I paid for the fulminator package and got my dog back loaded with his winter coat still. I have used this location for years. Not again. They won't issue a refund unless I drove to the store. A 35 mile round trip and the manager won't compensate me even with a gift card to cover the expense. I don't think I will go back. read more

This is 5 stars for the groomers. We're so thankful they were able to fit us in with less than an hours notice. Our cat had a nervous accident in the car and we needed her cleaned. They were so kind and helpful! We can't say enough good things. read more

I have taken my dog who is a pit bull (ASAP) for almost a year never had problems until this lady has dealt with him. She grinned his nails that I never requested SMFH . .. had the nerve to tell me that she has dealt with plenty of pit bulls.. My dog never had any problems he would not go into the crate better yet the kennel he would not get blowed dried, he was shaking when he seen her the 1st and second time because he remembered her and she literally called me to the point that I didn't even make it to tropical smoothie and she told me that she gave him a whole bath but could not check his anal glands because he acted out and could not cut his nails because he acted out and could not put him in the kennel, she could not blow dry him all of that in 10 minutes.. It was not even 10 minutes that place is bullshit and on top of that they have not even charged me the past two times and when I try to pay them they would even except my money so I advise anybody to go elsewhere! read more

I usually only come here to get crickets if petco doesn't have any and to sometimes get a particular fish but they never ask any questions when you are purchasing a fish or any animal. They once told me I could put a cichlid, a goldfish, and several tetras in the same 10 gallon tank. I am an aquatics specialist at a petco and I was very displeased with them and the lack of care. The only question they ever ask is if you have a tank set up. They don't ask you what size or how long it's been running or if you have anything in it already. I wish they would care more about who the pets are going to. read more

Horrible! I would give it less stars if it were possible. The So-called "aquatics expert" refused to sell me fish, because I was buying a tank at the same time. Refused to listen to the fact that they weren't even for that tank. I was buying the fish for a pre-existing tank, that has been set up for weeks, specifically for these fish. Groomers do a great job with our dogs. One of our pups is a social butterfly and loves everyone, and soaks up as much attention as she can get, and the groomers always take a little time to give her some love when we're in the store. Laura, specifically earns this rating because of her care and patience with our large Landseer, Sweet Pea who is, shall we say, 'Not people friendly' (until she really gets to know you). Laura takes the time to love on her and talk to her and calm her down before starting any treatment so as to keep the stress levels to a minimum. We will definitely continue using these groomers for our dogs. read more

Went into petsmart just looking for some regular ole goldfish and was told that a 2.5 gal tank would work to start them out IM TALKING LITTLE TINY GOLD FISH the lady who was helping me in the fish area was very helpful and reasonable but some guy at the register kept telling me I need a 25 gal tank. Okay ummm? I know this is recommended but I'm buying 2 1in gold fish and then he wouldn't let me take the fish home even though I was trying to buy the quick start that specifically is used just to QUICK START the girl in the back was great. Guy up front needs to read between the lines a little bit. I didn't like being embarrassed at the register with money in hand just trying to get some gold fish. I still got a tank and will be returning tommorw and getting the fish I want regardless of what that dude says. read more

I absolutely love coming to this location. I want to recognize someone in particular. Jennifer (Jen K. on nametag). She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She genuinely cares for animals and customers. Jen instructed me on how to care for my sick bird which ultimately saved its life. A few months after that, the same bird laid 8 eggs and Jen was there again to guide me on what to do. I left Petsmart much more informed than I was researching on the internet. I will always try to deal with her when I visit this location. Good work Jennifer! read more
