Got an appointment for full grooming on the same day I called for my large Standard Poodle. They were very professional, got all his information and took him right back. Cricket was his groomer and did an amazing job!! I arrived early and watched her take great pains to get him perfect. He looked amazing and I will definitely take him back there.

    Was very disappointed by my fur babies groom this time. First off i told the girl specifically not to touch her top knot( which she did) . Secondly she was trimmed way too short. I was given the excuse that the inside of her leg was matted so they trimmed her ENTIRE body shorter than I wanted(I call Bs). We throughly brushed her the night before, and also at check in when they girl did her inspection she said she felt perfect. My fur baby also came home with patches of fur gone on her chest. Won't be back. BTW her name is Heather, I don't like dropping names be very upset by the experience.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I wish I got the girls name because I was really looking forward to my appointment. I made an appointment several days ago and I called to confirm Gingers Appointment beforehand. I drove an hour to have her groomed and when I got there was told it's petsmart policy that if the dog walks in with a muzzle then they can't groom them. There was a very small yappy black dog that was barking constantly and trying to bite everyone that walked by and they took that dog back to be groomed. I have a 6 year old ESA Golden doodle. She was sitting and being calm the entire time. I make her wear a muzzle in public in case another dog snaps at her and she snaps back since she's so big she would always be to blame. I sent my mom this picture right before this happen. The muzzle is solely for her protection! I have never in my life heard of this or been treated this way!

    What we asked for... (the white/golden dog)

    Our fur babies mean so much to my husband and me. You will see in the pictures, which we showed the PetSmart Groomers, what they did last time and what we asked for again when taking our doggo in today (Thursday, 5/4/2023). As always the groomers were pleasant, but pleasantry does not get the job done, and who knows how pleasant they are once we leave. We dropped her off at 7am and received a call at 11am, expecting it to be the call that she was done and to come pick her up. Instead they said we needed to come pick her up because she was being too challenging to work with and would not stop moving. You will see in the last 5 pictures I uploaded what we walked into: still partially wet, clippers taken to her golden fur (which you can clearly see clippers were not used on her butt), and what looked like no attempt at what was asked. On their website they say "It takes a special set of skills to help pets look and feel their best. At PetSmart, our professional Pet Stylists can do just that." I'm not sure if their standards have changed, but our doggo did not look or feel her best. We have used Petsmart Grooming a handful amount of times, but will be looking for someone new to take care of our fur babies. The groomer's name who attended to her today was Cat.

    Very unfriendly and uncaring towards the pets. Was appalled how they treat them. Saw first hand. Tell people to not go there

    I recently brought our miniature schnauzer to Donna at Vanity Fur with very specific instructions:…read moreI asked that his few small mats under the pits of his legs be worked out or trimmed/ cut and that I did not want him shaved- Something she did before without consulting with me. Miniature Schnauzers can mat easily because their traditional cut leaves longer hair on the legs, chest, and beard. That longer hair traps dirt, moisture, and debris, especially if they are active and live in areas with high amounts of underbrush and leaves. Instead of having a respectful, professional conversation with me, Dawna made snarky remarks to me in front of another customer, saying our dog would look like "Swiss cheese" and "look stupid," but that she would do it anyway. She even added that she prefers to "shave him naked" rather than have him look like Swiss cheese, and dismissed my concerns by saying, "It's just hair. It will grow back." This was unprofessional and unnecessary -- especially saying it in front of another customer, which made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. As a paying customer, I do not not hire a groomer for what she wants to do; I pay them for what I request, provided it is safe for our dog. I expect respectful communication and clear explanation of options -- not sarcasm or ridicule. A good groomer should work with owners to find the best solution for the dog, not belittle their request. When I hire someone for a service, they work for me -- not the other way around. I'm paying for what I want done, not for what they'd rather do. I will not be returning and hope this feedback encourages Donna and Vanity Fur to practice more professionalism and respect for future clients. Based upon my past interactions with Donna, I fully expect her to double down and leave a baseless and falsified response to justify her rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Nothing says "professional" like blaming your own paying customer when you get called out. Instead of fixing the problem, I fully expect Donna to deflect, and made excuses. These photos of our sweet little guy were taken the day after his grooming after the small mats were trimmed and as everyone can see, he doesn't look "stupid" or like "Swiss Cheese" and didn't need to be shaved like the owner preferred. It is our contention the Donna was rudely pushing the lazier route of shaving him to save her extra work and time. Additionally, just as I expected, I received a nasty text message from Donna in which she vowed notify other groomers in town to blackball us as customers and she falsified the majority of her response to my review. This is one really nasty vindictive business owner.
