    Really?

Thanks for selling me a used, disgusting, old, dirty fountain for the same price as a new one and not telling us!

    Dead shriveled up horn worm

When I went there I couldn't find crickets for my pet frog so instead I bought a horn worm when I opened the box this is what I found

Photo of my doggo- fuzzy, but NOT matted!

My 1st time in this store for grooming and sadly I would give them 0 stars if possible. I thought I would try their grooming services since they were the only location with immediate availability (now I know why). I walked in and the groomer immediately told me that my dog is matted- without even touching his fur. She goes to say that she will most likely use a 10 blade and he'll be naked. Again, this is even BEFORE she touched his fur and then said how she will have to charge extra. She just didn't want to put in the effort and it showed. I told her I'll just take him somewhere else and went to talk to the manager about a refund. Well, long story short, they couldn't refund me because the package wasn't purchased at their location. Their managers were nice and professional so this review does not reflect on the store itself, just the groomer! After calling my original Petsmart location, they told me that the groomer put DO NOT BOOK on my account. I started laughing because I wish I could put that exact thing on her. Please don't take your dog to be groomed here! Try Amy at the Crestline location!

Dear cahiers, please reduce or eliminate your lengthy small talk with customers when there is a long line with people waiting.

Dr. Kuban was very compassionate and gentle with her and very patient with us. He made sure she was distracted and comfortable. Asked if we had questions. Asked what blanket and toys we wanted to go with her. I've had 4 other dogs that passed naturally from old age so having to make this end of life decision for my baby of 15 years killed me. Her last moments and memories were not filled with anxiety, stress and pain but of smells of home, her bed, and her humans surrounding her. Highly recommend if you need to assist your fur baby cross the rainbow bridge and making heart wrenching decisions just a little easier.

The vets I called lacked the sympathy and understanding. It seemed to be more of a business deal instead of the important last day for me and my pup. When I discovered CK9 veterinary, I called and talked to Dr. Clint, he was VERY sympathetic and calming. Just speaking with him gave me the peace I needed to ensure my dog was going to go in peace. On the day I decided to put my dog down, I called Dr. Clint and had a hesitation and ended my call before he answered. I received an immediate call back with reassurance and sympathy. There was no rush with Dr. Clint. Dr. Clint took the time to ensure I understood the process. He allowed me to walk out at anytime if needed. He provided so much comfort on what was the hardest day I've had to go through. Dr. Clint personally brought me back my paw print in between his busy day. Couldn't recommend Dr. Clint and his services enough. If you are on the fence about at home final care, I promise you - Dr. Clint is your guy. He cares more about you and your pup than you could imagine.

Judson and Blaine were absolutely amazing -- patient, knowledgeable, and so good at explaining each step of the training process. They took the time to understand my dog's personality and tailored the sessions perfectly. You can really tell they love what they do and care deeply about the dogs they work with. In just a short time, I saw such a positive change in my dog's behavior. Walks are more enjoyable, recall is so much better, and our bond feels stronger than ever. The whole experience was worth every penny, and the ongoing support from the trainers has been awesome. If you're looking for results and a team that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Sit Means Sit in Littleton especially Judson and Blaine. They're the best! Thank you guys so much !

After calling every possible training facility and trainer in the West Metro region, expressing major concern about Shadow having possible aggression issues, Jon + Judson + Blaine very patiently heard me out, answered every question I had, put my mind at ease, and also showed me that he does not in fact have aggression issues, just had some fear and needed to have his confidence built up. This was a stark contrast to a "professional trainer" (I will NEVER do business with nor recommend Canine Dimensions, particularly Summer Rhodes) who basically told me: (1) my puppy's behavior was beyond unnatural, and (2) I was not the right person for this dog, which was devastating to hear. Turns out my pup is a total love bug, very intelligent, and these guys were and are critical to my boy's development and learning. Thank you guys!!!

She would even nip at us or other dogs when food was around. Thanks to Bruce's guidance and training techniques, she's like a new dog! She's calmer, listens so much better, and the food-related aggression is under control. We also recently adopted a high-energy 1-year-old rescue, Rambo (he's part blue heeler), who came to us from an abusive situation so he was very reactive and hard to manage. Bruce has been incredible with him. Rambo is now learning to focus, follow commands, and is making huge progress. Bruce's expertise and calm, confident approach has made a world of difference. We have recommended him to friends, family and co-workers. Highly suggest you work with Bruce if you need help with your dog!
