Winter

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with PetSmart and commend the incredible team that has taken care of my American Bully, Winter. Amber has been an exceptional groomer, always taking fantastic care of Winter and ensuring she looks her best. While I'm saddened that Amber's schedule no longer allows for Saturday appointments, I was pleasantly surprised when Vinessa stepped in to take over Winter's grooming. Vinessa has been absolutely fabulous! We never have to wait at check-in, and Winter is always ready within a couple of hours. Both Amber and Vinessa have truly gone above and beyond in their care. I must also mention Krystal, the store manager, who has an amazing personality. From the moment we arrived, Krystal greeted both Winter and me with a warm smile and even offered Winter several different treats until she found one she liked. Krystal's professionalism and friendliness make every visit to PetSmart an absolute joy. At this particular location, Winter is treated like a VIP, and I'm just along for the ride. It's always a pleasure shopping at PetSmart and having Winter's grooming needs met. Every single groomer and the dog trainer treat Winter with such care and love, and it warms my heart to see how they all go above and beyond. Winter absolutely loves it, and I couldn't be prouder. Thank you to the entire team for making our visits so special!

my dog went to petsmart to get groomed he was severely mutilated and cut up by groomer. he has severe deep cuts and scrapes all over his body. looks like someone groomed him with their eyes closed. he was cut up all over his body. the wounds were very deep. he had to be taken to the vet to be treated and given antibiotics for his wounds. warning. do not take your pet to petsmart to be groomed. no, i do not recommend petsmart for any of their services especially the dog grooming services. if you love your pet do not get your dog groomed at petsmart please please look at the photos of my dog . they are sad, horrific,, to see someone could abuse an an animal and call it grooming

Dasia L Is a terrific groomer. She listens to what I want done to my dog. When I come get her she looks amazing. I love going to petsmart at 1107 broadway in manhattan. My experience is always great.

Always a great experience here! However one employee went above and beyond, his name is Kiel, please promote him. He is not only kind to me, but he truly cares about his customers. It would be nice if this location would carry silkworms though, they are more healthy and more accepted by reptiles, even Chilean butterworms would be nice. Our reptiles need variety

He chewed my furniture, jumped on everyone, pulled the leash constantly, and tried to eat everything off the street. Since working with Angela, he's made huge progress in every area. While he's still a puppy and has his moments, he now pulls much less on walks, chews far less, and is generally much more obedient. Angela uses positive reinforcement, and Vesuvius absolutely loves seeing her -- his tail starts wagging the second she arrives. Beyond training, Angela is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and shares valuable advice on health, products, and how to better understand the way dogs see the world. She's always punctual, caring, and checks in on him if he's not feeling well or if any issues come up. It's clear she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. I highly recommend Angela -- she's made life with my pup so much easier and more enjoyable.

In the 7 years since I've had my dog, this is one of the longest times we've spent apart. And it's the most peace of mind I've felt since I've had him. DotCom has a very hard time with visitors in the home, but sending him away or to boarding was not an option - he's a tricky dog who doesn't always like other dogs or people, and I was concerned about the respiratory illness going around. Lauren hand-selected one of her sitters for me, Bridget, and repeatedly reassured me until my flight took off that she and Bridget could handle whatever DotCom threw at them. DotCom did not disappoint; on top of his usual loud and persistent barking, he got an upset stomach while I was gone. And of course, Bridget, with the support of Lauren, exceeded my every expectation. Bridget navigated his chaos like a ninja, as if he was an easy, well-adjusted dog. Like it was nothing. When I got home, DotCom was happy to see me, but after quickly greeting me, he got back on the couch to cuddle with Bridget! This is nothing short of miraculous from a dog who has about 5 people he truly, truly trusts. Bridget and Lauren are gifts to people and their pets, especially those of us with difficult dogs who aren't easy to love. Not only did Bridget take care of my dog like he was her own difficult son, she took out my trash, ran my dishwasher, and picked up my packages. I can't even begin to thank her and Lauren enough. I wish I could keep this to myself and never share them, but dogs and their people deserve to know about Sit, Stay, Stella.

They suggested I use the play group to get my money's worth but, get this, those are only once a week and always on Friday night. yet they hold "orientation" for new members (ie sales pitch) multiple times every day. The two stars are mostly for the facility itself which is spacious and spotlessly clean on the inside (tho located on a seedy block) and the staff who are nice and mostly accommodating within the confines of their policies. But I'm going to lose a chunk of my money and the whole experience was not worth the limited benefits.

We tried a local in-person puppy class but our dog was too nervous to be around other dogs and then COVID sit down the training options. Not only were Karishma, Gemma, and Ingrid knowledgeable trainers, they also have a few differentiators: 1. First and foremost the virtual training method worked really well for my nervous pup. She didn't have to be around other dogs and smells and trainers to have a quality experience. 2. CCA was virtual before virtual was cool! They are masters of the format, running classes that seamlessly shift presentation mode to "god mode" offering observation coaching and teaching easily. 3. The trainer in your pocket support between classes was awesome for holding You accountable and troubleshooting between sessions. 4. And for 3 weeks straight I only had 2 hrs of sleep per night, in addition to the puppy's extreme anxiety and constant need for my engagement. He also kept making himself sick and eating his poop as a really unusual stress response. I heard good things about Malia and I needed someone who would feel safe coming to my home during the pandemic. Enter tough-as-nails-take-no-shit Malia. After our first consultation, she had sleeping tips that literally changed my (daily) life. I have been sleeping 6-8 hrs a night ever since our first visit and it's been almost a month by now... In our second visit, she helped my dog play on a leash, something I spent 3 weeks practicing with absolutely NO success. Ever since our second session, he has been happy with his leash and well behaved. This review really sounds too good to be true and I wouldn't believe it either if I read it. But I shit you not, this is not some snake oil salesman scheme to get you to spend money on a dog therapist (hell, you probably don't even spend money on your own therapist, am I right??) Fast forward several sessions and now he plays outside, stopped eating his poops, doesn't even try to eat other poops on the sidewalk, climbs the stairs, and even puts himself to bed for nap time. What a good boy! While he isn't perfect, and he requires A LOT of human effort, he's doing much better than anyone ever expected from a little guy born with so many major issues/disabilities.

This was the best investment I could have made in our future together and I'll be singing Justis' praises for a long time to come.
