Yes I wish she didn't have to be there so long most likely in a crate until they can get to her. But until Bella shows me shes not happy going there then Im going to keep them as her groomer. Its easy to get an appointment here. For the past 6 months was showing up what seems like every other day to get my sweet pup some sub Cutaneous fluids. He was so comfortable with them that although I tried to do it at home he would have a better experience by letting the vet techs take care of him. They were so instrumental in my dog being able to fight 6 months after being diagnosed with stage 2/3. It advanced quickly but he was able to still live an amazing 6 months and was well taken care of by the staff. I am truly grateful for them.

I love that they assign my girl to the same groomer each time. My dog goes to her readily each time. The groomer always comes out to talk with me before the session to make sure we both agree and understand what is to be done. My doggie always looks (and feels) so good after her grooming! The place is always bright and clean, and the employees seem genuinely happy to work there. I do wish you could make an appointment online without having to put down a deposit for the slot, but I just call instead and it all works out well. I definitely recommend Wolfgang grooming!

Been here 3to 4 times always super quick and easy for a nail trim. This time I had to sign a…read moreweaver, never had to before. Then they take my dog to the back, 2 big dogs are blocking the doorway so my dog doesn't want to walk through. Then they need help getting him on the table, not really necessary for a nail trim he is over 90 lbs it takes 5 minutes to do his nails. They leave him on the table & come and ask me if he's aggressive, no never has been and then as they are talking to me he falls off the table and they say we can't do him today. Never been a problem in the past he was nervous but not aggressive. I will not be back.
