She is available for tours only on Saturdays...when she decides to work. And she is never at the location so I'm not sure who is actually caring for the dogs that people have entrusted to their care. When you call she is either rude or wishy washy. This woman has no business running a "professional" business or caring for ANY other living being. We did, they saw my dog and gave us an ear solution to pour in and massage his ear and then he'd shake his head and try to shake it out after we were done. We did this with him time to time and eventually he healed up and was all good again. Vet said some dogs are just more sensitive to something's than others. We had not hired someone in the past and were a little apprehensive but Jennifer's , (the owner) initial visit to meet the cats and familiarize herself with the house was reassuring. And when we returned from our vacation the cats were fat and sassy and the hanging baskets had flourished through a very hot dry spell. . Her pricing is competitive with the area and we were well satisfied. All expectations were met or exceeded and we will hire Jennifer again when we travel somewhere that the cats cannot accompany us.
