I knew I had to pay 50% down for boarding. The staff were efficient and friendly at the front desk area. The webcam was very useful for our worried selves! And, we knew pick up time on Sunday was between 6:30-7:30p! Very good experience for us first timers! Murphy came home happy but very thirsty! That was my only conundrum!!! Next visit, I'll ask if he has regular access to H2O odo they only provide water at specific intervals.
