This PetSmart is always the one I go to get cat poop sands and food. The staff here is very friendly, the indoor is super clean, and it has everything my two cats and 1 dog need. The cashier would remind me how many points I have with my account and ask me do I want to use them. Like last week, I was told that I had $40 worth of points! So I used it to buy cat wet food. haha. Tip: sign up with the cashier so that all of the points of your purchase can be collected and transferred to $$ for your future purchases.

Petsmart scam. Used back into resale inventor crazy.

Scam alert! Pics included! Tried the 20% discount online deal for a $400 online order and they tried to sell me a open and repacked fluval fx4 a $300+ item. How do I know? It looked repackaged and didn't have the black tamper proof zip tie on it. I went to petco to double check. And get this? Petsmart returned it into their inventory for resale lol. Freaking crazyyy bro, watch ya self kings and queens. Scammy business.

    Dirty cages

SO disappointing to keep seeing such dirty cages at pet stores. You could smell the urine through the glass. I just don't feel there's any excuse for these poor creatures to be overlooked like this. Please do better Petsmart!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I booked an appointment with Erika for grooming services with my pit Smokey. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we could get him in the very next day that I had requested. She shows so much love and affection in what she does and I know she TRULY cares for my baby and I am very comfortable leaving him in her hands. Erika thank you again! I am very thankful for you :) 100 % recommend her !

Don't ever write yelp reviews but this location was honestly awful. It's evident the animals are neglected as there were dead fish on display, cages that were dirty, animals missing water and probably more. I just wanted to get my cat food and leave. I have now started going to a family owned pet store in Fullerton :)

Came in here today to get my puppy Moko her first bath! I made a reservation with Erika who was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in she checked us in and started trying to bond with Moko! Moko is a bit shy, but Erika managed to work her magic and she was so calm! She told me plenty of useful information as well. My baby ended up coming out looking like a princess with two pretty bows on her bead. Moko was very calm and happy, she also smelled amazing! I was very happy with ny experience here with Erika! Will be returning here for my puppies grooming needs!

Highly recommended -- absolutely worth every cent…read more In June 2025, we adopted a 2 1/2‑year‑old American Staffordshire/Mastiff mix from the shelter. He had been picked up as a stray after a man saw him walking down the street and watched him get attacked by another dog. Unfortunately, he lost one of his ear flaps after vets were unable to save it. When we brought him home, he was shy, incredibly sweet, and immediately attached himself to me. For a while, everything seemed fine. But a few months later, his behavior began to change. We tried another training company -- four private lessons followed by group classes -- and during the last group session, he actually lunged at another dog. He became overly fixated on cats and dogs in the neighborhood, and walks turned into a constant tug‑of‑war. He even got a little snippy with a family member. That was the breaking point. We were lost, overwhelmed, and even started discussing rehoming him -- something none of us wanted. Then I found The Dog Guru. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. But after reading everything on their page, we decided to take a chance. I'm so grateful we did. Brad delivered exactly what he promised. He trained me, and from that day in the park forward, peace has returned to our home. Our dog is now more confident, calm, and secure. He no longer follows me from room to room because he finally understands I'm not going anywhere. Walks are enjoyable again. And best of all, when I say his name and give him "the look," he stops immediately. Life is so much better -- and rehoming is completely off the table. Thank you, Brad.

We were so happy with everything that we decided to progress further by sending her to his 2 week boot camp at 16 months old. When I asked why such a good dog would go to boot camp, Vladae responded with, "Same reason that the smartest kids go to university, to become all they can be and hone their skills." That made sense to me! If it was any other boot camp I would have been nervous about my baby. I know how well Vladae treats his campers though and his focus on health and exercise. It honestly brought back the feeling of being a first-time parent--questioning every decision, but without a nurse hotline for guidance. My husband and I were especially struggling with how to manage Chloe around our young kids. She was very unruly, reactive on walks, and difficult to control around other dogs. We found SoCal Dog Training through a friend's referral, and choosing Vladae ended up being one of the best decisions we've made. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first--so many trainers promise results--but Vladae truly delivers. The onboarding process was seamless. The initial FaceTime consultation helped set clear expectations, and I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was about the work required. What stood out most to me was his long-term commitment--knowing I could always come back for refreshers gave me a lot of confidence that I wasn't just getting a short-term fix. The training sessions are where the transformation really happens. After each session, it genuinely felt like we had a new dog--but that's also where the responsibility comes in. You have to consistently follow through with the exercises he gives you. In many ways, it reminded me that investing in my dog's future takes the same consistency and commitment as investing in my two kids. She's now quite literally my third kid. Chloe used to be extremely reactive--barking, pulling on the leash, and even jumping up on our toddlers. Vladae helped me understand the root of her behavior and showed me how to properly address it. Now she's calm, more confident, and walking her has become something I actually enjoy. Seeing that transformation has been incredibly rewarding. It wasn't an easy process, but it was absolutely worth it. Also, a special shout-out to Antonina for being so kind, responsive, and accommodating with scheduling.

They didn't really ask the name of my dog, or asked what I came in for. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. I did warn her my dog had skin tags all over the body and to be very careful when you do the cut. I also mentioned he is a very nervous boy so to mindful of that. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. It was interesting, the staff was speaking to me as if I was a returning customer and told me my dog did better this time around. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. With Reymond's help I know that Hunny will become an amazing service dog for my husband. Also, if ur lucky u get to pet his dog Pluto and give him some string cheese :)

Once we came home and picked her up, Bryan made it easy to understand the next steps and has consistently followed up with us to check how she's doing. It was suggested to train with an electric collar. My partner and I were considering it ourselves but didn't know how to use it properly. The SMS team have you try it - I wouldn't try something like this on my dog without knowing what it feels like a promise you, it's not at all painful.
