We rescued a very active (and now throughly spoiled) pup and we have been using PetSmart training (with Jo) and Doggy Day Camp services. To say we are impressed is an understatement. My dog gets SO excited to go to camp. I can't drive down Ann Arbor Saline road with him in the car UNLESS that's where we are going because I'm pretty sure it's his favorite place other than home. The staff is wonderful and he is well loved and happy while he's there. They have cameras and the pricing is very reasonable. I have limited experience at other PetSmarts but I feel like this location really has employees who love animals and treat them well. My dog frequents Doggie Day Camp, and it's telling that she is always really happy to see the people who check her in! They all seem really kind. I like that their day camp program is structured with different activities throughout the day. They send me home with a "report card" of how my dog did that day, which is a nice addition. They also do really cute events at day camp, with decorations and photos of your dog. My dog doesn't really like this haha, so we typically aren't going on party days, but it's really really cute. This is also my go-to location for pet supplies when I want/need them same day. They have same day pick up and delivery options as well. Booking # 476081031 Called 30 minutes before my appointment to say the interstate is backed up and I'd be 15 minutes late. I get the standard answer the Petsmart reserves the RIGHT to cancel appointments 15 minutes late. At least let me get there in that window. The manager gets on and says "And we tried to call you at 10:30 to ask you to come in early because we need more time. Oh, and the file shows your dog breed is aggressive and she bites. She tried biting the last time she was here!" I get the policy of 15min. I would have been fine with that. But the LIES about calling at 10:30 (I did not miss a call get a text or voicemail) and what infuriated me was lying about my dog being aggressive. BS! She has NEVER bitten anyone. Me and my family walked in there at 8:17 ready to get a guinea pig that everyone was so excited about. When we call over someone to get it they have to call someone else because they can't, then we wait until another lady walks over and tells us that we can not get it because they stop live sales at 8:30. she was telling us this at 8:29 and it had just turned 8:30. We had to wait for someone to come help us and that is why it was 8:30. Never coming there again and I strongly do not recommend. I had such a terrible experience at this petsmart! I took my puppy for doggie day camp for the very first time and I will never take him here again for couple reasons: 1. My puppy is a very outgoing puppy and he always smile happily but ever since I took him back from the day camp, he's been so quiet and moved very slow and hasn't smile again. I don't know what happened and when I asked how's he behave? The staff barely said any thing descriptive 2. I was excited abt their online schedule when I saw the doggie day camp. But when I dropped my puppy off and asked like what are some activities for the camp, the staff was just like oh we feed them food and walk him. I was like what abt all the activities listed online? The staff like well yeah we do those. Which made me really doubtful whether those activities happened or not 3. The ice cream sundae was supposed to free for the party but the staff said it was extra 4. We were supposed to get free digital and printed photo of my puppy. However, they didn't provide either only gave an excuse"we couldn't get a hold of your dog to get picture". This is absurd. How can you not catch a SINGLE photo with my puppy in it!? I have used the Pet Hotel as well as the Doggy Day Camp. Very happy with both. I was gone for 10 days and they were just great at pickup time. I called periodically during my trip to check in them and received no issues. Always happy to see me and I did not detect any unusual issues with them. I had a very bad recent experience at the Ann Arbor, MI PetSmart location. I ordered dog food and chose the same day delivery shipping option (as a promotion for free same day delivery was being advertised). After receiving notification that my items were delivered, I went outside to find nothing. I immediately called the store and they said because the delivery was through DoorDash they would do nothing to make this right. They said I needed to contact DoorDash customer service, but could not even provide that phone number. When speaking to the manager she said this had happened other times and did not care if she lost my future business due to this poor customer service. If this had simply been an issue with the delivery and they had attempted to resolve the issue or been more understanding and polite, I would have understood that these things happen. They clearly don't value their customers and don't take responsibility for the services they are offering. After getting through to the main PetSmart customer service line, they refunded me the cost of the food after trying to get it redelivered (DoorDash couldn't get ahold of the driver so they couldn't redeliver). They were very considerate and helpful, unlike the staff at the Ann Arbor store. read more

I signed up for pet classes online and received an email that stated, "Congratulations! Your reservation has been received!" The email went on to say that I would get a call within 48 hours from PetSmart (I did not) and what I should bring to class. All the information that I needed to show up for the first day was in that email. I showed up and was told I did not actually have a spot in the class. I was told that the person who was supposed to call me "only works 3 days a week" and that's why I never received a call. Apparently never receiving a call meant I never actually had a spot in the class. I wasted a week and a half waiting for this class (when I could have started other classes), a half and hour of driving and fuel, and increased my exposure of risk to Covid for no benefit while I stood in that store and waited to find out I had to go home. This is not an online only problem. Another woman that showed up this same evening was also sent home without training. She had been told--in person--to attend the class, but then there was not enough space for her. She was not happy, after driving 30 minutes--one way to get there. Spend your money somewhere else. PetSmart will not try to fix any problems you have with their system and will basically be unapologetic about their poor implementation of their own (ridiculous) system. read more

So far so good on the puppy classes! The class is small (about 8 pups) and there is a dedicated training room here within the pet hotel which is nice (I've seen some Petsmarts where they hold the classes in the middle of the store). The trainer has 20+ years of experience training dogs and used to own her own obedience school. She was patient and loving with all the dogs and focuses on positive reinforcement training which is wonderful. The sessions are short (only about an hour each) which flies by but I think anything longer than that would be tough on the puppies. We do get homework assignments at end of each session so we know what to work on during the week between classes. For the price and the quality I'm THRILLED with this class. read more

My review is for the grooming services. I booked an appointment online at night for the next morning, so it was very easy to get an appointment. Jackie was my groomer, and she did a fantastic job! I was really so pleased with both the quality of the cut and also the time she took to get to know Khan at check-in and work with me to figure out what the best cut for him would be. She followed my requests to a T! I only wish she had still been there when I picked up my pup so I could thank her in person for her excellent work! Grooming Salon--I don't like this one as much as the Carpenter Road Petsmart. I brought my dog here for a puppy bath, which I thought included a sani trim and nail trim. However, it does not seem like my pup got these items. However, my pup is pretty dramatic and hates getting his nails trimmed--maybe that's why they didn't? But if they weren't able to provide these services, i wish they would just tell me that. Banfield-- I like bringing my dog here for Banfield! They always give me reminder calls, which is nice. I WAS a Loyal Customer PetSmart located at 13150 Middlebelt Rd., Livonia, MI 48150. After the pandemic as businesses began to openly, slowly, I made an online appointment for my 25lb She-Poo and my 105lb Great Dane/Mountain dog mix. The groomer was Jordan, someone I had never used before. My She-poo normally takes about 3 1/2 hours with the groomer. I was contacted within 2 hours advising that I needed to pick up my dog. I was not told the reason why. I arrived to find Jordan with my small dog. She indicated that my dog's nose area had been nicked because of the (age) bumps on her face. My dog's face had some blood on it. I was obviously not happy to say the least but I accepted the service being free as compensation. Consequently, my next online appointment was NOT with Jordan. On this occasion, I picked up my dog to AGAIN see her with Jordan. This time, my dog's ears and face area had not been groomed properly (there was matting on her ears). This time, I made a complaint with a manager and was awarded a refund. I then demanded that Jordan NOT be allowed to touch either of my dogs again!! I was then restricted from making online appointments. I was told that when an online groomer is not available for an appointment date/time, the client is reassigned to another groomer (and this without contacting the client). I called to make an appointment for my dogs in October 2023 and was told my account was locked out and could only be opened by a manager. I would have to wait to speak with a manager to make an appointment (total inconvenience!!!). I contacted them again today, November 9, 2023, in an attempt to make an appointment with David (whom I had used prior) and was told he no longer wanted to groom my dogs.....?? I have been a loyal customer with PetSmart for over 20 years. I have used their grooming services for at least 13 years and this is what my loyalty gets me??? No thanks!!! I wish the cat section were a bit larger, more costumes, toys, dishes, etc. but I'm not mad at this. My cat loves coming here and I love getting him fun new treats and toys. Before I found out my cat likes going on adventures I would always get his stuff at Meijer, but PetSmart allows cats inside so it's fun letting him pick his toys and have more stimulation than he can get inside my apartment. He loves all of the attention, meeting the adoptable cats, and watching the small animals like birds, rodents, and fish. It's just sad going in each time and seeing the same cat in the big cage, I think his name is Bruce. He got so excited when he saw Dusty and he seemed so nice and welcoming, but my apartment won't allow more cats. If you're looking for a good cat and Bruce is still there, check him out, he seems so sweet. read more

The store is kept clean and neat and the employees are always helpful and kind, with the exception of one older man who has worked there for years. I believe he's the "head trainer" at Petsmart and thinks that because of this, he can make rude an inappropriate comments about your dog. This guy stands around in the store not really working and just glaring at customers and waiting to ambush someone with comments about their dog's appearance or behavior. I was told my GSD wasn't breed standard because she's black (not a disqualified per AKC), asked me how much I paid for her and then told me I was overcharged. His comments about my Labrador retriever really struck a nerve because my dog was still young at the time, and going anywhere with a puppy is a learning experience for them more than anything else. Of course a 6 month old puppy is going to be rambunctious and overly excited on leash in a pet store. My dog wasn't barking or making a scene, he was just pulling on his leash and trying to smell everything. Being rude about someone's ability to handle their dog is inappropriate and certainly not a good way of incentivizing petsmart's training program because after speaking to this guy, you feel so judged you can't wait to leave the store. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been paying the Banfield plan for 2 years. Inever use their services, except for vaccines. Today my little chihuahua burst his anal gland, so I went there to get treatment. Turns out, they had no availability, even after the nurse explained to me it was a life threatening issue. They told me to go to an ER. Thank God I found one. This hospital was empty, there was no one waiting for pets as usual, so i can not recommend this place as a place where you can take your pet if you want it to be taken care of. The Banfield plan is a scam. It may be great for people who want to spend hundreds a year for some vaccines, but it will not work if your pet needs immediate care. They will just tell you that you need to go to an ER because they are full. I will quit the plan and raise awareness against these scammers. If you value your pet's life above some vaccines and some meaningless studies (which, by the way, the plan just covers when convenient) do NOT take to this petsmart, the rude nurses will just disappoint you. read more

He was 17 min late for his appointment due to an urgent need to help someone with a medical problem. He got there with our dog, and was told that the system kicked him out and not much can be done. This was after we had to give our dog a vaccine because the store couldn't take him otherwise (which is ok!). The ladies were there and could have taken him in or try to offer alternative hours/customer service but they were too "busy": one was petting a cat and the other was busy on her phone. My advice: do not waste your time, there must be something else better and worth your time out there! read more

Purchased a bunch of goods for a new puppy. Decided to return a gate since it did not work well with the house layout I have. Since I was working, my girlfriend offered to take the back for me. I gave her the ORIGINAL receipt which showed I paid with cash and the rest on my card. When she brought the gate to the register, she was confronted by Kevin. He claimed since she did not have my card on me that she would be unable to return the gate. After asking for the manager (Randy) he gave her the same answer. She told me what had happened, and I looked up the Petsmart return policy on their corporate website. Their policy CLEARLY states any cash purchase will be refunded in cash and "Debit card purchases will be refunded as cash." The amount of cash I paid with was more than enough to cover the cost of the gate being returned. I called Petsmart and Randy answered the phone. I informed him of the situation and he said it was because the card was not present. I informed that he was uneducated on the return policy in the store he is the "manager" at. He proceeded to tell me he would not be degraded in that way when I told him he did not know his own return policy. I then asked him to tell me what the return policy was at Petsmart which he responded that "he was not going to do that". I later asked if his General Manager was on site and available which he responded "I am the manager". I told him that he may be the manager, but he has a General Manager and that I wished to speak with him. Seems to me Randy, this "manager" is unaware that he has a boss whom is the General Manager. After this deliberation, he finally transferred me to the GM Josh. After speaking with the GM, he apologized and said he would retrain his team on what was to happen and that I was correct on their return policy. Its pathetic a simple cash return had to elevate to the level of a customer informing the manager of their own return policy to only be told I was wrong and the manager refusing to tell me their policy and telling me he was the manager when I specifically asked for the General Manager. These series of events left a terrible taste in my mouth. Both Kevin and Randy were extremely rude to my girlfriend and myself during the whole situation from the start. Seems this store is severely under trained if managers don't even know a basic cash return policy. I will never be returning to this store. Luckily Meijer has an amazing Pets department after their remodel and it is right across the street. I highly recommend taking your business here as I will be! read more

Particularly for a big-box store, I've been pleasantly surprised with this PetSmart. The service people are extremely, genuinely nice -- on several occasions they've really gone out of their way to help. The first time I was here, I was in search of a soft/inflatable e-collar for my dog. Though they didn't have the size that I needed, the staff gave me three different phone numbers of vet clinics that might either have the exact thing I was looking for, or know where else to look nearby. On several other occasions, folks here have gone out of their way to help. Today we were buying a specific cleaner, and the guy checking us out actually told us about a slightly smaller sized bottle of the same product that was half of the price. It's pretty surprising to have someone actually look out for you and try to save you some dough. I don't think I'd take my dog to the grooming facility here necessarily, but I do like visiting on a weekend to see the parade of cute pooches. And, as a newer dog owner, I'm grateful for sales associates who can help me navigate potential product overload without trying to get me to spend loads of money. read more

It's pretty hard to decide on a star-rating for this place because I have had experience with four different services and each is so unique from each other that I'm not sure how to factor things. I'm listing each separately in case that helps. 1. Store in general: Pretty good although I find that the aisles seem to be claustrophobia-inducing with their relative closeness and ridiculous height. But my older dog, Mugsy, loves to walk around and pick a toy and then bring it up the counter. So cute. I wish they had more variety and also more natural products. We usually visit a locally owned pet store near by but sometimes hit this place up. 2. Grooming: We used them once for our older dog who desperately needed a bath but we were preparing for guests and didn't want the extra chore of post-dog bath bathroom cleaning. They were kind of disorganized about scheduling and his paperwork (didn't tell me until I arrived that they needed something in addition to what I faxed) but the service was good. 3. Hotel: We travel with our dogs but when we travel with friends who have dogs we have to leave our reactive younger dog behind. If our awesome house-sitter isn't around he goes to the hotel at PetSmart. For very little extra cash we are able to get him a suite, private playtime and extra playtime. He is completely isolated from other dogs except the first walk to his suite and the walk when he's leaving but still gets all the human interaction and attention he craves. 4. Puppy School: this was a train wreck for us because our dog just couldn't handle it but I could see it being awesome for most people with normal dogs. Knuckles hated it, freaked out regularly and graduated last in his class. read more

BEWARE BAD PET SITTERS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I look my goldendoodle to their Ann ARBOR, MI location and used their Doogie hotel. After my beautiful goldendoodle stayed in their care for 7 days, I had to have my dogs 4 to 5 inch, well maintained, non-matted hair shaved to the skin after picking him up because he was matted to the skin on his entire tummy, part of his side, collar and half up his chest. Their compensation was a free grooming to have him fixed as they spot shaved him and then I had to pay 2 weeks later to have him totally shaved bc the long hair tangled with the short hair. Was told district manager would call me after I called their corporate office and he never did. I was charged full price for his stay there......not cheap..... $389. Going out of town this week and would NEVER NEVER NEVER use them again. Just a heads up.......bad pet sitters!!! Beware!!!! read more

It's a pet store and it's BIG. And like many BIG stores, they probably got big by putting many mom and pop operations out of business. PetSmart literally has everything you could ever need to feed, groom, or exercise your pets. Prices are always competitive and they're always running sales on much of their stock. We went looking for something for the cats to scratch on and ended up buying one of those "as seen on TV" emery boards. The cats love to stand on it, but no scratching yet. I guess they're waiting until we buy them a leather couch of their own. As with all big store, you lose a bit of the personal service by shopping at PetSmart, but I really don't crave personal service when I'm looking for pet supplies: read the sign hanging from the ceiling, find the aisle you need, find the product you need. All and all, a satisfactory shopping experience. read more

The PetsHotel and Banfield Vet are fantastic!!! I have been going to this Banfield since I got my black lab 2 years ago. The package they offer is awesome and beyond affordable. The staff is always very nice too! The PetHotel was just as wonderful. This was the first time I had my baby stay at a doggy hotel while I was on vacation for two days. I was very nervous about it but they calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. I took a huge bag full of blankets, toys, food, pillows, and called everyday to check on her and they never made me feel like a crazy dog lady. I also got the exit bath and nail trim. When I picked up my baby she was super happy, looked shiny, smelled great, and looked very well taken care of! I will be using their services a lot and will be referring many pet parents there!!! I upgraded to a suite with a TV and cot, someone is there 24/7 and there is a on call vet every night. A+++++ PetsHotel and Banfield! read more

It's a big-box store full of pet supplies, food, fish, etc. All the usuals, no surprises here. What sets it apart from Petco. (on the other side of town) are two things: #1) The service the employees provide. Everyone always comes across as extremely helpful and friendly. The employees also seem empowered to make decisions to meet the customers needs. For example, I wanted little cans of a particular cat food (which were on sale). They were out of the small cans but the manager offered to give me the big cans at a reduced price (so it was the same price per ounce as the sale price for the smaller cans). #2) The prices are lower than Petco. This is reason enough for me to travel across town. It adds up! read more

Update (April 2018): After all of this, we decided to give the grooming salon yet another chance. I took my dog to have her nails cut. I was told "Looks like she (my dog) didn't do good with a bath last time." I replied that she has done well with every other bath given to her over 5+ years and I was told "well maybe with YOU she does well, just with others she doesn't." I stated I have only taken my dog to have baths at the grooming salon, specifically this location. I was told "well if she doesn't stay well during the nail cut then we will have to send her home." I observed from a distance in an aisle outside of the grooming salon and my dog was sitting perfectly still for the groomer. The only movement she ever made was licking the groomer's face while her nails were getting cut. When I went to get her, I asked how she did and the groomer replied, very rudely, "she did okay." I was then told by two groomers that they were not able to get 1 nail cut, stating my dog must have hit it against something and the nail is broken and the NERVE is exposed. I was told if they tried cutting it, she would probably start bleeding. They recommended that we take her to the vet for them to fix. I frantically called the vet's office and was told the cost for this was over $125. When I took my dog to the vet, explaining what the groomers told me, my vet said that was not the case at all. She said the nail is cut just a little but no nerve is exposed whatsoever. I could have saved myself the worry, the money, and the time and wasn't able to thanks to Petsmart. Out of a long list of things that have occurred at this location on multiple occasions, here are a few examples: 1. Being told shots were not up to date even though the vet's office automatically faxes everything to this location and after calling prior to arriving and being told everything was in order. Then having to make trips back home (30 min drive each way) to get records they claimed they did not have. 2. Picking up my dog after getting her nails cut and grinded to find some nails barely touched. The comment was "well she gave us a hard time so it was difficult to get them cut." 3. Took my dog for a bath & nail cut/grind. We were told it would be 3-4 hours. Much to our surprise, after ONE hour, we received a call saying my dog gave the groomer a hard time during the bath & we needed to come get her as soon as possible. Knowing my dog's personality and overall behavior, I knew this was false. One reason being is that getting a bath is one of her favorite things as she loves the affection of getting petted and scratched (lol!). After leaving a very important appointment in a hurry to pick up my dog, I was never explained what happened and my dog was all wet (I had to dry her off myself at home). 4. A continuation of #3, when I told the person at the counter I was here to pick up my dog (gave her name & breed), she went on about how great my dog did and she brought out a little terrier .......I have a German Shepherd. I said that's not my dog over and over, but she did not even listen and kept trying to hand me the dog, until I ran out of patience and raised my voice. So with how little Petsmart & the employees cared, anyone could easily walk into the salon and say "I'm here to pick up _____ dog" and could have easily walked away with a dog that was not theirs. I have been coming to this Petsmart location for over 5 years, and I will never be coming back again. Pet owners: STAY AWAY! I could write a novel about all the issues we have experienced here (and yes we have talked to many managers over the years, with no help). We will NEVER be going to this Petsmart location again or at this point, any Petsmart location. I love my dog so much, so this is very unfortunate to now have to find a new place to take her, and cause unnecessary stress due to a new environment, simply because of staff that do not know how to do their jobs and do not care about animals whatsoever. We used to have a groomer at PetSmart who my dog really loved. She would gave little pretty ribbons for her to wear after her nail trim session. My dog is a large breed and also is still a puppy. She is incredibly excited to go. I am not sure if all of the groomers in PetSmart are well trained to understand the difference between excited puppy vs aggressive puppy. The groomers there think that all dogs must sit nice and pretty for them to do their job. News flash: you would be out of job if all dogs could behave that well. My dog has never had any problem with her paws being touched. We always wiped her paws and nails after she goes potty. The last time that we went there we got a notification about "how our dog was not used to with her paws being held." Well, of course! The groomer ground her nails super short. Even I, as a human, won't like it if my manicurist cut my nails very short. Then recently, we decided to give it another chance. This time, they tell me "Your dog is not calm enough and trying to bite us." I saw my dog was sitting over there wagging her tail. Is that a sign of an aggressive or anxious dog? Perhaps you are trying to grab her paws when she was in her excited mode, and she thinks you have a treat in your hand and tries to dig in. You know what, thank you that you are at least honest about not being able to handle my dog. Here is a one star. Pet hotel was fine. We don't have much problem with the employee. They don't separate the dogs according to their energy level though. If your dog is energetic and active, your dog will get a lot of time out. That's just their rule. read more

We have been taking our shih tzu here for several months to have him groomed and I am SO happy with how he looks afterwards, and the staff is always incredibly friendly! The price is super great as well (I think for a groom/bath for his breed is around $40). Thanks, Petsmart! read more

I've taken my dog to this location's grooming salon for 10 years. The last 2 times I went, I actually had to bring him back the next day because his haircut was so bad! The employee turnover is really high there, so I always had a different groomer every time. The first time his haircut was butchered, I took him back in and the manager, Barbie, fixed it up for me. He looked much better. The next time I made an appointment, I requested Barbie but I guess she had left to work for a different salon. So I said okay, well at least don't give me the groomer we had last time! They said no problem, she doesn't even work here anymore either. And then his haircut got butchered again! An absolute hack job. They tried to fix it when I brought him back in, but the hack job had done too much damage. He still looked bad. The last straw was when they reopened after COVID and we made an appointment for 2 months down the road. We called them the day before his appointment to confirm the time and they said they had no record of the appointment... Even though they had reached out to us to verify his rabies vaccination records! This was in early-July and they said they couldn't fit us in until August 9th! The man on the phone was very rude to me about it as well. I ended up taking my dog to Waggles n Whiskers in Saline. They did a fantastic job. Way better than any time at PetSmart, and even cheaper!! read more

Bad experience! Asked for my dog (Poodle-type) to have a bath and trim, but they shaved her down to her skin and I can tell it was not a good experience for the dog. Now she will have to wear a sweater because the temperature is dropping daily. So disappointed, I called to discuss with the groomers and they just argued with me! Really? With the lack of customer service, I will not return and I'll be sure to tell AT LEAST 10 of my friends of this awful experience! Bummer! read more

Went to purchase dog food like any other day.... except today petsmart told me that the food I needed for my dogs restricted diet needed a prescription. We called the manager and I offered for her to call the emergency vet... she wouldn't. Needless to say we left there empty handed and I will not be shopping here anymore. read more

This is a decent place for shopping. But really not a good one for boarding or grooming. I have boarded my dog here a few times. Each time she comes back bring a vet visit. Grooming is OK if you're comfortable with leaving your pet there for 4-5 hours. They do an acceptable job. Their scheduling is quite bad. Once I got a call two hours after dropping my dog there for grooming. The said they messed up the scheduling and needed me to pick my dog up. Totally unacceptable... read more

This review is for the pet hotel. It used to be great, but in the last 6 months to a year the quality of the service has really suffered. If you can even get through on the phone to make an appointment. Prepare to be on hold for at least 10+ min every single time you call. This includes to check on your pet while it's there. My dogs vaccine records have been out of date there for some time which they remind me of when I FINALLY get through on the phone, but they always fail to ask for proof when I drop her off. I keep her vaccines up to date, but Who knows the number of dogs in there that aren't vaccinated. I used to use this place for my dog fairly frequently, but because of the raised rates and the decline in service I'll be going elsewhere. read more

We regularly go here to get our dogs' nails done. Their nails typically end up being satisfactory. To be quite honest, we have so little trust in the employees at this point that we stand at the window and watch. We no longer get the package where they take the dogs in the back. Twice now an employee has tried to put a cone on. Both times we were watching and they tried to put a cone on them for no reason other than the fact that they were pulling their paws away. The employees take breaks with dogs' paws in hand to talk to each other, making the perfect situation for a dog to want to pull their paw away. On more than one occasion I've seen groomers get annoyed with dogs and be forceful with them. We would not continue to get our dogs' nails done here if there was a better option. Every few visits we are pleasantly surprised with the groomers, but we always keep an eye on our dogs--just in case! read more
