My boyfriend and I love taking our 60lb GSD here to get her nails done. I like that they always tell me when to bring her in, because of her size and non-liking of her paws getting grinded down, so that we don't get rejected bringing her in whenever. They said a male has to hold her or do the grinding because the females are too small to hold her. They're always very nice and we all leave happy. I'm not sure what the guys name is but he's always very helpful. The wait times are usually pretty accurate as well and they call you once your dog is ready. read more

This review is for the grooming services at this location only. I dropped of my dog here for the bath & brush service (no haircut since my dog has a long double fur coat) and got a call to pick her up about 2 hours later. I was happy to see how clean and white my dog looked. After getting home, I did a closer inspection and noticed 4 chunks of matted fur on her! There were 2 smaller mats behind both of her ears and 2 HUGE mats in her rear area. The mats were so big and knotted that I was unable to comb them out at all and ended up having to cut the chunks off. Good thing she had enough hair to cover up the bald spots, but I was still pretty mad about it. FYI, I give my dog a full brush out once every 2 days to keep her long hair neat and knot-free, and she's NEVER had matted hair before. I've given her baths myself at home and at Pet Food Express (highly recommend this!) and have also NEVER gotten mats from doing so. No dog should go in with knot-free hair and come out with matted/knotted hair... that's just ridiculous. I've taken her in for the same service at another Petsmart location and they did a good job. No idea what they did (or didn't) do at this location, but I will never bring her here for grooming services again! read more

This review is for the grooming service at PetSmart Milpitas. I got a bad service from them. I went there for haircut, bathing and nail trimming for my Pet. Then did a bad jo. they didn't clip-off the hair inside his ears, did not shave the hair in pee and poop areas, did not take out hair closer to his mouth. Instead they took out more hair from his body. They do something in spite we explain them so many time. Groomer Andrew is the one who did this and he is not friendly. He will say NO straight to your face. Even if you go to his manager, she will not help you. It is better to travel some miles and go to petsmart Sunnyvale or mountain view. they are better than Milpitas. read more

I love how the workers are friendly and can answer any question I throw at them regarding their supplies, for this I will give them 5 stars. I have had many dogs in the past, but after this horrible experience I will give Petsmart -3 stars... so 2 stars. My puppy, like all dogs, was antsy about getting his nail trimmed. I'm thoroughly disappointed in this Petsmart. I've been to the Cupertino location (now closed) and Sunnyvale location, always had good experiences there with the staff. The Milpitas Petsmart...good luck finding anyone to help you. My nephew and I went in few days ago, wanted to purchase a bird. Waited around and nobody was coming over. So we went to the register and asked the associate to find someone who could help us. She called it out over the loudspeaker. We walked back to the bird section and waited. Ten minutes went by, another five.....by the time we had been there for 20 minutes waiting patiently as we really wanted one of the birds, one of the store staff came over and asked us if we needed help. We told her we wanted one of the birds for sale and were looking particularly for a male songbird. She told us there were no male songbirds available so we thanked her and walked around to see the fish. To our horror, there were dead fish stuck to the floor in front of the aquariums in the fish displays. My nephew was so upset seeing fish that obviously had gotten out of the tank somehow, dried to the floor, "they had been there a while if they dried up to the floor, auntie!" Even a 5 year old knows this! We told one of the staff members and her reply was "oh, it must have been from last night, it was really hot in here." ---are you serious? It was already 5pm when we saw the fish stuck to the floor. Did nobody in all the time they had been opened, notice dead fish stuck to the floor? One was obviously a tiger barb fish, another looked like some sort of silvery fish, the other was a goldfish...possibly a comet. But seriously now...who leaves dead fish all over the floor to dry and stick, and still expect people to come in an make purchases? This store has lost my business for the entire chain! read more

*This review is for the grooming salon* I usually go to the one on Curtner in San Jose, but recently moved. My first and only experience at the Milpitas location was unpleasant. My bf dropped my dog off and I came to pick him up. The staff was young and unprofessional. They were all standing around and talking when I got there. I don't know if they even bathed my dog because he didn't even smell good. At least spray him with something if your shampoo and conditioner don't have a scent. His haircut was mediocre and was choppy all over his body. It was very noticeable that his face was uneven as well. I asked the groomer if she thought his anus was dry since he had been licking it lately. She didn't even bother to come look and stood on the side and said "no". It shows you how much they care about your dog. I wouldn't trust them with my dog again. read more

We adopted our three kitties at this Petsmart. Even though the price is not always the best and it is a bit of a drive for us, we still made the trip here for our routine shopping to show our appreciation for the store hosting the adoption center. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, but our experience this morning made me turn my back on this Petsmart. I purchased a small bag of cat dry food on Sunday. It was a final sale so at a good price. I opened the bag last night. There were spider web looking things across the top of the bag. Our kitties smelled the bag and immediately turned away. At the time, I thought the web was the packaging material, so I picked at the web and found the web was a bit sticky. Before I was able to clean my fingers, I saw a few long white worms climbing up through the dry food. Then two adult bugs showed up. I took a couple of pics and a short video and had to seal the bag because an adult bug was coming up fast. I examined the bag and found out the bag of food had already expired two months ago. This morning I made a special trip to the Petsmart before going to work and explained what happened to a staff member. She just took the bag and told me to shop for other food. When I returned to the cashier, another staff offered to check out for me because the other checker was helping other customers. I explained again and the staff did the refund. It was just like a regular exchange. Not even an apology for selling bad items to customers and for the trouble the store caused us. I would still consider shopping at this store if the staff had at least apologized for the mistake. Since the store did not care about selling expired food and did not care for causing trouble to customers, customers need to pay extra attention to the products they purchase. read more

I came in a little early for my dogs hair cut. She's a Maltipoo Took 10 min in the parking lot to look for a picture of how I want her hair cut. Then saw her giving a poodle Pom Pom cut on the feet and I said I wanted the same for her feet also. When I came back my dog looks like a Rat they shaved her all the way down and her toe nail is shaved around. So now she's got claws and pointy face. And you can see the Razor lines on her body , not even at all. I wonder what other abuse she could of got from there. I could of done this hair cut my self. The only good thing is the manager refunded my money. Now we have to wait 6 month till her hair grows out for the hair cut I wanted. Not going back to this location ever. read more

They don't take care of their for sale animals properly at ALL. Anytime you see an employee walk to the vets office that is there with an animal carrier, it's because another one of their animals died in there. I've seen a hamster giving BIRTH inside the cages. I told an employee and he looked at me like i was retarded and said "all our small animals are female. That is impossible". Right. . . it wasn't so impossible when the same guy was having issues with the girl who was traumatized by having watched a hamster eat its children. Ok, I am a Petco member and only go to Petco. I only came here because it is near my work and I it was during my lunch. I bought a Betta and i was so sad to see all the little Bettas in the containers. There were so many of them in very dirty little cups. I purchased one and asked if they had a different lid because I didn't want water to spill everywhere when I drove home. The lady said no and then just put it in a plastic bag and tied it. She looked liked she just wanted me to pay for it and stop bothering her. Gee thanks. So the water that the Betta in was blue and I had no idea why it was blue. I've had Bettas before and already knew how to care for them. So I brought him home and hours later he died. I was so sad and didn't want to look at an empty tank anymore, so I just went to the Petsmart near my house. They were so much more helpful and the Bettas there were in clean cups. They told me that the blue liquid from Petsmart was from their treated water and so my fish was probably stressed and died from it. My fish from Petco still lives today. Pretty good Petsmart... people here are super friendly... took my medium sized dog for a bath, for a basic bath is like $20.99... for the works (ears, nails, teeth cleaning is reasonable priced). As soon as I got there, she took my details, took my dog in the back to give him water... super friendly, was gentle with my dog. The gal gave a reasonable time frame as to when they'd finish... I picked up my dog he was clean and happy. I'm now going to be taking here monthly... great service. Also Vet service in the store, this is something I've not seen before in a pet store. Petsmart used to be a place that'd I'd stop by occasionally on hot lazy Sundays to enjoy their air conditioned facility whilst I polished of my Peach Pleasure Jamba Juice & look at/tap the glass of exotic & weird looking fish. The fish with their brains on the outside of their heads were my faves. But when I recently became the proud parent of a baby kitty named Uffie it was my parenting Mecca. From kitten food, kitty beds, toys, scratch posts & organic kitty litter, they had it all. I got everything I needed & the price was nice. The employees are super nice & helpful as well. Even though the lady ringing me up laughed when I said I was going to name the kitty 'Big Rhonda'. I think they're kind of pricey for a lot of things, esp when there's a Ross next door that carries pet beds for 50% cheaper. I LOVE that you have a variety of quality dog foods. I feel like this location is a ghost town because I rarely see employees. It's weird! There are usually two cashiers, and the rest of the store is silent status. This review is for the grooming area. I had a frustrating experience with the Banfield Pet Hospital at this location but came back for grooming because it's close to my house. After seeing an ad for 50% off for service (nail, ears, teeth, bandana) I called to make an appointment but was told that it was walk in only. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have time to bathe him and that we would need to make an appointment for that. I didn't want my car trip to be in vain, so I went ahead with the special they were offering and didn't make a fuss about the miscommunication. I wouldn't say that the girl was being rude but she wasn't being friendly and I felt like I was bothering her. We had more miscommunications with her too. I explained the package that I wanted but when we picked the dog up the package wasn't complete. My boyfriend politely walked her through the special, explaining that she had only done two of the four services promised in the package. She said "Oh, you still want me to brush his teeth?" and we said "Yes, and we would like the Easter bandana too." Basically, we wanted her to do everything the packaged listed and didn't understand why that required an explanation. When we picked the dog up he still didn't have the bandana. My boyfriend mentioned it was missing and she asked "Oh, do you still want that?". It wasn't a horrible experience (especially after reading a review about a groomer yelling at a dog here), it was just really confusing. Her little fluffy, is much to cute, to get her paws dirty therefore, evening walks consist of strolls in puppy stroller or in a puppy bjorn. Traveling down Petsmart aisles are like a walk through the mall, filling his/ her cart with cute jackets and doggie nonsense. My Dog is a "Dog" PEOPLE: We brought in our first family dog this summer, a 12 week old black shihtzu and came here looking for a collar, because Walmart next door was completely out. I tried not to give my "annoyed" face to the overly helpful service we were given. The dog was in the cart, and I felt like this 4 legged creature was going to eat me out of house and home, with all the items that the lady was recommending. All I came for was a simple collar, I really didn't need to be escorted through the "Martha Stewart," collection of high class doggie doo-dad. I'm a fish person so I go there for aquarium supplies. They, along with most other chain fish stores including Wal-mart which shouldn't even sell fish, are probably the most uninformed salespeople when it comes to fish. They try to be helpful, but don't give me a load of crap when you don't know the answer. I can read the signs under the fish denoting category and type of food. Had a bad experience at this Petsmart a few nights ago. We wanted to get a small family pet. Stood by the birds/hamster area for about 15 minutes waiting for someone so I could ask a question. There was nobody on the floor. Finally an associate comes over after we flagged thm over. Asked a question about the parakeets, and was told that the parakeets were extremely untame and would probably bite at our fingers constantly. So the associate advised us NOT to get one ....Okay. Asked about the guinea pigs...again, advised that they were not suitable for my family because they would bite and they are boring. Discouraged by this associates horrible customer service and scare tactics, we went over to the the fish. The woman at fish seemed frazzled...but there were barely any customers so I don't know what her deal was. Everytime someone asked a question, she would go searching for another employee to confirm the answer. She was not very knowledgeable in her section at all. We wanted to buy a 5 gallon tank and some fish. She tells us that we can only have ONE regular goldfish because the tank is too small. (It didn't seem THAT small to me, I mean it wasn't just a tiny fish bowl, it was one of those 5 gallon self cleaning tanks). Buying a $50 tank for ONE $1 fish seemed pretty ridiculous. I told her that we wanted a few fish. So she shows me these teeny tiny fish the size of my pinky fingernail....and says I can have two of those. It just didn't make any sense to me. I've had fish bowls with more fish than that and they survived for months and months. Plus, she did not seem too sure about her answers at all. So...we left with 2 disappointed kids because no way was I going to buy a $50 tank for 1 or 2 cheapo fish that I can't even see because they are smaller than my tiny fingernail. She refused to show me any other fish because they would die.......I seriously don't believe she knew what she was talking about. I've seen 5 gallon tanks with at least 3 decent sized fish in it...if not more. Upon leaving, this woman mumbles..."what a waste of time". Yeah for me it was! read more

Took my dog to the groomers and I was not happy with the results. My dog ended up with razor burns arounds his scrotum. I ended up at the veterinarian's office. I called the manager and he was nice about the situation, ensuring that the groomers will be aware of the situation so that it is prevented from happening to another dog. ( I will not be retuning there) I understand the high volume of pets, but I think they should slow it down so that each furry little loved one gets the adequate attention! read more

Definitely not a 5 star location. Most of time time when I am going in, I need crickets for our gecko, but can never find an associate who can help me. It doesn't even make sense for me to walk all the way back by the fish and wait for help, because I end up needing to walk back to the front to ask a cashier to page an associate. Why can't I ever find anyone? I will say however that the cashiers I've experienced here have ALways been very friendly, conversational, and helpful. The greet me when I walk in, and chat with me when I check out. It's all of the sales floor associates whom I can never seem to have a good experience with. I've never been to any other Petsmart, but the Milpitas store is great. The employees are extremely helpful and considerate. It's actually quite strange because whenever I'm feeling a little torn between two products or not sure where something is located, magically an employee appears and asks if they can be of assistance. It's not to a point where it feels like I'm being stalked like some stores can be...but just the perfect amount of attention. All of the employees are very knowledgeable. Before I got my puppy, I wasn't sure what I needed to get started. The manager of the store helped me personally and walked me through what I did and did not need. I still see him from time to time and he recognizes me and asks me how my puppy is doing. They have some obedience classes that are very popular. I will definitely check them out. I took my beagle to Sirius training (which is supposedly one of the best classes out there) and was pretty unsatisfied with the teacher. I would definitely recommend coming to this Petsmart. My puppy Sydney would recommend it too ;) read more

I don't know if every single employee bugs the crap out of you still when you have a puppy and lecture you on why you should take puppy classes because I don't have a puppy anymore, but this place is worth updating my review and adding more stars because... I had an interest in fish, then an interest in hamsters, and RACHEL in petcare is amazing! She has so much knowledge of all these animals and it's amazing. After Rachel taught me how to care for my freshwater fish, get my tank set up, and after it was stable, I started to get bored and developed an interest towards hamsters. I went in and looked for someone to help me and I was surprised that the same girl who knew so much about fish was going to teach me yet again so much but this time about hamsters. 5 stars to her, but 3 stars for the store because I'm still upset with how they treated me when I brought my puppy in a while ago(lecturing me on how I should take classes throughout my whole visit!) read more

I feel bad for the people with bad experience here especially the owner who had a dog that look like a pomeranian that got fully shaved. I know the grooming department usually asks how short you want your dog's fur to be and they have fake fur samples for you to feel for the right fur height of your chosing. we chose the shortest so we weren't surprised by the close shave at all. The place is always clean and organized. We've been to pet shop where we literally trip and fall over the merchandise. all sections are labeled so there is no guess where your items are. There's always people greeting us whenever we enter this petsmart. We've been to many many petshop and grooming places but I think petsmart is really one of the best. They give caring service without trying to upsell or pressuring us into buying anything. There is so much selection inside the store for all sorts of pets at unbeatable prices. Let's put it this way, they even carry leash/harness for rabbit /rat/guinea pig/chinchilla which is something we cannot find any where else. some of the stuff cannot be found online either. We've compared prices from retail stores and by far petsmart is the most competitive. In the rodent department (rabbits/rats/hamsters/birds): there's this really nice young Asian guy who is always helping whenever we needed help. We bought our rabbit cage from here and it's one of the best purchase we made. The price was unbeatable and the rabbit is ultra comfy in it. I've compared rabbit bottles with target and various pet shops in the area, and petsmart has cheaper water bottles at 10 times the selection all all sort of shapes and sizes depending on how big or small your critter is. they also carry live crickets for your reptilian friends. In the fish department: we were there purchasing red claw crab and the sales person spent hours talking to us and sharing her personal experiences. She taught us not only how to care for our pets but there's also an extended 14 days guarantee should our pet fallen sick. She was extremely catering. I have to admit, petsmart knows how to hire the right people for the job. I've never had any bad experience here. All the employees (especially the young ones) go out of their way to help . they have animal adoption also. There are many cats that need loving homes all spayed/neutered and vaccinated waiting to be adopted. they have a dog training service but we never used it yet. It's always fun to watch these dog training classes as we learn a few tips on how to walk so our dog wouldn't be tugging on her harness their bathroom is immaculate which is very rare even for a pet store. The floor is marbled and it's spotless! I was very impressed. the floor of the store is well maintained even though we know there might have been many pets accident there. There is no foul odor like many other pet stores. In their dog grooming department: I had nothing but the best service here. We brought our dog in at the last minute without an appointment, and the younger dog groomer still took our dog in. I seriously didn't expect them to take care of our dog at such a last minute. I can tell these young people love animals. Even though they were very busy, they didn't turn us away. For $47 our dog was bathed, trimmed, brushed, an even toe nail trimmed. That's truly a bargain. I was expecting some freaky looking thing coming out during the pick up but our dog was super cute! I read some complaint about people who had their furry dog suddenly become bald. We didn't have that experience here. The hair cut was so cute, it looks professional and perfectly short for the summer. Although our dog does look kind of odd with the new hair cut, but what do people expect when they wanted your dog shaved? the clerk asked how short of fur level you want and whatever you chose, they do as you asked. So we got exactly what we asked! our dog came out with two little pink ribbons on her head. She came in looking like a sheep with matted fur and came out with a salon fur cut. her matted tail now flows like a pantene commercial. The whole time, we were there viewing the cutting and trimming and she shows absolutely no discomfort. Most people ( Sheri and a few more young employees) were the greatest. I just want to thank all the employees at petsmart for such a wonderful experience. I am sharing and recommending their service to all my friends and family who own pets. There was one older lady in the grooming department who wasn't all nice but that is only one out of the whole group. that doesn't detract away the superb service we get there. I also like the fact the the grooming salon is transparent with windows for everyone to view how they groom the dogs. It's so cute just watching other people's dogs people groomed. they all look adorable afterward keep us the great work. Thank you all petsmart wonderful employees. I've been here since I was a little girl, and this place has always satisfied my pet-loving needs. I used to come with my friend to get her dogs groomed, but I never actually enlisted my own dogs into the grooming service. $40+ is a little pricey for me... I just take a deep breath and snip when it comes to trimming the fur for my poodle. Something that I saw recently -- some of the leashes in the aisle don't exactly have those security badges... so while I was browsing collars, I glimpsed two teenaged girls shove THREE leashes into their shopping purses. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one leash, but seriously now, THREE?! That's just outrageous. I didn't turn them in though, I mean, they're just kids. All in all, I love hanging out here with my gals. There's an In-N-Out Burger nearby as well as Borders and Michaels, so I'm always happy! read more

Recently I had a bad haircut myself which resulted with uneven hair and sadly, she has the same fate. When we dropped her off I asked for her face to be rounded out and her body to be cut down to her sides. He started to ask me a whole list things and mumbled every word so I just relied with a no. We confirmed it was $40 and left our babygirl with this guy. He said it would take 2-3 hours but she is no bigger than 6 lbs with only a little bit of fur, I doubt it'll take that long but hey hes the professional. While we were leaving, I realized that he had asked if I wanted her teeth cleaned so I called back to ask them to do so, assuming it was included because I remember the Curtner location told us so last time we took her for a trim. About an hour later we get a call that shes all ready. We walk back in to hear her yelping and crying in the back. Poor girl. When he brought her out, her body doesn't look back, she looks a lot cleaner and more streamline but her head is funky. She looks like a boy with choppy fur. I honestly think the trim we did at Curtner was so much better than this full groom. I really regret taking her here. I just hope it will grow out better. The bill was for $40 for the grooming and $11 for teeth brushing. I most definitely do not love the way my pet looks. read more

This review is for grooming This was a close 3 star but I have had more bad cuts then good so it's a 2 Just some background our Lhasa mix is quite hyper and can be really fussy so I understand that it can be tough time to groom her but she gets matted really bad So far every groomer except for one has given her a terrible cut. It's like they run the electric razor through as fast as they can really uneven the facial is cut uneven, and they can't get to the nails ( understood dog is hyper and does not like paws touched) However they still charge me for a nail cut? Bit upset because our dog rear thumbnails curl inwards as they grow.... One of the last services they did not mention they didn't cut those nails only for us to find out that those nails had grown back into the skin, poor dog To be fair the only person to able to give a great cut and get to the nails is Kumar only one I trust there at the moment Unfortunately he is the only reason they are getting to two stars If you plan on going here schedule with Kumar ! read more

Stopped by to restock dog food, took out my e-gift card that says can be redeem at any Petsmart store in US, and they do not take it, no reason, just do not take it Went to the one in fremont instead, and guess what, they do take it. Go figure read more

This place has almost everything that I need. Pros: Close By Has tons of stuff Cat adoption center Cons: Does not carry evo or other top notch foods Fish are often sick (do to central filtration system) Some times the staff are not to helpful I love the variety if stuff they have here but everytime I buy fish here they died....except the bettas. I also wish they carried some higher end brands of cat food. But all in all petsmart is not a bad store. read more

Devyn is AMAZING! Let me give you the back story. I'm super sick and just got a new puppy so my brain is scattered. I bought a crate for my puppy online at Petco. Wrong size. Went to return it. Went to PetSmart instead. Obviously that's not going to work lol I was at PetSmart the week before so I think that's why I was confused. Anyway, when I was at PetSmart the woman at the counter sold me the puppy package magazine thing - basically it's $20 and you get a bunch of coupons worth more than $100 or something. SO, today, in traffic, with a sinus infection, I drove across town to return the crate to Petco (far away from me that's why I shop at PetSmart) and then I drove specifically to PetSmart today to use the $15 off coupon I had from the puppy package. Get there, go to pay and realize I left the coupon at home. Literally the only reason I drove to PetSmart was to get the food with the coupon. JUST MY DAY! So I told Devyn it was about how my day was going lol she was SO kind and honored my coupon even though I didn't have it! I actually almost cried. I was so touched! I promised her I would rip mine up when I got home. Such a small gesture really made my day! I can't express enough how much that was appreciated. It's so simple to provide great customer service, but sadly true great customer service is hard to come by! Good: Liberal return policy (for the most part). A few knowledgable folks and great managers there. Very clean with a wide selection of things Bad: Some associates seem to wish they weren't working there and could care less about customer's inquiries, with recycled answers straight from the Petsmart Employee's manual Ugly: The smell emanating from nearby Alviso sewage treatment plant! Summary: If you know what you want or looking for, good place to go. If you need help, it's a hit or miss experience, but they do try to help you even if they have no idea what they are talking about. read more

In my experience, every time I have visited this store, it has always been clean. I've only ever bought some cat and dog food or fish supplies here--never any cat/dog beds or furniture. I recently moved back to Milpitas after being in LA for 3 years. On the same day I transported my kitty 6 hours North, I went to Petsmart to get a cat tower for her. I had to throw her previous one away because it wouldn't fit in my car. My cat was stressed out from the move, the new environment, and to make matters worse: three dogs. I needed to get her a cat tower ASAP so she could have her safe spot up high away from the dogs. I headed straight for the cat towers and was pleasantly surprised to find a nice looking one for 45 bucks that was just tall enough, so I dragged it to the front. I went back to get a litter box as well that was thirty dollars. Ugh. Why was I going to pay 30 dollars for a plastic vessel for cat poop? Well I was desperate, so I got it. This may be TMI but I transferred jobs and was not paid for about 5 weeks so I was a little broke for money, but you know. Anything for that dumb cat. I get up to the register and the cashier scans the cat tower and it comes out to 99.99, with a $20 dollar discount to 79.99. For a DINKY.LITTLE.CAT.TOWER. I've bought a gigantic four level one for 50 bucks. I was aghast, to say the least. Apparently one of the stickers for another item had fallen off and was stuck to the current tower. I didnt even think to double check. I was moderately distraught, so the cashier called her manager. He took me to the furniture area and individually price checked every cat tower to find the most well-priced. He saw I was upset, and offered another small discount. I still paid a stupid amount of money for a tiny cat tower, but at least it wasn't 80 dollars. This also isn't the store's fault--they don't choose the prices. But Petsmart, the conglomerate that it is, marks up the prices and puts up "false discounts" to make it seem like you are getting a discount. Anyway, the manager was super nice and even ended up helping me haul the cat tower to my car and put it in my car, too. That is definitely great service. He was really charismatic and thoughtful and made me a little less stressed out. The cat loves the tower, the dogs aren't trying to eat her, the world is okay again. read more

I originally came in here to buy a puppy gate, but came out of that store with.. a puppy gate, puppy treats, nail clippers, non-itching spray, breath spray, toys, a training magazine which was by the way $10 freakin dollars, and a gang load of other stuff... All for my new pup... This place is definitely a lot cheaper than Petco and staff is very welcoming..... read more

My go-to Petsmart for my puppy needs! I'm mostly in the dog section and it always looks pretty clean and organized. Staff is friendly and there's always at least one person that checks up on how I'm doing. I buy Blue Wilderness/Blue Buffalo food for my puppy and it's always stocked. They have a wide selection of their products as well. read more
