Ray T. did an amazing bath and brush on our baby Bear. They were so empathetic and professional and I could tell they really cared about the pets they groomed. All of the staff at this location are fantastic honestly. Bear looked great when we picked him up, and he was calm. We could tell he had been taken care of throughout the service and wasn't stressed out, which says so much for a husky being groomed. We will definitely be back. I would not recommend this location for grooming. Because of the unclear instructions of the groomer when assessing her, I am now having to take my dog to the vet to see if she has any sprained or broken bones. Beware. read more

We will never return to this PetSmart location, and I feel compelled to warn other pet owners about our experience with groomer Lilly C. She took our German Shepherd puppy into a back area, tied him up, and video-recorded herself approaching him with a vacuum while he was clearly stressed, barking, and in distress. This was incredibly alarming. When I expressed concern, she insisted he needed to be medicated, despite me telling her multiple times that we were not open to using medication. Her approach lacked compassion and understanding of how to handle anxious dogs. I'm sharing this to protect other pets and their owners. Groomers should prioritize a pet's well-being and emotional safety--not escalate their fear or ignore owner instructions. read more

Lanie, the pet groomer, did an awesome job on my 69lb standard poodle. She bathed and trimmed him very well. His ears were clean as a whistle and his teeth were very clean. She clipped his toenails great. I was very pleased. It was a reasonable price for all of this. read more

Took my 3yr old dog for a groom who is used to getting groomed every 6wks since she was 3months old. At pickup Mildred had nothing but praises to sing about her behavior on the table. But my dog is at least 4/5 different lengths over her body, tail, and head. And when I went in to see about it Mildred got the infamous Christine who said all they could offer was 10% off. But not before telling Christine that my dog would not cooperate on the table and was too wiggly during scissoring. So I'm not sure what policy is and I'd be crazy to allow you to "fix" the cut seeing as idk how you can add hair back. Be very cautious when using this location, I'll be back at the independently owned groomer. read more

If you have been to one PetSmart, you have been to them all! This PetSmart is located in One Bellevue alongside a variety of other retail stores, eateries, hotels and even a movie theater. The store is in good condition, stocked well and has friendly service from entry to exit. Our pup normally gets groomed at daycare, but they have been slacking, so I decided to bring him here on a Saturday afternoon to get all cleaned up. I made an appointment and was a few minutes early, but they were able to take him on back to get him started. I was told it would be about an hour, but they rang me 35 minutes later letting me know he was ready. They did a decent job. The spray they used wore off real quick, almost by the time we got home you couldn't tell he had just had a bath. They also did not trim his nails enough, I appreciate them being safe, but they could have taken a bit more off. The visit did what it needed, minor tweaks can be made and I will just make sure to include additional asks on our next visit in. The store itself was a good visit, prices are a bit high here, which keeps me from purchasing much here outside of their services. Overall, good location, solid store with friendly staff...and any store where I can see other pups at is always a favorite! read more

While the store and the employees are nice, there is one employee who is named Christine who will straight up treat you like you're an idiot. There have been multiple instances where I have asked her a simple question and she would respond with an attitude. Not only has she lied and broken store policy before to prevent me from buying an animal but when I asked her a question about one of the reptiles, she rudely pointed me to the little "care" cards. Even though she is the only employee I've ever had an issue with, her behavior has made me never want to shop there again. read more

I took my 15 year old 20 pound little dog to the groomer, and when I walked in, the girl had an attitude . I dropped him off and came back later to pick him up. When I was leaving she came up to me and my daughter and told us to take him somewhere else next time because she stated he moved around and it took two people to hold him down so she could groom him. Remind you he is a little 15 year old, 20-pound dog with 3 legs and hardly no teeth, and she needed 2 people to hold him down. I said whatever and left. On the way home, it was winning and shaking. Since then he hardly has eaten and stands in one place, shaking afraid to move. That groomer traumatized my little dog. He has never acted like this in the 15 years that I had him. I hear horror stories about PetSmart but never thought it would happen to my dog. Anyone that has a dog don't ever take them there. I will take this to upper management at PetSmart and probably social media to bring awareness to this mistreatment of animals read more

Cleanest petsmart I have ever been in hands down! In the 5 minutes I was in the store, 3 employees offered to help me. It is rare I post a review....only if the experience is horrific or exceptional. I am happy to report my experience here was excellent. After having difficulty finding a groomer that did a good job, not charge a stupid amount of money and could fit her in before a 6 week period, I decided to give this Pet Smart a shot. I cannot comment on the challenges in 2018. All I can say Nina in the grooming salon did an exceptional job for my little dog, Gertie. She groomed Gertie perfectly considering all of my guidance. I have taken Gertie to groomers all over the country and Switzerland. Nina's performance was by far the best groom she has ever had. Gertie is a yorkie/Pom. Her fur is very challenging. Thank you Nina. I will continue to use your services? I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good groomer and does not want to wait 6 wks for an appointment, to give her an opportunity! read more

After buying some fish from Petco across the street, I decided to check out this PetSmart. I found a bumble bee cichlid I wanted, and it was $6. I had an employee come over to help but he didn't know which one of the fish were bumble bees, and called over a Manager, Rose. She proceeded to tell me that the larger bumble bee cichlids where actually charged as assorted cichlids and the price was $12 instead of $6. The tag was clearly wrong and she continued to argue that it was the higher price. She was rude and did not honor the correct price. So, if you need fish, go across the street to Petco instead!!! Better selection, cleaner tanks, and more helpful employees. read more

Natalie bathed and groomed my adopted/rescue senior husky with arthritis and did a beautiful job. My dog did not exhibit any fear and Natalie was careful with her because of the arthritis. She looked like a new dog and I appreciate the care Natalie showed to her. We will be back. read more

The store is brand new and it looks beautiful inside. What I'm so extremely disappointed by is the amount of dead fish I saw in the tanks. They weren't taken out and have clearly been dead in there a while, at least long enough to be eaten on by the others. I'm very passionate about aquatics having quite a few freshwater fish myself, so seeing this made me very upset about the care given at this store. We went in and were not greeted by the staff either, who were not busy, there were no customers at the registers either. It wasn't until after we left and there we a couple of workers outside on their break who told us to have a good evening. Moral of the review: I wouldn't recommend going here. read more
